Sophie Cunningham of the Indiana Fever has been fined after stepping in to defend Caitlyn Clark during a heated game against the Connecticut Sun. The tension started when Sun player JCS Sheldon hit Clark in the eye, followed by another incident where Clark was knocked to the floor. Later in the game, Sheldon lowered her shoulder into Cunningham while driving to the basket. In response, Cunningham grabbed Sheldon and yanked her to the ground, sparking even more drama. The exact amount of the fine hasn’t been disclosed.

  1. Sheldon should have been rejected way before Sheldon charged into Cunningham and paid the price for her cheap shots. They should have called a charge!!! 🙏♥️🙏

  2. If you find Sophie Cunningham, you need to find all of the players that do similar things make the ruling across the board make the game fair no more three year old toddler bullshit. Bring back fairness and truth to the game of basketball not vengeance and toddler bullshit.

  3. Another bad call the other player clearly lowered her shoulder bulling her way to the basket however someone forgot to tell her it’s basketball not football 🏈 but Sophie wasn’t having none of it.

  4. Well why don’t you find all the bullies in the league? You’ve got the stats against her you know the people that have caused the most damage. Why don’t you ask them to pay up? Maybe she wouldn’t have to be this way if everyone else was actually doing the job they were paid to do and look after every player fairly.
