You mentioned Tory Pines is your favorite golf course or favorite stop on tour. I believe that was your first professional event. Yep. Tory Pines. How’d the first T-shot go? The one in 2015. I believe that’s the one we were referring to. Yeah. Uh so I Monday qualified when I was in college my junior year. First tour event. Super excited. I’m going off. I think it’s now number one uh on North. And so it’s a it has to be probably the easiest first T- shot you could ever imagine for a first T-shot in a tour event in your life. There’s no trouble for 200 yards either direction. There’s one fairway bunker and like one tree in the left rough. And the play was just to hit like, hey, let’s just hit two iron, leave ourselves like a nine iron in. My brother’s on the bag and I’m playing with Justin Thomas when he’s a rookie, funny enough. And uh I think I’m going last. They announced the first guy he hits. I can feel myself starting to get a little nervous at this point. And then they announced, you know, Justin or whoever was second. And at this point, I’m like, “Oh, man.” Like, heart’s heart’s really racing, you know, like this is this is getting pretty real. And I had two iron in my hand. At the time, I went driver, two iron, no other wood. And I was like, “Yeah, this I don’t I don’t know if this is going to go super well.” And so, I literally reached into my bag and I grabbed driver. My brother just looking at me like, “What are you like, what are you doing?” Like, driver like you can’t hit driver, but it’s like, “Why? Like, what are you doing?” I was like, “That that face is so small right now. like I need the biggest thing I can hit with no hoszle and let’s get off this first T- shot and get out of here. And I you hit this like low quack hook in the rough, hit it up around the green, chipped it up to 8 feet, made par and I was like nice, now we can now we can calm down.
