I just gave it a try and was a pretty nice surprise to see I can do 1 rep with relative ease, even after my daily workout (at a slower pace for me, though), good to know my 1½ years of scapular conditioning and humble pullup self training is bringing more than I thought. 💪🏻 Thanks for sharing that challenge, man.

  4. Self esteem Hope reassurance How many push-ups is suitable for a normal healthy man daily Weekly monthly? Sets of ten 1 min breaks 100 total BECAUSE I CAN DO SETS OF 50 with 1 min breaks but is that healthy?

  5. I can do 3 in the 2nd week. I’m in slow motion but l got it done. I’m in better shape than my children. I beat my grandson on the pull up bar!!! He is 19 Lol 😂😂😂😂❤
