Unbelievable battle, Rory. You’ve had some big matches in your time here at the Ryder Cup, but just how satisfying is that win. Yeah, hugely satisfying. Uh it’s Shane and I’s first full point as a partnership. Uh we got a half yesterday, but it’s nice to get Yeah, look, um another blue point on the board. You know, that’s what we wanted to do. Um and yeah, I’m I’m so proud of this guy. He was with me. He was there for me all day. I was I’m drained to say the least. and uh he he dug in big time when he had to. I chipped I chipped in when I could here and there, but uh you know, the credit goes to this man today. Shane, you exploded with the Eagle on four and the emotions of the match just ran so high. How do you describe the intensity of what you just experienced the last few hours? Yeah, it was it was intense. It was like, you know, something I’ve never experienced. Uh but, you know, this is what I live for. This is this is it. This is like honestly this is the reason I get up in the morning for stuff like this. This is like what I love doing. Um I love being a part of this team. I really want us to win this tournament. But you know, that’s only a point towards victory. I think, you know, we still have a job to do. Obviously, we’re we have a quite a big lead, but you know, we’re you know, we need to keep the foot on the gas now and and uh get over that line as quick as we can. But obviously, I’m very happy now and yeah, I’m enjoying this. But I’m going to go and cheer the boys in now and hopefully we can get a couple of more blue points on the board. Just finally, Ro, you said Shane was there for you today. Did the crowds take it too far in your opinion? Look, you know, when you play an away Rder Cup, it’s really, really challenging. Um, you know, it’s not for me to say. You know, people can can be their own judge of whether they took it too far or not. Um, you know, I’m just proud of us for being able to win um today with, you know, what we, you know, what we had to go through. Well done, boys. Enjoy this one. Thank you.

This is not a fair reflection of Americans – in my experience they are among the most friendly, polite and classy peoples I've ever encountered.
