I love posts like this because unless you are a seriously naturally gifted golfer, this is most people’s realistic trajectory. Nice work! 👏
It all seemed to come together; driving straight, some really good wedge shots, only one or two three putts. My tempo was on point, I was in a groove.
Luck played a part, twice I hit the trees only for a favourable bounce back out.
It means a little more to me because I play very strictly by the rules, even when my playing partners don’t. E.g. No mulligans, OOB/lost ball always a re-tee or 2 shot penalty ‘local rule’ etc.
Congratulations! If you’re walking most of the rounds, you’re getting good exercise for the money spent.
If your wallets not ready for a full bag fitting go get a putter or wedge fitting and keep the purchase down, set a new target and let that be for your irons or woods.
