Most golfers think more clubhead speed requires more effort with the golf driver, but that’s not the case! Freedom, not force, is the real key to golf distance, and swinging easier can result in an effortless golf swing. Check out these golf tips for an easy golf swing and some easy swing tips.
Forget forcing positions. Let the club swing from the inside and unlock effortless distance. That’s what’s coming up in this video. So there we go everybody. A nice smooth flowing efficient swing. The ball starting a smidging right of target, drawing nicely back forwards down the fairway. So, why do so many golfers struggle to make it that easy and that efficient? Well, what we often see is enemy number one creeping in tension and all the effort that comes with it. Trying hard, that questionable virtue. Rather than the relaxation and the flow of the natural swing as per description, the down swing, the swing starts on a downward motion, dropping me into this inside position, this natural inside position. As I said, as soon as I get in there and start tightening up, um, the tension of course affecting my rhythm and and things starting to get a little bit fast, things starting to try a little bit too hard. It’s when things start to deviate from what I like to call that path of most efficiency, path of least resistance. how I just I’m letting that swing and how that club you can see I’m not holding on to it in any way, shape or form. That’s where the club wants to go and you can see that kind of in to outside swing path without any thinking or trying from myself. I’m just letting soon as a bit of tension creeps in and things can pick up speed, that’s when all of a sudden I can start to I say deviate from that path of least resistance and things can very much start coming from the club outside the ball steep across. Again, if I just go back to, hey, turn that brain off, relax that body right down, all of a sudden the flow and the swing of that in there. And just in a, you know, just in a mini version. So, we can just sort of see that how there how that can just flow starting right, just wanting to draw its way back. Now, of course, we’ve got our favorite exercise here. you know, believe it or not, what you’re allowed to do when swinging uh the template of your golf swing in our exercise, lad dance to golf. Okay, four critical areas to achieve this. I’m ever so relaxed. I’m then keeping the whole thing nice and smooth. And then for today’s video, very much gravitating around coordination, keeping things together. So coordination a big part of it. And as a consequence of those three things, balance are nicely staying. Everything nicely staying together. Okay. Just flowing. A little look from down the line again. relaxed, smooth. My favorite phrase is there. One part moves, all parts move. I’m not getting, you know, well, I’m moving my torso, but my legs are staying still. My feet are staying still, my head’s staying still. I’m getting arguments. I’m getting resistances all over the place. And those things when actually swinging the club are, of course, what changes your swing path. This exercise really simplifies the whole thing. It gets me moving, which gets me turning, which gets me rotating. And there in lies, everything else is consequential. As soon as I’m making that shape, the club, let’s say, from no interference from me, just purely letting it swing and flow. That’s in there. And of course, we then get to the point with, well, okay, well, that’s fine, but I want to, you know, hit the ball a little bit further than just this swing. Although, I would argue this is still very, very efficient. You know, an on center strike with a a smooth swing like this is still going to give you, you know, plenty of satisfactory distance. But as we go through there, just that little bit of impetus, that little bit of zip. uh using again another sort of uh swing aid that we use here at Easier Swing, either the the hole in one or the swing caddy. Just that little flow we can see there. That’s lovely. Beautiful. Nice strike. Nice little draw. Most people would be loving all of that, but I want to just have you come on. I want a bit more distance out of the thing. Just that little bit more impetus. the click through impact towards my target. Effortless. So, that’s just another, you know, using this uh piece of equipment is just another way of highlighting what we want there. Back to another visual on the shot. Well, let’s get the dance to go flowing. One part moves, all parts move. Relaxed, good rhythm, good coordination. in very much part as I say the emphasis on this video it’s this coordination everything staying together we got to hear some feedback sometimes from the videos you know that’s it my elbows are are nicely into my side in this exercise and when I’m making that that nice flowing swing naturally from the inside good solid on the center strike take from a nice shallow swing path, a nice I’m sweeping the ball down this carpet. I’m sweeping it down this fairway, not hitting, digging, scooping. It all just flows in there nicely. So, four kind of key words there. Replacing that trying with letting and replacing that thinking with feeling. here. No thoughts and no trying. I’m feeling and I’m letting letting everything move there together. So in there nice and relaxed. Key to everything. Enemy number one tension. Let it all go. Okay, there’s that. Nice. Slightly inside slight little bit of draw. Little bit too nice on that shot to not clear my intended target there. But again, still a nice shot. Very, very efficient. If you’re new to easier swing and you’re looking for an easier way to play this game, then welcome. This isn’t