This past week Anthony Kim made his long awaited return, Adrian Meronk in penalised for slow play on LIV and we ask if golf should introduce a golden ball…
Also, we continue our new feature – The Talk Golf Scotland Helpline.
Thanks as always to our amazing supporters Breadalbane Finance!!
The rhythm of the swing never changes. Is it long enough? They’re beginning to applaud and quite rightly show. That is a simply magnificent shot from Colin Montgomery. [Applause] Glory is the winner. [Music] Not a million miles away, is it? Hello and welcome to another episode of Talk Golf Scotland with me Stuart Wford. And today I’m joined in the room representing Callaway Golf, Andy Mccardi. Hello. Representing Cobra Golf, Donald Mai. Good morning. And free agent looking for a sponsor, Peter Whiteford. Good morning. I’ve even, you know, I was TMA sponsored me last year. I didn’t actually go to them to see if they would renew their sponsorship because I think I might have been met with some dodgy response, you know. No, really. Why? Why do you think that, Stuart? I just feel like I didn’t I wasn’t a great brand ambassador for them. Records fly well, though. Yeah. No, I’m still bit to be honest, they’re all still new. I’ve not used them enough. So I I’ll I’ll go back for sponsorship in a couple of years time. They’ll take me on, Peter. Oh yeah. Anyway, as always, we are brought to you by Bradalin Finance, your trusted finance broker for companies in Scotland and beyond based in Edinburgh and mother. Well, if you want to know more about Brabin, go to bed finance.co.uk or get in touch with us and we will give away the direct mobile number to Chris McMaster and breathe PGA professional and finance expert. Quite a talent the way you make your voice go up and down like that. I’ve told you before that’s what the pros do. Yeah, that’s what we that’s not that’s not how we hear them to be fair. All right. Oh, well. Uh anyway, guys, uh let’s start with um hello Donald. How are you and where have you been this week? Oh, I I’ve just been working uh teaching a bit. Had a another game of golf on Sunday and a lovely morning actually. It was almost spring like the sun was out, no jackets on that. It was lovely. The golf was was very average. Uh but it was a lovely day. But no, not not an awful lot. No, just preparing for a few days away this week now. Well, we heard this dog just before you get in. It’s holiday week. Holiday season. It’s a few days. Folk won’t believe they would listen to this going, I can’t believe he’s away again. You know, you are Well, that was October the last time. You’re a senior, so like you know where you going? You going through the West Coast? Just a nice little quiet place in the in the beach. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, still in the west coast. Where are you going? Magalof. No, the same basically the same. Donald still goes in 18 to 25. 18 to 25 stone. But no, so I imagine it’ll be a quiet just a nice relaxing time. Yes. No, that’s good. But hopefully actually you’re not away for the next podcast. You’re back. See, that’s how short a time I’m going away. See, that’s going to disappoint a lot of people cuz one of the best features we had last week was Donald live in Mexico. Remember? Yeah. You and Sandra’s call in. I like that. Yeah. But uh Oh, well, we’ll not do it. Tell us when you’re away again. It’s better to be like, I don’t know, April or something. You away again. Yeah, something like that. Okay, Peter, have you been up to anything? Um, no, just a bit of teaching. Uh, then I watched Scotland give England a rugby lesson. That was great. Uh, and then I watched Man City give Manu a footballing lesson. That was last week. Scotland beat England. Yeah, maybe. Yeah, I’ve lost track of days. So, I bring it up again. Um, and then I watched Anthony Kim needing a golf lesson. But apart from that, um, we had Top Trace on, didn’t we? Um, all of us, all three of us, four of us. So, um yeah, we they ran us through the new system which will be good for the for our clients in terms of um having them practice how we want them to practice and be a bit more um hands-on when we’re not there. What can you do now? You can now prescribe drills and things. Yeah. Yeah. Prescribe homework basically. That’s brilliant, isn’t it? Yeah. Show them. That’s actually quite good. Yeah. But you often get asked by pupils how to practice and how how should I really practice and you give them your your sort of speech but do they do it um and it’s to hold them accountable to it or hold us accountable to what they’re doing and seeing seeing how the practice really goes rather than taking their words for it. So yeah know it could be a cool system. So like just trying it out. Um I’m going to try it a couple of clients first and see if I can even figure out the computer system first before I unveil it to more people. It’s good. There is nothing worse than I mean I I would imagine it’s been 20 years since I taught and I wasn’t a very good teacher but there is nothing worse than somebody coming for a lesson and then coming for another lesson a week later having not practiced in between. It’s more common than you think though Stu but you quite like that. You don’t mind it. You know they keep giving me my 30 quid. But if you want to see them making some progress or as say my analogy is if you go to the doctor and tells you what’s wrong with you, that doesn’t make you better. You’ve got to take the the medicine and your golf balls or the medicine. I do like that. You’ve always got good analogies, Donald. Always. It’s amazing. You’re Mr. analogy. Uh Andy, I haven’t really been up to much to be honest. Um just the same as these guys. A bit of teaching, bit of fitting. Played golf on Sunday as well. Saw Donald at Ladybank. Yeah. I saw you thin your t-shirt off the first down the left side of the fairway. Yeah, it was in the fairway. Yeah, I I actually played quite well. It went just about 20 yards past my driver, but I thought I thought Ladybank was in in Great Neck really. So, it was quite excited to play this year. Is it still match? Are you allowed to move it? So, they’ve changed the rule from fairways to 3 m in the rough to now just fairways. So, the easy answer to that Pete was yes. I couldn’t quite understand what they understand the email came through. So, what you allowed to are you allowed to move from the fairway to the semi rough and hit it? I I I don’t think I’m not encouraging that. No, if you’re playing winter league or that, I don’t think you can move it. I think you got to play it from the fairway. So, that email was about if you’re playing a competition type thing. I think so. All I did was take it to the rough cuz I was pretty much there anyway. I’m in the rough difference. But no, it was really good. So, no, apart from that, I’ve not been up to much and then I’m away to Spain next week. Although, you didn’t ask me what I’m doing next week. But, uh yeah, away for a few games of golf. That’s about it really. Cool. Well, maybe. So, hopefully in a couple of weeks time I might have something to talk about. We’ll maybe get some voice notes from you then from if you like. Yeah, that’ be good. Yeah. Uh oh. Well, I um I play golf again. I’m actually getting the bug for golf, I must admit. You know, twice this year already, St. I know. And it was Lon Links Ladies again. Um three times then cuz you played at Gold Course as well. Oh, that that’s right. I did you make a birthday? Did you pay for it? I did. I paid this week and I paid my dues. I did. Uh but yeah, I was just think I’m going to join my kids at London Links. So now when you join London Links, right, it’s like 80 quid or something. 