Do what your coach say and don’t listen to randoms on the internet

Tell your coach fix your posture. You’re squatting. Also, I know it’s hard to not try and crush the ball but you’re over swinging. You can swing at half that speed and if done correctly hit the ball further. Start there.

Ok . I’m going to give you the flaws in your swing at this time. To correct these flaws, I have to spend more time showing correct and incorrect positions, or you have to do your homework on YouTube by searching on the area I will point out. There are no bandaid tips from here that will help you. They don’t go in depth to explain the moves. Just by you “move this way or use your hands or lift your whatever” is not going to help you in the long term. First is *setup (search for that)
Your weight is back too far on your heels, causing imbalance issues. *Posture
On your backswing, both of your knees are bent too much, especially the rt knee. You restrict the proper weight shift to your back foot. *Weight shift. The swing us a coordinated sequence. If you get a bad one in the middle sequence, you can’t recover. Because your knee bend and weight distribution, you don’t make a proper move on the *downswing. You should move the lower body first then the upper. You move both at the same time. *Balance Your swing must be in balance so at the end you have most of your weight on your front foot. Right foot on the toes or ball of the foot, and your belt buckle pointing at the target. I am going to give you two videos to begin with. Watch them first, you progress easier that way. Any questions or you need help, let me know.
