University of Oklahoma Intercollegiate presented by PDI

NORMAN — Oklahoma women’s golf will travel to Hutchinson, Kan., to host the University of Oklahoma Intercollegiate presented by PDI this week.

The two-day, 54-hole tournament starts Monday with 36 holes beginning at 8 a.m. CT with the final round taking place on Tuesday, when a team and individual champion will be crowned.

“We are so excited to host the first women’s collegiate tournament at Prairie Dunes Country Club,” head coach Veronique Drouin-Luttrell said. “The course is in fantastic shape, and I’m excited for our girls to compete against another competitive field at a high-level golf course.”

The 14-team field is highlighted by two teams ranked in the Women’s Golf Coaches Association top-25 poll, with three more squads, including Oklahoma, that are receiving votes.

In their last time on the course, the Sooners finished third at the Schooner Fall Classic at Belmar Golf Club in Norman. First-year golfer Meg Tilma set a program record for a freshman, signing for 202 (-8) 54-hole score en route to a third-place finish. Reagan Chaney posted her seventh career top-10 finish behind a team-high 14 birdies as the senior grabbed a share of fifth.

Oklahoma’s lineup at Prairie Dunes features Savannah Barber, Isabelle Schlick, Audrey Rischer, Tilma and Chaney. Competing unattached as individuals, Satonkan (Earn) Thiengsri and Gracie Mayo will vie for medalist honors.

THE FIELD

Abilene Christian, (RV) Baylor, (RV) Eastern Michigan, No. 13 Florida, Iowa, Kansas State, Nebraska, No. 22 Oklahoma State, Sam Houston, Tulsa, North Texas, Wichita State, (RV) Oklahoma and Oral Roberts.

THE COURSE 

All three rounds will be played at Prairie Dunes Country Club in Hutchinson, Kan., which will play as a par-70, 6,005-yard setup.

FORMAT 

The two-day, 54-hole tournament starts on Monday, Oct. 6 and finishes on Tuesday, Oct. 7. Players will play two rounds on Monday and a final round on Tuesday in a traditional five-count-four scoring format.

HISTORY

The 2025 event marks the inaugural University of Oklahoma Intercollegiate presented by PDI, and is the first time a women’s collegiate tournament will be played at Prairie Dunes Country Club.

TEE TIMES, PAIRINGS AND LIVE SCORING

The Sooners tee off at 9 a.m. CT on Monday in a shotgun start with pairings to be announced later.