80 quid, but they’re also a member of the ladies course. And I think I was thinking that’s a brilliant situation. And I was thinking a lot of other clubs. There must be clubs out there that could join forces with the local MUN or the local smaller golf course and allow their kids, not not so much adults, but maybe the adults as well, um, access to the other golf course because it really adds to their membership. And my kids aren’t ready to play London Links, but being part of the club and having a progression up to the big club is a good thing. Very good. Yep. Yeah. Do you know what to talk about anymore? I think you said all that needs to be said about that. Okay. Okay, that’s fine. Uh, right. Well, small news before we go on to other small news. Um, Taylor G, the internet blew up this week when Taylor Guch said, “If Rory Maroy goes and completes his career grand slam without some of the best players in the world, there’s just going to be an asterct next to it.” And of course, people blew up at that, you know, which is he got the desired effect that he was looking for then, which kept living the news again. Do you think that’s what it’s all about? Yeah. Yeah. He seems to have a habit of putting his fing at this guy. I think he’s maybe a bit thick. Yeah. I mean, if he’s not playing, it’s really going to detract from the event and everybody’s going to say, “Oh, you win.” When Taylor G wasn’t playing. Exactly. Exactly. But I mean what’s his best finish in a major? Hopeless. He won one PGA tour event, but he was on he was on the up at the time right now. But you know, he’s won most of his events on on the lift tier. On I know. And he’s not just saying him. He’s obviously he’s talking about the other players. But do you know see you look at the field and you look at the result this week uh which unusually I did uh there’s not that many names. There’s there’s 10 names. Okay. about how many names were in PJ2 this year. Yeah, I know. But that’s but I’m saying there still only 10 names that you’re that you’re that’s going to detract from it. Is there asterisk next to all the guys that won when Tiger was injured when when Tiger wasn’t playing? No. No. Which was a much bigger miss. No, but people do remember Harrington winning his first two B two three majors when he or all three maybe. Oh, when Tiger was injured or wasn’t playing. But do do you really talk anymore? History won’t. Yeah. No, look, he whatever he said in whatever context and you never know these things. Um yeah, it’s it’s got people’s feathers ruffled, but um he’s got a tiny point. I mean, I’m not going to lie. He’s definitely got a tiny point like I said about Tiger and and Podrick, but um No, it’s just a He doesn’t really have a point. I don’t It’s a tiny point, Peter. Yes, I tiny point. There’s There’s only All of them are in the majors. I mean, name a Yeah. All All the ones that that matter. Correct. Taylor G might be the leader of the pack that but everybody else is in already. Even Wacky Neman’s getting invites now. So, and he just by the way that Wacky Neman got an invite to the PGA Championship as well um just the couple days ago. So, he’s in the Masters and the PG. Good. I don’t think the Open and the US Open can give away invites like that being opens. They need to create a special exemption. Yeah. So, anyway, but Rory did refuse that situation to be fair. Rory did the the grownup thing there, I think, and and he said, you know, the interview led him down a path to to him. It led him into the saying what he was going to say. There you go. It’s context. But Rory doesn’t want to ruffle feathers or does he? Cuz he’ll be playing in 11 in a few weeks. He’s about to pick up his billion. Yeah. What is it? 900 million we’re talking about. Yeah.$1.23 billion. So, yeah, about that. Yeah. They’re really the PGs really can’t lose live Rory. If they lose Rory, oh my god, it’s all done. Anyway, okay. Well, we’ll go on to a couple of events before we go on to um uh our helpline. We’re going to do helpline again this week because it’s a dry a dry week in golf really. Again, you know, as far as the helpline helps us really. That’s all it is. And we’re going to try and answer a couple of questions better than we did last week cuz there was one particular question we really butchered. What was that? The YouTube one. Yes. Yeah. Okay. Donna was talking about tips and we didn’t read the question properly. Yeah. I I no you read it out really poorly. I think that was the main reason I couldn’t read. Right. So anyway, this week um the DP World Tour was in South Africa. Um anybody watch any of this? Well, I don’t think it was even on TV, was it? I don’t know. I don’t think it was. I I did look for it at one point and wasn’t on. Well, I I mean I saw it on highlights. I saw bits and I I don’t think it was on Sky and the the usual time. Certainly have to admit I didn’t watch any of it. Um I saw a tiny little highlight and then saw one of old caddies Elvis he he he was on the bag of the guy that won the young American lad that won it. So it was it was good for him text him saying well done but um yeah like as far as the tournament I didn’t I didn’t see much of it. Connor sign was up there for a long time though. He was like I thought he was going to you know he was going to win but he 75 in the last round was disappointing for him. finished fourth in the end with 75. You know what? How far back? He finished four behind. So, you know, a 70 and he wins, you know, that which is Yeah, it’s a a shame, but again, he’s got himself up there in position again, you know. Uh that’s all good. He’s had a good couple of weeks. Although obviously a very disappointing last round. That’s him up to 26th in the order now, you know. Which hasn’t really started yet though, has it? No, I know. But at least you’re in position early on, you Yeah, he’s he’s got points up there already to the ultimate goal is to get in the top 10 and get the hell out of there. You know, that’s I was like Keith P’s left uh leaving at the end of this month. He’s officially leaving his role of whatever his job was at the European tour, the leader, the boss. Uh but he’s he’s leaving his role. Um and yeah, I think that’s what he’s what he’s allowed to happen. I still think is terrible for the European tour, but think time will tell. Time will tell. Yeah. I wonder what his legacy will really leave. But yeah, look, he’s he’s came and done as good a job as he thought he could do. But um yeah. Yeah. Pros and cons to what Listen, they’re playing for for more money than correct than than they’ve been playing for before and it’s guaranteed for how many years? Four years or something. Three years. Exactly. So he does seem to be of the opinion like Rory that, you know, it’s basically a foregone conclusion that the go the world of golf is going to become a world golf tour. So I suppose what’s the point in fighting it? I don’t know. But yeah, giving away your top 10 guys, it just seems to weaken the European tour of the year. I mean, I’m looking at that event that last week in South Africa and I know that probably been a smaller event anyway, wouldn’t it? Y um but you know, it’s difficult to get excited about turning it on the telly because I don’t recognize any of the names. Uh, but unless a Scots guy jumps up in