I started golfing 3 months ago and recently purchased a launch monitor to help practice. Will switching to a stiff flex shaft from a regular help with consistency?
You’re on the upper end of regular flex, and lower end of stiff.
Since you just started, I’d probably ride it out longer and get a stiff shaft for your next driver.

Do some swing speed training and then get fitted

I think you need to be at/near 105 mph swing speed more consistently, for stiff shafts.

Maybe! Maybe not. Just keep swinging and learning and having fun. No need to worry about shafts yet

These numbers wont determine that. The feel and dispersion of the golf ball will speak to that. Shaft stiffness when matched with proper swing – minimizes dispersion (off center shots). Distance and spin are more related to the loft , face angle of the club and swing speed of the golfer. Given the swing speed here I would say a stiff shaft may not hurt to try. The post doesnt really speak to what you are trying to correct though and it doesnt tell us what club this is for.

Those launch angles seem very high to me.

i swing between 100-107 and use a stiff but i sit consistently around 105. i’d stick with regular or try out a stiff before buying

The shaft is not causing your inconsistency issues.

Does your ball go left, right or straight as a majority?
husky_hawk
No. Your average is only 97.
Unless you have a weird tempo and/or you have a hook miss, then stiffer could help

Get fitted. Shaft weight and kick point also play a role
