Your slice is likely caused by an over-the-top downswing, where the club drops outside and cuts across impact. That path wastes power and makes contact inconsistent, keeping distance from your potential. Try this cue: feel the hands drop inside the target line and keep turning through so the club follows an in-to-out path. With that inside path, you’ll often gain cleaner contact and more speed, which could move you toward your 300 target. Your tempo is balanced for the driver, so this change could feel natural.
*Camera angle, steadiness, and recording speed directly affect swing-analysis accuracy.*

More hip rotation on plane would help… also. Do you only wear pants? I’ve never seen legs so white!

Exercise. Not being a dick, but losing a few pounds helped me. I’m 230 btw. Look up golf specific exercises they help a ton. I’m down 10+ pounds since I started earlier this year.

More distance usually equates to more speed. In your case more rotation would give you more speed.

Keep the lead arm straight throughout the swing. You start bending it during your backswing
Cdm81379
More arm extension. A bigger radius = more torque (rotational speed) through the golf ball. Looks like you might be limited by your size though.

You need to create just a bit more compression by creating lag if you want distance, this is done with better tempo.
Looks like you’re throwing the club at the ball. I can’t tell from here.
Your swing collapses at the top and your OTT
Try a stiff shaft
