1 year and 1 week ago, our course closed for a full restoration. The main reason was the irrigation system was falling apart and had been repaired and patched too many times. The course originally opened in ‘87, so it was past due. We did a lottery type drawing for tee times to make it fair for everyone. Only 88 rounds were available today, Saturday and Sunday each day. Members can only play 1 time in the first 2 weeks to give everyone a chance to play. The video clips are of the range, our new carts staged at the clubhouse, the other end of the driving range and the short game practice area.

    That’s great! Congratulations!

My town’s municipal course was obliterated by Helene last year. The back nine are open, but it’s gonna be 2027 before all 18 are ready to go.

Somebody convinced you to pay for new holes?

  5. I can already tell by the driving range that place is out of my price range

I would be camped out in front of the golf shop door a couple days before they open, just so I could take the first divot off that range!