the leaderboard and you’d think, well, maybe I’ll turn it on. Rory Rory is leading the order of merit. Uh, Moron’s Moron’s in third place and Neiman’s in fourth. They’re members of the two or they are members of the two. They must be members, are they? Yeah, but yeah, it’s uh the world’s gone nuts. Anyway, Honda Classic. So, is there anything else you want to talk about that one? the the boy Gumbberg from America um seems to be uh a sweet is a sweet swinger. Did you see his swing, Andy? No, I’ve not seen it now. Very good swinger of the golf club. Doesn’t matter though. No, doesn’t matter at all. Doesn’t matter. But it did matter this week cuz he won. Uh but he won the second extra hole. But yeah, kind of a journeyman American who’s obviously failed American trying his hand. But Caddy made all the difference. Elvis. Yeah. Yeah. Elvis. It’s funny. Good caddies seem to able to help some players. Yeah, they can help players that listen. They can help players that listen. That’s the thing. What did he get the sack for? Oh, probably looked at me too long for like a second or something. Probably he’s giving his balls too many cleans. He was cleaning his ball too much. Yeah. Never. Peter didn’t like clean balls. Never never clean your balls in front of Peter. I taught him all he knows. Honda classic then. You watch that one, Andy? No, I I usually do. You got me on a bad week. It’s actually not the Honda Classic anymore. I’m pretty sure Honda left the building. Uh Cognizant Classic at the Bear Trap PJ National. We used to like watching that though, didn’t we? It’s got a good finish, doesn’t it? Yeah. But it’s like it’s really lost its way. But it’s probably lost its way because it’s in between all these other big I mean, what is it this week’s Arnold Palmer signature event, which is one of the best stops on tour, you know? You know, then you got the player straight after. Nobody’s going to play this one. Scheduling’s huge on, you know, if you’re a sponsor or if you’re player, the scheduling is absolutely huge for these events. And there was a rain delay as well. So, like, you know, you you have like the bear, it’s the bear trap, isn’t it? You have like um these lovely bigars, not bears, um grand stands and all that around these around the finishing holes. And they were empty and it was just Yeah, it was interesting. At one point, um Eric Van Roy had a chance at shooting an unbelievable rounding. He was sort of buried the first six holes. He was eight under through 10ish. Um but you know they’re all talking about 57 watch and all the rest of it. But yeah um the reindeerly took care of that but and Larry Lowry looked as though he was right in position to win and then yeah didn’t happen for him either. Yeah, he’s normally good around there, isn’t he? He’s he’s been up there and it’s horses for courses whatever but he’s a class act. But yeah, I don’t know I don’t know what the weather was like yesterday for the I think once they resumed play I think it looked all right from there. I didn’t again I didn’t watch much of it. I found out while I was working, but um No, I wasn’t. I just didn’t turn it on. I go watching Manu. Yeah. Um that’s No, Monday. Monday it was finishing. Pete. Yeah. Well, I don’t know. I was busy. The boy, your date, you’re not good with dates this week, but no. The boy Austin Erot. Yeah, he’s been injured for a while, but he he um he just continued to just whap driver straight down the middle of I mean, he was mincing the ball. He was and his irons were just every sing just the the sound of the shots he was hitting just like there was no fear, no thinking I’m not going to win this. It just it just looked it was really impressive watching him and he won by three. Um but it was it was an easy win it felt in the end. Eric Vanroy you like you say he was on his 59 watching. I did root right down Snicker. Right. So Snooker is in Snooker’s in Saudi this week. Uh and you know they’ve got the the golden ball. Have you seen that? No. Nope. I I heard a clip of that this morning and listen to talk sport on my way in. But what is it? They’ve got a golden ball that they put on the top above the brown ball on the they put it right on the cushion above the brown ball and basically there’s a huge prize. I actually don’t know what the prize is a million pounds. Let’s just make up the big prize. Yeah, just make it up. And then so you can get if you get a 167. So you get 20 points for that golden ball. So you have to do your 147 and then pot that one. Uh you have to put it last. As soon as Yeah. Yes. As soon as as soon as 167 isn’t possible or 147 isn’t possible, it’s removed from the table. So as soon as somebody misses a pot of red, misses it. Um but yeah, it did make me think that I think that’s quite exciting. RN Sven is obviously up for this. You know, he’s been on strike from 147s for four years. Doesn’t do them. He does. It was only once he done it, didn’t it? Oh, he says he’s been on strike since 2018. But yeah, so I I really hope somebody gets this 167. I’ll be watching. You’ll be watching now as well. Uh I think what do you call him? Uh Higgins had a chance. He had done all the reds and all the blacks last night and then missed the yellow. What a loser. E loser. Even thinking about the golden one though. Oh, he’s thinking about the He’s thinking about that golden balls. Yeah. Um but yeah, it did make me think about one 59s. you know, should golf have a prize for something like a tournament, whether it’s a should a prize for a 59 so is go for it. Well, there was in the on the when when there was a Euro pro, remember your man leaving got the 59 um and he won it’s money. So he but at that level money is is is what you want and he got an extra um I don’t know plus the winning plus the this that and the other. So yeah, um you put that on on the top tier, um the money is not really the issue, is it? It’s not like they’re going to go, “Oh yeah, great. I get an extra 20 grand. I mean, who cares?” Well, what did Snook Snooker used to be back in the day? I mean, back in the day, it was 147,000 at the World Championships, wasn’t it? Mhm. So, what what sort of prize would you give somebody in golf? I mean, what it can’t be for 59 cuz it’s been done too often now. But 147 is done all the time as well. Yeah. But I don’t know. our course record. It brings up those arguments of 147s, solos and ones, nine darters and all that which is the hardest and you hear this all the time, don’t you? But um yeah, I just I just think it might be quite interesting, you know, if if somebody maybe Rory Maroy is not going to care about the money, but if some lower guys got a chance to keep going here, get the get the extra million quid here. Yeah. And on the last round as well. Yeah. You know, suddenly I’m sitting I’ve just made the cut. I shot 76 in the third round. Let’s just go for it. I’ll just go for a 59 today. Have you ever gone for a 59, Andy? Uh, no. What about the 12? No. Yeah. No. It’s never been in sight. Rory’s quite quiet. I mean, I feel like he’s Was he I don’t know why he’s there. Jen is there because I don’t know why he’s there. Why is he there? cuz he’s wanting to. He said he’s made the statement earlier in the year that he plays well when he’s played more often and he doesn’t want to go to the Masters without having played quite a bit. It’s funny that it’s taken him that long for us because we’ve been talking everybody the whole world’s been talking about that for years, haven’t they? He he said before