Troon will oversee club operations, agronomy, retail, and sales and marketing.
Located southeast of Phoenix, Las Colinas Golf Club features an 18-hole golf course, a beautiful clubhouse and an expansive practice facility with a practice range, putting green and chipping area. The 6,655-yard, par-71 course was designed Michael Asmundson and originally opened for play in 1982. Lined with thousands of cottonwood trees, Las Colinas is a walkable layout with subtle elevation changes.
As a Troon-affiliated facility, Las Colinas will participate in the industry-leading Troon Access program, as well as the popular Troon Rewards, Troon Advantage and Troon Golf Vacations programs. In addition, as part of a joint strategy, the property will also benefit from advertising and marketing opportunities through the Troon Media Network, targeting golfers through Troon Magazine, and Troon’s digital and social platforms.
