The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce was pleased to host its 51st Annual Golf Tournament, underwritten by Waste Management. Since its beginning in 1974, the tournament has remained one of the Chamber’s most popular events and largest fundraisers, thanks to the support of players, sponsors, and donors.

This year, 126 players participated and enjoyed a full day of golfing. T-shirts for players were donated by Collins Sports Center. Prior to the tournament, The Oaks provided coffee and pastries. Lunch boxes containing wraps were prepared by The Oaks and sponsored by Laars Heating Systems and Yankee Electric Co., LLC. Following the tournament, a social hour sponsored by Unitil featured hors d’oeuvres from Windjammers Seafood Restaurant. Players and guests then enjoyed a clambake dinner catered by The Oaks. All participants took home goody bags filled with items donated by local businesses.