the season, he said, “I’ve sat down with my team and we’ve discussed I need to play more golf before the Masters.” And exactly as you say, it’s not like he started last year, is it? Why wouldn’t they have done that years ago? Yeah, it’s fine. He’s allowed to change his mind. He’s allowed to to um pivot and move and and do what he thinks he needs to do to to do it. I think I think what he’s doing is great apparently according to the commentators. Like I said, I didn’t watch much of it. Um he was hitting the ball tremendously well. Just the putter was cold again. I mean, he probably finished 10 under. Um something and with a really cold putter. So apparently, you know, they’re sort of saying put your money in them for the next one of the next two or three events. He’s he’s he’s bubbling. I mean, he’s he finished 21st. He’s 367. That’s a that’s a bad finish for that’s a yes. That’s a real bad one for Rory. Yeah, I know. Oh, only for Rory. It’s not a horrendous week, but for Rory, I mean, he plays badly and finishes fifth. Both. Yeah, that’s how good he is. Yeah, that’s right. But he’s still there’s obvious match practice is going to be good for him. I think he’ll start ramping things up this week. He’ll get a bit more excit not going to be that excited about the Honda. Nobody’s there. It’s wet. It’s miserable. You know, Arnold Palmer players and then the Masters like I think it’s I think he’s doing the right thing. He’s doing what he needs to do. If you keep doing the same thing, expecting different results for sign of madness. So, he’s he’s changing up his prep for the masters. Okay, let’s go to uh Donor’s favorite subject, uh live golf. So, um they were in Jedha this week and I’m fed up of asking you guys, did you watch this? And then you go, no. You’ve said that about other teachers as well. So, so listen, I it was on, we had it on in the range this week, right? And I was between lessons, I must have had a gap or something like that. And I sat and watched it for 10 minutes and I’m like, Andy, there’s just too much going on in the screen to watch the golf. The guy’s hitting a putt and suddenly something changes over on the left side of the screen cuz they’re rearranging the scores and your head moves to that. And I just I I thought it was just awful. There was no sound. I wasn’t listening to it, but just far too much going on the screen. You need to clear that screen. Uh do updates every now and again, but not just down the whole left side. That’s I find it quite distracting, Stuart. Well, yeah. I think you’re I think the the broadcast itself is pretty crap. I mean, I don’t know. I I find you’re probably right with that. The the the commentators, including Fert, are bloody awful. They’re always trying to build the thing up. They’re always trying to make a hype, make it sound much more exciting. And first was was on his way out of the PJ tour when they took him. He was the guy like we’ve had enough. He’s passed it. Yeah. Um, you know, I actually don’t mind him. I think he’s But yeah, it doesn’t work for me. But look, yeah, it’s live. It’s It’s all right. They’re just trying They’re trying They try too hard to to force. And part of what Donald was talking about down the left hand side of the screen is force that the team scores on you all the time. Yeah. It’s a team thing that that is lost on me. I I just don’t see any of the team thing remotely interesting. No. But anyway, we’ve kind of talked about all this stuff before, but one of the thing that did happen was Adrien So, Adrian Adrien uh was penalized for slow play, which it’s like when when you see that coming up, you think and he was in he was in the hunt. He was up there. He was doing well. Um and it ended up costing him you know almost quarter of a million dollars being but so he’s playing with John Ram Kevin Na and on I think the like I’m making up the holes here but on the like 12th hole they were put they dropped back in the field which was their fourth there who knows but they were they had fallen behind the group in front lost their position on the course so they they were warned and then a few holes later they were put on the clock they had actually dropped further back. So, they were put on the clock and then on the 18th hole, they’re allowed they’re allowed 40 seconds to hit a golf shot. Uh, and the first person to hit the golf shot into the green or whatever gets another 10 seconds. You got 50 seconds if you’re the first person. He was the first person, but he took over two minutes to hit the shot into 18 and you know, it’s but that so that’s a penalty. Yep. But so often it’s not. It’s like amazing how it’s I applaud Liv. Brilliant. as long as they stay on top of it and keep keep consistent with it. I think it’s great. I think this is the second time live have penalized somebody which is brilliant. And and when was the last time it happened on European tour or it just doesn’t happen. US tour like the Masters was the one you can remember when I can remember they picked a 14-year-old boy. Yep. But why why is it so difficult to implement these rules? But and a fine on that live tour is is is healthy and I mean that shot penalty is not a fine. That shot penalty has cost him what you say 250 grand or something. I don’t even think it’s the money. Yes, he lost 250 grand. But players care about the shot more than the money. Yes, of course the um Yeah. Yeah. What the one shot penalty? Good. And and long continue and hopefully I mean the PJ tour’s been influenced a lot by live of late with the money and everything that hopefully they’ll be influenced by that as well. Yeah, there’s I mean there’s the case I’m sure it wasn’t helped him playing with Nah. So they probably fell behind probably a bit to do with Na as well because he’s not the quickest. A bit quicker these days though, isn’t it? I think it was Yep, wasn’t it? It was really yepy. Okay. Maybe maybe been harder than him when he walks the ball in the hole. I’m not sure what the difference is in Liv in terms of when you’re talking about um you want it to be consistent. You know, Liv’s only got 50 players. So there there could quite possibly I actually don’t know there could possibly be a referee with each and every group which you get in majors obviously in in real term but in PJ tour you won’t get a referee of every group. So they don’t need a referee they’ve just lost a position on the golf course though which is spotable by anybody and the referee goes over to that. I’m just saying it’s easier to be on them if you’ve got a referee for every group. Yeah, but it’s easy to pick up anyway. Listen, you kind of need to pinpoint the individual golfer though, don’t you? Unless you penalize the group. Yeah. The whole group goes on the watch though first. Yeah. Yeah. So then but you need someone to watch them though. I mean like if they go on the watch then surely that people are looking to see who is causing the the delay. Listen at every level golf where you’re at club golf or you’re at you know our level at PJ level or Pete’s level at European right you know who the players are slow. They know the officials know who are the slow players. You know we Jimmy slow at the golf club. And unfortunately, because it’s social, they don’t. The club’s scared to tell them. The club captain or the the club’s manager, they should go, “Jimmy, you’re too slow. You need to play quicker. You’re going to penalize or we’re going to have to make you play at the back of the field cuz you’re ruining