It’s coming to that time of the year. The jumpers are back on. The skies are gray. And it is new product season. New drivers, new irons, new fairway woods, new putters are all being talked about for 2026. But I have the first look at a 2026 product which is from a brand that is known for certain clubs. That’s all about to change. And that’s because I have a club here today which is not their norm. And you might be thinking that looks like a fairway wood. How can that not be normal? Well, that kind of gives it away a little bit. It’s a company that’s never done a fairway wood, which you might think is very strange. But so far after using this for a couple of days, they’ve made a fantastic start producing a club that does just that. And guys, you might be thinking, well, what kind of brand is out that doesn’t have a fairway wood? Because you straight away think direct to consumer. What companies just have irons out? Can we think at Tacoma? No, they have woods. Cali potentially. I’m not sure if they have woods or not, but this company you can actually go and get fitted for these. And these will be released in January of 2026. So, we’ve got a sneak peek of these gloves. They’ve just finished making these. This is pretty much the only one they had at the factory and that has produced a fantastic shot. And I’ve used this for a couple of days now. It’s incredibly impressive. I have the seven wood in the bag that you might have guessed from that high towering ball flight, but they are making a fivewood and a 3-wood. And it’s all to go with a certain set that they have that you have all seen, you’ll have all heard of, but maybe they’re not for you. And I know you’re all there behind the camera thinking, “What is this set?” Well, something also to throw into the mix to confuse you a little bit more is that they don’t actually make a set of irons. So, these irons that I’m playing with today, Army Zunos, the brand does not make a set of irons currently. So, we’re starting to narrow that down hopefully. Well, these Mazunos are absolutely fantastic and there’s a video coming on these Mizunos very soon. So, I know we’re over a minute in now and you’re all thinking, what can it be? Well, we are talking about a company that make hybrid irons. So, bit of a tweak a trick question really because yes, they do make irons, but they are hybrid irons. So, we are obviously talking about 11 golf as they are coming into the fairway market. So they do have a driver out, they do have a mini driver, but fairway woods haven’t been something that they’ve had on their range, but they do now. And we’ve talked to the chief designer of these clubs, Nick Hemming, down at Heraford at the 11 headquarters recently because there’s also a little surprise coming in January alongside these fairway woods. Now, like a lot of you, the top end of your golf bag is something to talk about. These are potentially an option to replace hybrids. So, I’ve got the seven wood here, which would potentially replace your three hybrids. You might like that little bit of extra length in the shaft. You like the bigger head. We get some more forgiveness, but also you’ll see on the bottom of this, we do have changeable weight. So, very interesting that they’ve gone straight into these fairway woods. They have made them adjustable. They are able to change it. Maybe get this one a little less spinning so it goes a little bit further. And they have had rumors or there is rumors that they might bring out a ninewood and a lot of people are laughing about nine woods. I recently tried one of the subscribers 11woods. Stu, I know you will be watching. So Stu came down for a lesson at Waterfront and he said, “I bought an 11wood because after the six eye sign or up to the six eye, I start to struggle.” and he had a Callaway AI Smoke 11wood and it was the easiest golf club that I’ve potentially ever hit. So, there’s more options now in the bag for potentially a 7wood, potentially a 9wood, potentially an 11wood to replace your irons. If you’re struggling with strike, if you’re struggling with speed, then these are going to have a longer shaft. They’re going to get you a little bit more speed. They’re going to get you more distance. And with the landing angle, you’re going to be able to hit them into green. So on par fours you’re going to be able to just get that out feel comfortable and I’ve certainly found here at Lindri Golf Club where I’ve joined as a member there’s a lot of holes that require fairway wood and this one is incredibly easy to hit. You see there? Knock that down a little bit and it’s another fairway but incredibly easy to hit for me. One thing with these clubs we know we’ve got a premium KBS shaft. You can go and get fitted with Nick down at Heraford. But it sounds fantastic. He does spend a lot of time. He works tirelessly on changing the sounds, making sure the forgiveness is right before he gets these clubs out onto the market. A lot of R&D goes in there. A lot of testing, and Nick can certainly hit a long ball, but he’s always trying to find something that is going to suit everybody. This could go in his bag with a extremely fast ball speed, extremely fast swing speed, but it could also potentially go in mid- handicap Dave’s bag who we will be getting to test this very soon. And a big talking point for me is not necessarily, yes, there is a 3-wood and there is a fivewood that is very generic and a lot of people will purchase that. But why wouldn’t you have maybe a sevenwood and a 9wood in your golf bag? Because a lot of tour pros are going to these for the longer shots. It’s easier than the three iron. It’s easier than a hybrid. they get the forgiveness, they can also start to play around with it. And this is what for me this 7wood has been great at doing. You can see that I can flight it down. Whereas the first shot, you can see a nice towering shot. We’ve got options with this. We can start to play around. We can control it. So, even though it’s extremely windy conditions here today at Lindry, it’s still a club that can go in the golf bag. I don’t have to think, oh, that’s I’ve got to take the sevenwood out today and maybe I put a utility in, but I don’t really get on with the utility. this. Everyone’s giving