The account is just reposting your post. Just like reddit accounts repost stuff from other places. Joey Plays Golf said “congrats” in the caption I assume to you for making your first birdie.

Dude, so guy asked for my number after a chill round with him and his buddy. He said he wanted to play together again. I told him I was going out of town for a couple of weeks for family stuff and said to hit him up when I was. I was back two weeks later, hit him up. No response. He asked me for my number as I was putting my stuff in my truck, so it’s not like he had to ask. People just do weird stuff sometimes