everybody else’s golf.” But in this world, we’re scared to upset somebody because that might Jimmy might go, “Oh, I think I think you nailed it on the head at the start. Look, they’re starting up a new tour here. H well done, Liv, for doing that. Um, it’s all about, you know, I can’t remember what their their catchphrase is. Golf but better or golf but faster. And it’s all about louder. Is it? Um, let’s say faster than for this, right? Okay. So, yeah, faster. What’s faster? Um, yeah. So, yeah, they’re they’re doing what they they’ve got a smaller group of players. They can keep on top of them a bit easier. Um, and they don’t want to fall in traps that other tours have gone down. So, I think what they’ve done is great and hopefully it carries on. Okay. Um, Wacky Neman wins, gets an invite to the Masters and the PGA. So ruffle ruffling a few feathers. It’s like he’s going they’re it’s like they’re trained into saying the thing that’s just going to pee everybody off. Did you see his little interview? No. Yeah. So he basically Yeah. He slagged off the fact that he was 100th in the world still. You know, he joked about it like I’m never 100th in the world. Um why did they keep going on about this? So they knew that. I know. It’s really annoying to watch him say it. He was he asked. was he asked, “You’re pretty much the best player in the world at the moment. You’re playing the best golf in the world at the minute.” And he’s like, “Well, clearly I’m not in the world.” I’m not in the majors. Yeah. But he and he’s in the Masters. They gave him a special invite. So, and who did they invite somebody else? Torbjar. Was it Torbby? Yeah. He just got I mean, there’s I mean, for me, I looked at that. I thought he’s got invited because of Wim Neman. He better be going over and saying, “Thanks very much, Wim.” You know, because the the Masters, if they had just invited Wack, it looks like they’re really supporting Liv, but so they’ll have to invite two or three other people just to make it to is to make the field more international. Yeah, Bollocks. They were just needing to get that one of the best players in the world in the field. Anyway, Anthony Kim. So, we we you know, we were asking where’s where do you think Anthony Kim would finish? Um well, the three of us all said dead last, didn’t we? We said 50th, but I think I think we were meaning 50th was last, weren’t we? I was thinking he was maybe going to have a little honeymoon week and that would be everything would be rosy, not caring about life. I didn’t realize that he looked like he had just crawled off the like the homeless shelter. Uh, not a haircut in four years. Clearly been on a golf course in 15 years. Um, and he would he’d actually aged as well and he said he played well and he finished 12 behind everybody else. The only people he beat is because they basically died. They didn’t complete the three rounds. Yeah, he was he was la he was last in every single round. He was joint last with Lee Westwood, which is a real star on that tour. Uh yeah, third round. Did you see the video with John Ram and uh what’s his name? Anthony Kim. Did you see it? No. So, so they walked towards each other and um John Rams pulled out a Sharpie pen to to sign an autograph for him and genuinely had no idea who he was. So, they’ve obviously had to say, “Oh, I’m at Kim.” I kind of laughed about it, but yeah, brutally. Yeah, it’s a bad start. I mean, he’s what is he? Just he was consistently poor. He was like five over, five over, four overs. I mean, when he was like, “Yeah, I’m playing off kind of four or five at the minute, but you know, I’m looking to get better.” He he might get better, but he’s you can’t stop golf for 12 years and expect to pick up again. Can you? I mean, ever. As predicted, no. But ever. Do you think I didn’t realize he hadn’t picked up a club in 12 years? He’s he’s got an opportunity now cuz he’s got a wild card. He’s a he’s a wild card. He’s getting in every single event now till the end of the year, which is on live tour that’s like 10 events or something. But do you think I mean could he possibly get to the point where he’s finished in the middle of the pack or Jenke is just going to be last every single week? I suppose it just depends on what he has done up to now. I was going to say I think he might be last every single week. Yeah, I’m I’m making a complete pivot and going he’s he’s horrific and he generally hasn’t touched a golf club for 12 years. It’s not like he’s I mean, yeah. Has it come out and said that? No, but that’s what a guy with that much class. You would have thought he was still playing away and I mean you could put a first round nerves down to it, but it was just consistently not very good. Do you do you think someone from Liv went to him and said, “Go and play holes and let me see you first before we offer you all this money.” Or he’s like, “No, no, no, no. You have to sign it in advance. You’ll see on the day how I play.” Trust me, I’m good. Yeah, I’m I’m fine. I’m fine. Had 11 birdies at Augusta. Go watch that video. No, he’s he’s hopeless now. I don’t know. I’d like to I’d like There wasn’t even that much buzz. I reckon there wasn’t that much buzz because probably Norman did catch him play a couple holes and thought, “Oh my god, we keep spoken the first four holes of his tournament. There’s buzz gone. Jeez, get a par.” Yeah. No, he was Yeah, it’s not. It was a bit of a disappointing, you know, because I feel like he’s better, you know, even down the pub, you know, cuz I’m It looks like he spent a lot of time in the pub. Down the pub. He could have remained as this guy that was like, “Oh my god, you see him? See him over there? He used to be one of the best players in the world and just stopped playing golf.” And there’s that he keeps that mystique for the rest of his life. He’s lost all that mystique now. He’s gone. The fog is cleared. He’s absolutely rubbish. So yeah. Anyway, is that what we want to talk about that live thing? Mhm. Yeah. I don’t know what team won. I don’t know anything about it. Uh but Bryson Deambo, seven under, three over, eight under. He’s, you know, that’s, he’s good, that boy. I don’t have anything to say about this, but let’s move on. We’ll go and listen to Is there another live one more live event before the Masters? Is that all there is? There’s another one this week. They’re in Hong Kong. And is there is there anything else before the Masters? Uh, but other than this week, no for live. Not sure. Don’t think so. I don’t know. I think there maybe isn’t. I don’t know. I know. But it’s my point is it’s a long layoff if there’s not. I don’t think there is. unless they come and play in the European tour. The guys that are members, I could find out in two minutes. Um, I could find out while we’re at the break listening to Mrs. Bdalbin. Berdalin have been providing commercial finance solutions to UKMmemes since 2013. Whether it be asset finance for vehicle or machinery purchases, commercial mortgages for your property funding requirements, or everyday working capital finance, we have the expertise to help you navigate the course. Bdulbin, driving your business forward. Okay, so in the break we’ve been doing some research. That’s the first research we’ve ever done. It’s a group. So it turns out live are playing before the Masters this week in Hong Kong and then they’re in Miami like the week before the Masters. So that’s people would have been on the edge of their seat there, you know, wondering. It’s just