One of the BEST Mini Golf Courses! – Chapel Saint Leonards

Good afternoon or good evening or good morning whenever you’re watching really is it really can be any time of day. I’ll be having breakfast might be your corn flakes when you watch it. Who knows? But we’re back at Golf K now in Chapel St. Leonard today. Careful of the score cards blowing the wind. Gusty winds. Get nice course. Look at it. Great course. All seven. Just Yeah. All seven. Ellie. Funs. Ellie. I did say fs. Yeah. Every every hole is named after a person. That one’s named after Ellie. We come We’ll come to the Paul hole and the Dar Tom one and and whoever Andy hole could be. And so that’s Yeah. So, um, anyway, yes, as I was saying, the course, the clubs are better than last year. However, this is such a gripe for me. It’s really annoying cuz the course is an excellent course, but when you put the club down, it rides in the air. You can see. Yeah. Look, look. Yeah. Well, you you do example. I’ll show that. So, you’re going to do your shot anyway. But I want to play golf, right? Smaller clubs, but they’re too big for me. It’s only two sizes. one really tiny and one a bit too small. So you need something close to your eye. So I’ got to go like that. Look down there. And if you do that, well look at the bottom. Look. So look, you can see there’s a gap there. So you can’t hit the ball properly and you end up scuffing at the bottom. So what I’ve got to do, right, what I’ve got to do is don’t do that. And look at that. And even I’ve got to do that. And it’s not right. It’s weird. Look at that. It’s stupid. It’s a great course, is it? It’s a great course. Yeah. But it’s the clubs and I mean you can bring your own but they give you these they give you these um dull ones because apparently someone eat one that hit someone’s nose or something else and safety but it they don’t say that um the Arnold Palmer Jolly Roger they give you normal ones. So it’s like it’s you know it’s if it was the same for everyone they would give you proper golf balls anyway. So bit of an excuse. The course is great. course out at least 9 out of 10 this course but you can’t enjoy as much because you can’t eat it properly look so that’s that’s the um that’s the gripe about this course it’s good though come down here honestly it’s one of better courses we do actually just um yeah that’s all I’ve got to say on the matter matter’s closed now it’s still bringing bring his own club next year actually will do as well we’ll get them two park clubs so um bring his own clubs and balls and we’ll enjoy it properly. But yes, if you do come, if you got a couple of golf balls, your own proper golf, bring them cuz they got them dull ones here. And when when it when it’s dull and it’s rubbish club, it’s double whammy. So at least we’ve got no you don’t buy your own or even get just some half an hour just something bring at least bring your own balls. At least you’ll get a half decent game. Oh yeah. But yes, we say it is a good cause though guys. Get sun down. Yeah. 40 minutes from SK the bus. What bus? It was number one bus was w it. What bus were it from SKG? Bus 57. What was it? So yeah. See elephants all that’s a elephant there. Look the size of that trunk. bigger than me. So, I’m going to pan down here. Look, Darren’s first shot on the elephant all. So, shot one for Darren golf ceil similar distance from where I finished I think. get some distance away. Um, don’t know if you’re straight or not. Test again, test your feet to see if it’s straight or not. You feel bumps with your feet better than your good eyes. Always check. Always check your own surface, guys. You never know. Feel straight, isn’t it? Feels should be coming out. Don’t forget. Cut it out. Don’t forget to bit wind there, but get should get it in. But you know, seven out of 10. Just went in that didn’t it? You happy with that? Yeah, nice to that. Wasn’t guaranteed to, but yeah, I’ll take that in a day. That’s down there. Look, next to the hippopotamus. So, shot number two about turn up a bit. Maybe a bistas top, a gust of wind possibly. So shot three straight in for a three. Get some new with these as well by the way. Well yeah on these are quite not as they keep bouncing out of holes all the time. Deep deeper holes. Deeper holes. Better um deeper holes. Yeah. Better balls. Little little touches. Some little touches. And better clubs. All it needs. And better players does. Um probably not later.

Golfcano at the Golden Palm Resort in Chapel Saint Leonards, near Skegness is right up there with the best course we have ever played on! There’s 2 courses to enjoy with the main 18 hole course (with each hole ‘named’ after a person) plus a 9 hole course too. The only real issue is the clubs which are too rubbery so you don’t feel like your hitting the ball. You do find this on quite a few courses. As we always say you do need the right equipment when you’re playing mini golf. We did use our own balls which did help.
