Golfmanager, a software platform designed to fully digitalise the daily operations of golf clubs, has announced a strategic partnership with and GolfQube, a new indoor golfing concept in the UK, which his set to redefine the player experience.

Through this collaboration, GolfQube will fully adopt Golfmanager’s digital platform, starting with its flagship venue in Cheltenham, which opened its doors last month, ensuring that every aspect of its operations – from bookings and coaching sessions to fittings, payments, and events – is managed seamlessly within one integrated system.

GolfQube’s choice of Golfmanager underlines its ambition to blend world-class facilities with innovative digital solutions, giving players not only access to high-tech simulators, indoor bays, and expert PGA coaching, but also the assurance of a seamless and efficient service every time they interact with the club.

By embracing Golfmanager, GolfQube also reaffirms its mission to reinvent the golfing experience in the UK. Bringing together indoor bays, simulators, fittings, retail, and coaching under one roof demanded a management system that is both robust and versatile — a fully cloud-based platform capable of supporting such a diverse and dynamic model.

James Watts, Operations Director at Golf Qube, said: “GolfQube is about more than golf – it’s about creating a complete destination where technology, coaching, and community come together. To deliver that vision, we need the very best digital tools available, which is why we have chosen Golfmanager as our partner. With their platform, we can guarantee that our players enjoy not just world-class facilities, but also the smoothest, most modern service in the country.”

Daniel Sillari, co-founder and co-CEO at Golfmanager, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome GolfQube to the Golfmanager community. Their vision aligns perfectly with ours – to make golf more accessible, engaging, and enjoyable for everyone. By powering their operations, we are helping to set a new benchmark in the UK for how technology can enhance both club management and the player journey.”

The partnership with GolfQube further strengthens Golfmanager’s rapid expansion in the UK, where the Spanish-owned company now powers the operations of more than 20 golf facilities.

Earlier this year, Golfmanager announced a partnership with Get Golfing, one of the UK’s leading multi-club operators, which has rolled out the platform across its 13 venues, including sites such as Hampton Court Palace GC and Pyrford Lakes.