fast forward in that advert. I wish this I wish the stop speaking so I could hear it. Find out. Um anyway, we’re going to go on to uh the Top Golf Scotland helpline uh our new feature where we answer your uh questions very badly. Um and the first question we’re going to go to is Duncan Stewart um on Twitter who says, “Hi Chaps, what’s the best drill for me to use for striking my irons better?” And I’m going to send that to Donald. Okay. Well, it it depends what he’s talking about. You know, a very generic question really. It depends whether he’s hitting it heavy, whether he’s hitting it thin, uh, whatever it may be. Let’s assume he’s he’s getting it right uh, heavy. For instance, there’s a good drill. But before going to any of that, right, setup is the key, right? As boring as it always is, right? First thing to check when you’re not striking anything properly is your setup. Make sure the setup is right first and foremost. Right? And I say everybody thinks that’s boring, but in anything you do in life, if your business isn’t set up properly, everything else is then compromised. And it’s exactly the same with your golf swing. If you’re not set up properly, do it. You’re you’re going to struggle to strike the ball properly. Uh if he’s hitting it heavy, a good drill is the towel drill. I don’t know whether you boys use the towel drill. Put the a towel in the ground sort of 4 in behind the ball and try and hit the golf ball without hitting the towel. If you get too shallow on it, you’ll hit the till, you’ll clip it and you’ll get it. Stop it heavy. Uh, so if you get that will encourage you to get a we bit steeper in the ball, right? Hitting the ball with your your feet together, right? Which stops any lateral movement. So the low point in your swing should become more consistent is another good drill. But do it get a lesson. Go and get a lesson. Don’t email in. Don’t email in. Just book a lesson. But but but you know it’s like we slag off we we slag off YouTube all the time for for you know people looking at it for tips and things. Everybody’s individual and and that happens their faults happen for different reasons. So if you set up to it properly right if he’s hitting it heavy try the towel drill right if it’s thin or whatever but hit a lot of shots with your feet together to stop any lateral movement to make the low point of your golf swing become a bit more consistent. It’s kind it’s kind of an impossible question to answer isn’t it? Of course it is because you don’t know what like Donald said you can’t it’s generic but um that’s Donald’s bang on with a with what I would say in terms of it’s low point control and all the rest from from a coach’s point standpoint from a player standpoint if I’m ever struggling um woke up and I can’t strike it all of a sudden then I go into just messing about. So, in other words, I would mess about with just hitting a bunch of punches or hitting a bunch of slices, a bunch of hooks, something. You’ll find something that you you can nit you can take a tiny little bit of what you’re doing and that kind of mess about practice and try and implement into your real golf swing. Okay, if that makes sense. And have you got anything to add? No, I think the towel drills perfect. I think that’s that’s probably the best one. That would be my go-to one, I would say. It probably some of your chat there just answers what the kind of thing we were trying to say about some of the YouTube question last week and that don’t watch YouTube. You know, if somebody if you see a thing strike your irons better and you want to click on that, don’t click on that because nobody can answer that. Exactly. Not for you. They can’t answer that. They can answer that gener generically like you’ve tried to there, Donald. But really, unless that you’ve got the individual in front of you, you don’t know correct. You can say what you’re meant to be doing correctly, don’t you? You can’t see why they’re not doing it in the first place or what’s causing them to not be able to do it. So, correct. You got to find the root cause, you okay? Next question. Sean Bisset, who I think is a he’s a PJ pro, isn’t he, Sean? Yeah, he was. And he might still be, but he’s just got another job working for a construction company, actually. Oh, right. So, he’s constructing things. Yeah. Up in the world. So, Sean says, “Golf club catering. Are some golf clubs selling their members short with their catering offers? Can’t stand rolling up at the golf club, hoping for a breakfast roll and a coffee before a game only to find out the kitchen is shut until lunch. Uh, let’s go to Andy first because I like my bacon rolls. Is that why you’re coming to me? Yeah. So, f first of all, I completely agree it’s very annoying turning up and the catering being shut. But I mean, again, it’s probably going to be an uneducated sort of comment here, but I think going back quite a while ago, the the caterers did make a bit more money than they do now. And just speaking from a couple of clubs that I was sort of involved with, I don’t think they particularly like the caterers making as much money or the the perception that the caterers make as much money as they did. and golf clubs have tried to maybe take a bit of that and you know yeah in house which ties their hands a little bit more but and and I think they try and maybe rightly so try and cut costs a bit. I mean like say if you look at the winter they will try and close to save money on on having to to pay people. So I think partly it’s it’s maybe a case of trying to cut costs and also I think putting it more more caterers now are inhouse rather than sort of um you know people doing it themselves. I don’t I don’t know about that but I agree with some of what you say. I thought a lot franchise didn’t it? Yeah, a lot of franchised out but it’s all very well saying you know we want breakfast on but if there’s only four people using it right it’s not worth our while doing it. It used to be as you said Andy but it was a club steward and steward desk right and they lived on the premises you could get food at 8 in the morning you can get food at 10 at night when you come off the golf course in the summer and that doesn’t happen anymore since they’ve lost that shes but there’s too many car park members now right that just get out their car onto the golf course back off the golf course into their car and away don’t even go into the clubhouse and you’ve you’ve got to it’s the chicken and the egg though isn’t it right did they not go in because they kind of get a role or vice versa, you know. So, uh the membership has to use it. I I first totally totally agree. I say this to people in terms of trying to enjoy the golf even to a certain extent. You know, there’s that many what you call them car park golfers that rock up out the car, go play golf, back in the car, and off they go. So, their enjoyment of the day is whether they had a good round, whether they scored well quite often rather than, you know, the bacon roll before and then we coffee afterwards or or a pint afterwards. people are apparently too busy these days. There’s not enough hours in the day, all this stuff. But so yeah, don’t Yeah. If there’s not if if you’re running the business, you’re not going to keep it open for, like you said, a possible maybe five guys might come in before 12:00, you know, by the time you pay your your your waiter or your cook. It’s not it’s not worth it. But um you know, I I think what they could do is simply