REEDSBURG, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women’s golf team secured a sixth-place finish at the WIAC Conference Championship, posting a team total of 1000 (+136) over three rounds at Reedsburg Country Club. The team began with a solid opening round of 324 (+36) but dropped in the subsequent rounds, scoring 341 (+53) and 335 (+47) in the second and third rounds, respectively. 

Tally Schlindwein led the Blugolds, tying for seventh place individually with a consistent performance, tallying rounds of 78 (+6), 81 (+9), and 81 (+9) for a total of 240 (+24). Lily Kaminski also contributed with a notable 11th place finish, shooting rounds of 77 (+5), 81 (+9), and 87 (+15), resulting in a total of 245 (+29). Elizabeth Hermann followed, tying for 35th with a final score of 257 (+41), highlighted by a strong finish in the third round with an 82 (+10). Despite the overall team finish, individual performances showcased promising talent for the young UWEC team.