us options and it’s going to come in at an incredibly affordable price. Like Nick mentioned, he said around about £160. And if I put a couple of options on screen, you will see that that is incredibly affordable with premium components and great performance compared to the rest. And this is where obviously there’s not as much marketing from 11. They’re not paying that budget. There isn’t the middleman. You can go down and get fitted or you can order offline. So the price is a little bit better to the pocket and performance is good. What would you like to see me test this against? Would you like to see me test this against maybe a Ping, maybe a Shrien of different price points there? And also, do you want to see me handicap Dave? Get it in his hands and potentially add it to the rest of his 11 set. Now, we had a good chat with Nick regarding obviously adjustability in this club because as a designer, as somebody who likes to make golf clubs, is always testing different clubs out. We talked about adjustability. And for me, we’re going to go with a fixed huzzle or they are going to go with something that’s fixed. We can’t adjust it, but we can adjust the weights on the bottom. And I think adjustable sleeves can be the biggest nightmare for most PJ pros who are fitting. And also the biggest hindrance to golfers who are buying because as soon as you start to leak a couple of shots one way or the other or it comes out a little bit low, we obviously don’t blame ourselves. We blame the club. So we then start to tinker, we start to change. Does it get better? Sometimes yes. Does it get worse a lot of the times? Yes, it does. I like the options of we can change those weights around on the bottom. Maybe get it launched a little bit higher which then brings it a little bit back in distance or switch that around to fit your set. We can see the wind is picking up here off the right hand side. But what will it do to this ball fly before we hit one into the green again? Nothing. A good strike there. Just a nice draw down the left hand side. And now we’re going to see how this does hitting into a green. Do we get stopping power from this club? We should do yes. Is it a good option? Is it incredibly easy to hit? Yes and yes. But let’s see. Into the green. Now, all the shots I’ve hit so far have been off the tea. And I think there’s a place for a lot of golfers, for a lot of golf courses where a fairway wood is going to be the right club off the tea. But we all know you’re probably still going to reach for that driver because you want to get it even further down there even though it might cost you more shots in the long run. But fairways are obviously or fairway woods are for in the fairway. So we’re hitting a lot of these shots off the ground. So one big thing straight away is how does it sit behind the golf ball? And I think 11 have done a fantastic job and Nick’s done a fantastic job of getting the shape right, making it big enough to make it look forgiving, but it’s not huge to make it look ultra forgiving. And then maybe people like, I’ve got to hit more down, and you start to obviously get a little bit uncomfortable. How will this do from this distance with 230 yards out here into this par four? How easy is this to hit? And you’ll know by the laugh, incredibly easy launched high. And even there with the amount of wind, we’ve probably got 30 mph out here off the right. That has only moved a yard in the sky. So again, speedwise, ball speed is good. It’s kept its line. It’s been nice and strong in that ball fly, and it looks we’ve pitched on the left hand side of the green. I want to hit one more. So, I don’t want to think, oh, well, you’ve only hit one out of the fairway. It’s easy just to hit one shot and that’ be good. But, let’s try another one. That’s on a little bit of a worm cast, unfortunately. Right here we go. Can we repeat that? Can I hit two for two? And tour average from here. We’re not expected to hit the green, but that is on the green. And again, it was incredibly easy to launch that ball. It feels solid off the face. It feels nice and soft. and £160 that we believe these are going to be. Is this going to be the bargain of 2026? We know that a lot of clubs are going to be a lot higher, more than likely double the price for the same club. And that is two for two. Started on the right edge of the green, drawn back. And that is also by the looks of it on the dance floor. Guys, are you looking for fairway woods going into next year? Are you looking forward to all the 2026 product that we are about to see that will be coming out in January? We’re certainly going to be testing a lot in the coming months. But would you be considering fairway woods from the company

Eleven… has a pre order on their new set of irons that look amazing!!! I am going to look into how much it would cost for shipping across the pond. 🤔🤔
I'm interested in these…..as long as they make left handed ones!
11 wood still going strong chris trying to find the 7 wood to replace my 4 hybrid, no luck so far! Might have to go eleven 7 wood change things up!
Good video Chris. I’d like to see you test an Eleven 9 wood pls against the AI Smoke.
If they do a 5 wood, I’d like to see a video vs competitors
Yet, they dont make irons yet. Eleven Golf
Direct to consumer gear seems really great and a real economic saver when compared to the big brands.
One thing I struggle with when considering a direct brand is "how do you KNOW the setup fits your game BEFORE you order?"
Head, shaft, lie, loft, grip, etc.. all things that are critical to the fit of any club to YOUR game. If you cant try/test/mix & match the setup, how do you know you are ordering the right bits?
If you order/get/test the new toy, what does the return policy look like if you find it's not right for you or do ppl just deal with it or (even worse) do ppl then start customize the club which ends up costing more $$$
I understand and have done fittings but the shop where you get fit may not have enough the direct-to-consumer head or the same shafts to test.
Im not against these types of options but confirmation on the fit seems challenging
Two rounds in with my new Eleven hybrids. A 70 with 5 birds and a 35 with 3 birds. Absolutely loving them!