have it online and just let you know a little bit more. Same as you would get your bacon roll online. No. No, what I mean is you could let you know pre-order. Yeah. Or just Yeah. Or I just say four of us are coming for breakfast, but we’re te off at 9:00. We’ll be there for quart 8. Yeah. But can you not can cater is not just I mean I I gather they’re already doing it where they’re saying they are open x amount of hours this time of year. It’s not like they just decide on a Tuesday we’re not going to bother open. I’ve seen it happen. I’ve seen it where it’s inconsistent. Well, that’s what you don’t want. you know, oh the car’s gone away earlier this today because it’s raining and there was nobody about. You know, that’s horrendous. Yeah, that’s not what you want. I don’t know. I I probably see it. I don’t know. Sometimes I think this is maybe unpopular opinion. I don’t even know if I’ve not really fleshed this out in my own head. Right. These are these are the good ones. But like, you know, giving it to a steward and stewards, you you know, and I know a lot of clubs have moved away from that, but you kind of lose control a little bit. So, you lose control because they’re going to go, “Oh, well, we’re not making any money between 8 and 10 in the morning. We’re not going to be there. We don’t want to be there.” And you then you’re you’re if you force them to be there and lose money then, you know, but like I don’t all I can talk about is my own our own little business here, right? We open the doors at half nine. I know half nine is different to half seven, but half nine you we we probably lose money in the first hour. In fact, definitely we’ll lose money in the first hour and we’ll definitely lose money in the last hour of the day. But does that mean we just don’t bother with that hour and stay closed and then you open at half 10 and close at half 8? You know, no. Because you know, you’ve got to offer the same you try and offer the same service to all the people all of the time. And no, it’s difficult because I I agree with you entirely. I I just think that you’ve got to start somewhere. And if you started offering bacon rolls and coffees and doing a great service from I I mean if somebody’s teeing off at half 7 in the morning, I don’t expect anybody there half six. But if you know from 8:00 I feel like from 8:00 the kitchen should be open and the bar should be open and you should get a service from the golf club. Especially if you’re a visitor. I’ve been I’ve been a visitor golf clubs and you’re the lights are off in the clubhouse. Yeah. And you’re sitting there in the quiet and none’s on and you’re all I I know when we when we go to play golf whether you guys or other mates or whatever it be like we’ll meet in the clubhouse to start with right especially for you know we’re all going separate cars or whatever meet for a roll before we start and so often we’ve got to get a roll before we get to the golf club. Mhm. Right. And that’s in the summer as well. I know but we’re we’re the dinosaurs that enjoy the social aspect of of of the day like the the full day like I was saying. So but there’s so much of the modern era that just don’t do that. But look, I I actually not I totally agree with what Stuart said. I think I think I think I think you got to take the hit and charge seven quid start backing you in the long run. Charge seven quid more for Greenfield and include it in. I I don’t know. I mean, but even for members, I don’t know. You’ve got to be part of you want to be part of something that’s kind of cool to be part of. Yeah. And I think it’s just as as we keep talking about the the social aspect of life has changed, you know. Uh so it’s difficult to you’ve you’ve got you’ve got to offer the service to see whether it works. If you do it for 6 months and it doesn’t work, then you can say look we offered it right. This is what we offered you as a club. It wasn’t taken up so we’re going to cut back. But you’ve got to try it first. You got to give it a decent amount of time. If you could ask people for the support, ask for them. Just ask them. Say I’m going to we’re going to do this this year for you guys. go and support us and come down an hour before you play and have a bacon roll and a coffee because you know Yeah, I think people would support them. I I think so, too. So, it’s a it’s a relevant question that Sean’s asked. Yep. Okay. I’ve not answered it, but it’s relevant. There’s there Yeah, it’s up to each individual club and how their business is run. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Next guy. Um, another Twitter one. Um, he’s got a Twitter name, so I’m not Is that not X? Stupid. Uh, it’s on. Sorry. X. Yeah. So fashion. See, you should ask me and Pete about it. Uh, so this person is saying, “Visitor rates to play the so-called good courses in Scotland are frankly disgusting these days. How much should a UK resident be charged for round at top course, open roa, top rank?” So, he’s complained about the price and um he he also added in a tweet from the UK golf guy who said the average top 100 green fees uh have gone up 9.6% um this year. Top 25 course is now 321 pounds on average. Um, so I suppose what do you think I mean to play I’ll just give you an example to play Royal County Den which is the best course in the whole of the UK. Um, you’re talking 100 £360. Uh, I think the most expensive one is Trump Turbury. I’m sure it is. Yeah. 495 for Trump Turbury. Uh 418 for Kings Barnes. Kerny’s 300. That just goes on. Goes on like that. Um, what are your thoughts? Peter, go for you. You want to go for this one first? I’m pretty sure if you went to Kings Barnes, you get a betting roll before you started. So, that’s a start. Um, the resort courses, um, they are priced at what people pay is is the annoyingly honest answer. Like, um, Kings Barnes, as soon as the schedule’s open, they’re they’re they’re flooded. You can’t everyone’s paying it. So, it’s worth it. Something’s only worth what people are willing to pay. Unfortunately for a local person, um, yeah, you’re you’re you’re it’s just not going to be your your Saturday game. It’s if you can’t afford that, don’t go and play it. There’s plenty of good golf courses that don’t have those price tags. But it’s a shame if you live, for example, if you live in this area and you’ve never played Kings Barnes and you probably never will cuz it will cost that much. I think that’s a shame. They do do slight discounts and they do do time of year discounts. Um, I guess you got to be like any sort of shopper. You got to be hot in heels and try and get those discounts. Four ball in April or whatever. I don’t know. Yeah. Yeah. You’re dead right. It’s a It’s a shame, but uh Kings Bands is a very successful business. Their tea times are sold out. So, are they too dear? Why would they Why would they want to? I I can get 418 quid for this, but I’m feeling sort of for you. I’ll give you it for 100. It’s experience at these places. You’re not It’s not just the golf course, though. You know, you got Kings Barnes and you get the the guy at the first tea. You get all You get all the It’s so much more than that. I mean, you get everything. I bet, you know, the whole experience, the whole sort of Oh. No, no, no. You arrive in the club. A lot of these places you arrive, there’s somebody meeting you in the car park, grabbing your clubs. Then there’s a guy standing at the door saying, “No, do you know where the toilets are? It’s over here. Sir, open the