regular season title, which they had waited for for a full 29 years, to a dramatic victory in the Korean Series . For fans who had waited for the championship, enduring countless twists and turns and disappointing eliminations, this victory meant more than just a record. At the heart of it all was the strategic leadership of General Manager Cha Myung-seok and the meticulous management of Manager Yeom Kyung-yeop. They reorganized the team based on the philosophy of building a sustainable, strong team , rather than simply pursuing one-season results. They officially declared the “Enjoy” movement and set a clear vision of building a sustainable, top-tier gymnastics team, not just a one-season success. However, some criticized such a preference as being too hasty. However, LG did not leave this vision as a mere slogan. The entire team prepared for the next season, and the entire club began to move globally, from injury management to performance analysis and strengthening training . The 2023 championship was not just a result, but a catalyst for building Enjoy , and it showed how seriously the club was committed to the future. It was a symbolic event that demonstrated how prepared they were. Now, LG’s goal is not simply to win again. It is to make winning a culture, to etch their identity as a strong team into the club’s DNA. That was the true meaning of the 2023 declaration. And this ambitious plan is becoming reality at this very moment . For a team that dreams of a dynasty, the most important thing is consistency. However, the 2024 LG Twins faced a severe test. While competing for the championship until the middle of the regular season , LG faltered sharply in the latter half of the season while being chased by Kia and Samsung, falling to third place . Then, they were defeated by Samsung with one win and three losses in the playoffs . Many fans asked why, and a period of painful self-reflection followed within the club. This disappointing result was not simply due to a slump. Complex problems included accumulated fatigue among starting players, unstable bullpen management, and the slump of Ye-guk-in. In particular, a loss of concentration at crucial moments and a lack of a single, game-changing move were fatal. A year lacking the details necessary for five wins. That was the reality of 2024. However, LG did not overlook this failure.
