Most Unique Irons at the Ryder Cup? #golf
We’ve got two of the most unique irons in play at the RDER Cup this week at Beth Page. We’ve got Team USA with the Titus 718 AP2s. These are played by Patrick Hantley this week. The last generation of Titalist irons before they went to the T-Series in 2019. And then we’ve also got on team Europe Matt Fitzpatrick playing the Ping S55. This goes back over 12 years now. This is kind of the similar profile to what became I210, I230, and I240. that kind of shallow cavity iron. So, which of these would you game in your bag? Would you go with Team USA and the AP2s or Team Europe and the S55s?
There’s plenty of older and unique golf clubs in play at The Ryder Cup. Which of these irons would you rather play? The Titleist 718 AP2’s or the PING s55’s?

Are they suitable for high handicappers?
They’re not like the I series. They’re like the iblade and blueprint s
S55s are iconic
Team USA as I’m not a PING guy
S55 definitely not precursors to the i series. They were released with the i25. They are the precursor to the iBlade.
AP2
Neither. I’d start my own continent and go srixon
I had AP2s, they were great but I found that my attitude was wrong and I was playing too slowly
I used ap2s for years!
i bet you cant give them away
Seems like Cantlay could use some new irons after that week
Matt fitz is so lame I couldn’t use anything he does!