difficult. It’s not technical. And yes, anyone can do it. And it’s for all levels of player. Tens of thousands of golfers all around the world are finding a simpler, more natural way to play with less tension, better rhythm, and far more enjoyment. And it all started with a book written by my brother Brian Sparks. Right now, you can download an introduction completely free. Just head to easiestswing.com and start your journey today. Okay. So, let’s continue this trend then. Let’s using the the system that we’ve got in front of us here and then where that bunker is positioned. Let’s now have that as a little personal challenge as well. I’m still going to keep that path of least resistance. I’m still going to keep things as relaxed and as flowing as possible, but I’m just going to put that bit more impetus into that forward swing to make sure I get over that bunker this time. So a quick rehearsal this time with uh the swing caddy again. Start there. Relax. Keep the whole start motion, the flow and let this swing build up. You see now it the coordination part everything in here the path of the swing as a consequence is good. I don’t have to worry about say a basket or manufacturing things. Just letting that go. But I need that efficiency. So, let’s get that impetus coming in. So, a little bit more to get that picking up. If I just let it slow down again. No click. I want a bit of a click. Bit more speed in there. It comes. Effortless click. Right. So, nice and relaxed. Nice and smooth. Let the club have its swing. Okay, nice strike on that one. Good. Lovely. Over and on there. Great. It’s lovely when that sort of works out there. Those little demonstrations. I mean, the previous shot was was a lovely shot. I’m focusing on the swing. Just didn’t get over that bunker. We use that to help detect what’s going on. Bit more impetus in there. Bit of work with the swing caddy. More relaxing. More letting the club have its path. As I said, this business of the the into out swing path, it’s not anything that you’ve got to drill into yourself, muscle memory, all this nonsense. You’ve already got it. Anyone can do this. Anybody can do this. No matter your age, any ailments, any flexibility, anybody can do this. This is the swing caddy, and this is the hole-in-one. And these are two of the most powerful tools to support your easiest swing journey. With every swing, you get instant feedback, feel, and sound, helping you to build your six basics, enhancing rhythm, coordination, and effortless speed. Golfers around the world are adding distance, improving control, and feeling more freedom, all without swinging harder. And every purchase at easiestswing.com includes my free four-part training course showing you exactly how to unlock your swing’s full potential. This device allows you to experience what a good player feels. Visit easiestswing.com and feel the effortless power for yourself. [Music] So this desired intoout swing path, it really doesn’t need all the manufacturing and all the effort that I see a lot of people trying to put into it. Keep everything relaxed. Work on your leans to golf and not work on it in a way to ingrain it. It’s already there. Anybody can do this. work on in a way to feel it, familiarize yourself. Okay, those feelings, that desired into out swing path is there naturally. So, I very much hope you’ve enjoyed that video. Be sure to like and subscribe and we’ll see you in future sessions.

Let's freaking go 😎🏌️
Thanks Aaron, very useful for me as I’m guilty of getting a bit too lazy and casual with my transition to ES and forget to put a bit of impetus in. I’m still a work in progress and watching you I’m feeling I need to stand a little further away from the ball to help me turn and use that centrifugal rotational power. Great to bump into the boys at Princes this week.
Recently found you guys…watched and now I'm a subscriber….
For about 1 month now I've been trying the dance and the steps to follow through. Yesterday my friend said he's noticing my turn and follow thru and I can honestly say these practices and golfing are getting better… I'll be 65 end of the year with 2 lower back surgeries and a fully replaced right shoulder…Im hitting the ball further than when I was trying to kill it…
A number of years ago I hurt my back. Casting around for an easy-on-the-back swing, I stumbled on Jimmy Ballard, who was working with Rocco Mediate, who was also recovering from back issues and almost won the U.S. Open using Ballard’s technique. I found a copy of Ballard’s book and spent two years trying to learn his technique without much consistency or success. So, I worked on strength and flexibility and went back to my modified Lee Trevino open-stance technique. This year I realized my now-62-year-old body just can’t make that Trevino-inspired swing work anymore. That’s when I found Easiest Swing. I have to say, Easiest Swing has a great deal of overlap with Ballard’s technique, but I’m having much greater success with Easiest Swing. But why? I think where you propose “Danse du golf,” Ballard uses images like tossing a loaded shag bag or hitting someone with an open palm, actions that imply a much greater application of force. Freed from those ideas, I now see you and Ballard really are onto something! Many thanks for your low-effort approach. Many lightbulbs going off in my brain! 😂👍
I’ve recently watched one of Bobby Jones video, the one where he talks about being “lazy” in his takeaway. I think this ties in with the points you are making in this video. Too fast in the backswing affects your balance, weight shift and rhythm. All points that coincide with this lesson
Glad to know that I’m a 1 percenter