door for you.” Then there’s the more girls or sorry, waiting stuff. You know, people are waiting Rogers comment ready for you. H you then get a goodie get bag on the first te by the guy who’s just, you know, welcoming on the first te before that. Free. Yeah, free. Uh the guy’s giving you a goodie bag worth probably 40 quid, you know, with all their stuff. Um and then you know there’s a caddy master, there’s people in there’s people highly trained in the pro shop. Much more different than a lot of the pro shops you go into in a it’s just you it’s like it’s like you know I like I’d like to fly first class, right? But you know I can’t say right I I want to fly first class, but do you know what? Dennis didn’t give me any of the fancy stuff. I just want the se the leg room. So just charge me less for it. Yeah. You know, they’re going to give you I’ I’ve had courtesy at golf clubs and Gibber. I’ve had courtesy at golf clubs and you get the goodie bag and all the service and you feel terrible for it because like ushering that guy away at the car park. Get away from my clubs. I want them dirty. I have not paid for this level of service. But yeah, of course it’s um you’re not just paying for a round of golf. I think quite a lot of them do a Scottish resident rate as well. I think I mean Dumbarney was about £125 rather than I think it’s on that list but 260 or£300 or whatever it is. So they do they do do that but I think and again not you can’t say everyone would do this but I think a lot of people who wouldn’t be willing to pay the price for car for Kings Barnes for example wouldn’t be the person that would then go in and spend money in the clubhouse and do you know I mean is that person that probably wants it cheaper would then end up not supporting the the club anyway. Not always, but quite often I think often quite a nice way to get into these is is to enter events if you get in your Scottish. Okay, I’m maybe going a little bit about the best golfers and but quite a lot I mean I most good or the top golf courses I played in in Britain for example or anywhere really is purely in tournaments and when I was amateur and from boys opens all the way through to men’s um competitions or Scottish amateurs, you get to play your donuts and all that that maybe you couldn’t um afford if you just went for a bounce game with your pals. But you’re right. But a lot of these courses do handicap opens and stuff as well, Pete. Exactly. So opens were great. Yeah. Maybe not Kings Barnes, but Yeah. But some of them Well, yeah. I thought there there’s ways secret shop. Well, not secret shopper, but if you were a good shopper like my wife, you’d find a discount somewhere. See, if you go downstairs, right, and you just picked out somebody from the bar, hopefully there’s somebody there buying a bacon roll right now. Uh but if you did, and you say, “Look, have you played uh you played Tumbrey? You played uh I don’t know, Glenn Eagles.” They’ll probably say yes because at some point, you know, it’s like we moan about this because it is very expensive and you look at that and I would never pay 495 to play term Trump Turbury, but at some point in your life, somebody’s going to say to you, I’ve got this thing and you’ll get a game or you can enter the competitions as well. So many people you there is if you stay involved in the game, you end up playing. I’ve played a lot of the golf courses in Scotland and I’ve hardly ever paid anition winner and stuff. Yeah. Never played the Phil green fee. Yeah. Yeah. that I sympathize with the the gentleman that that asked that question, but it’s just life. Yeah, I’m afraid if you want the top end, anything, it’s more expensive than than your average. Yeah. If you want, but it does it does seem to have got very expensive, but well, you’ve never supply and demand. We’ve all heard this thing where you’ve got a situation where sort of maybe second tier golf clubs are starting to charge £100 for a round because the Americans won’t pay less. Yeah. Which seems mental. Yeah. But um they just judge it on price, don’t they? That’s chasing the chasing the guys that have that are coming to spend the money and that’s what you got to do. things as well. You’ve al if if it was so cheap to play golf courses, it was you would be less likely to want to be, you know, it adds value to your own membership, doesn’t it? Yeah, definitely does. I mean, I think that was I saw a question about that recently. You know, membership membership in Scotland is still relatively cheap in comparison to the rest of the UK. And certainly five five is very cheap. We’re very very lucky in that. We’re starting to catch up a wee bit now, but uh we’ve been cheap very too cheap for too long. Uh, and that’s why some of the clubs kind of struggle a we bit. Yep. Okay, we’re gonna go we’re gonna go one more question before we finished. This from Stevie Campbell. Um, I think you all agreed that the golf ball roll back should happen in the amateur game. I’ll be 60 when that happens and I think we should be considering the fact that golf club go that club golfers are unfortunately part of an aging population. Does it actually make sense? The roll back that is. Um, who wants to take that one? Andy, do you want to try that? Yeah, I mean I I keep going back and forth on it. One minute I think it’s good. One minute I don’t. I I I do get the gentleman’s point that the vast vast vast majority of golfers in the world do not play competitive golf. It’s a hobby and they want to enjoy it. Um, I mean, most people again aren’t going to overpower the local golf course. Is it needed as much in the amateur game? I would probably say no. But again, the argument comes back to people saying, “We want to play with the same equipment or the same rules as the the PG tour or the DP World Tour.” So, I don’t know. At the end of the day, I mean, I’ve got I’ve got a Wii solution for him. Oh, yeah. What’s that? Play a T forward. Exactly what I was going to say. Look, at the end of the day, it’s a percentage. So, what we saying? 5% or something. Yeah. So, Maro’s 5% is 30 yards or or whatever. Um or 20 yards. But, you know, if you’re let’s say you’re only hitting a few, it’s only a few yards really. And if it’s really affecting you and you are getting older and you are hitting a little bit shorter, like I said, step up a te. The back te’s aren’t they were meant for the the longest hitters and the lowest handicappers. Too many people think it’s it’s like you lose your your manhood if you’re not playing off the backs or just go off any tea. No such thing as red. Well, a lot of clubs there’s no such thing as red te’s, blue. It’s just a just a tea. So just just move tea. It has to has to happen as well. There’s guys now right you saying it’s going to be 60. There’s guys now at 60 hit the ball further than they hit it when they were in their 20s because of the equipment. So, you know, it’s uh it’s you get older, you’re going to get it hit it shorter. Simple as that. It’s only 5%. Shorter you hit the less. If you hit it 200, it’s 10 yards. But yeah, um 5% I don’t think anybody will notice will not notice watching the telly will not notice Rory Mary any different on the telly swinging up 120 mph and the ball going you know you won’t even watch you notice the difference when you watch him hit a ball. You won’t go oh that’s a bit disappointing. I think that leaves like it’s only gone 320. It’s just doing the same thing. Yeah, exactly. Anyway, right, that’s uh that’s it.
