This Chicago Bears come into week 3 looking for their first win of the season as they face the Dallas Cowboys on Fox’s America’s Game of The Week. Harold has the call for week 3 of the NFL season!

Welcome here to Shy Sports Live. We are getting set for week three of the NFL action between your Chicago Bears and the Dallas Cowboys in a what’s going to be a very very difficult matchup for the Bears defensively and offensively. It’s going to be an interesting game and this is going to be something where we are going to have to see how the Bears and Caleb Williams does in this game this afternoon. It’s be National Televis on Fox Sports Live or Fox Sports for America’s Game of the Week. Let’s take a look at some inactives for this game before we take a quick break as the Buccaneers and Jets are getting are finishing their game there. But for the Cowboys, Jaden Blue, a running a running back is inactive due to a coach’s decision. Joy Jay Toya is also going to be inactive due to a coach’s decision along with Trevor Keegan, Shamar Jones, and Ajani Cornelius. So, all of these players for the Cowboys are going to be inactive for the Bears. Unfortunately, the bottom two are going to be the standout names again. Demarco Jackson is inactive due to a hamstring issue. Uh Casey Kingdom third string quarterback is an active Azie Trap Trapio Trail Trap Pilot. Oh my gosh, that guy he’s going to be inactive due to a coach’s decision on offensive tackle and the big two Kyler Gordon again missing this missing a week due to a hamstring issue and along with TJ Edwards. But the Bears, they’re coming off of a very, very disappointing week, week two mashup matchup after blowing a lay lead against Minnesota in that game. The as the Lions just put it on Chicago in Chicago. Bears going to be back at home today. It’s always a tough place to play at for regarding uh re regarding uh Jerry’s World, AT&T Stadium where the Cowboys play. So, it’s always difficult. Other games around the league though, Minnesota, they are two- one now. They dominated Cincinnati. I think it was 31 to n or to three at halftime. lot of other games just getting underway. Of course, Buffalo beat Miami. Uh the Packers up 10 to three late and then a interception from Jordan Love led to a touchdown and then a blocked field goal by the uh Browns allowed the and the Brown and a return good return by the Browns allowed him to get possession of the football and drive quickly down the field. No timeouts, get a kick a game winning field goal to win that game. So, the Packers have lost their first game of the season. Had a chance to go up three and 0. We’re actually in firm control of that game for virtually most of the game, but then everything went wrong for them. Kind of what happened to Chicago in week one. But regardless, good good week to three rematch up here. Hopefully the Bears can do something well in this game and make it close and potentially win their first game of the season because after Dallas, it’s going to only get difficult. Beers had the Raiders and the Commanders, but regardless, it’s going to be a difficult difficult game for Chicago. So, that being said, we will return after this on SH Sports Live. Cowboys Bears set to kickoff in about five minutes. Welcome back to SH Sports Live on week three NFL action. The Bears taking on the Cowboys with kickoff just getting underway in just a couple minutes. Bears 0 and2. The Jets just lost on a game-winning field goal by the by Caleb Mclofflin and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, winning 29 to 27. Second time this season, the Jets blew a late a late lead. The first time was to the to the Steelers. This time it was to the Buccaneers. Buccaneers actually had control of that game for a good chunk of it, but due to uh some misplay and a block field goal attempt, Jets got right back in it. But Aaron Glenn, defensive coordinator for the Lions last year, he starts his first three games in the as an NFL coach, winless 0 and3. Ben Johnson was the offensive coordinator last year for the Lions. He started his first two weeks 0 and2 and the second week was a blowout similar to Aaron Glenn. So, it’s going to be interesting to see how the Bears respond. Hopefully, the Bears do not end the game on a loss on the gamewinning field goal by Brandon Aubrey. But, this is going to be a difficult Cowboys team they’re going to have to face. You know, Dak Prescott gets a lot of flack here and there, but he’s still pretty good quarterback. has weapons offensively and that defense even without Michael Parsons is still pretty good and very difficult to play against and the biggest thing for the Bears is going to be can they rush the ball efficiently because if they cannot well then you can pay pretty much kiss this game goodbye. So you got to get DeAndre Swift going early and you gota have a more you have to have a successful 60 minutes here on both sides of the ball. It’s not always going to be great, but it’s you you got to have uh you got to have majority of these 60 minutes played well. So, it’s going to be a difficult game for the Bears. Cowboys are going to obviously try and look to come in here and win this game for and for Chicago. For Caleb Williams, it’s gonna have to be a game where he shows continues to show why he is going to be our quarterback of the future. you know, things that get lost. He played pretty he played okay in week one, had a lot of issues with his passes, but in week two, he played much better. And that gets overshadowed because of the pretty abysmal defensive performance. But now it’s going to be can this Bears’s offense play well? And for the Cowboys, it’s going to be up to can their offense play well because their defense is always going to play well. But whether or not their offense can play well and that’ll be the big thing. But we’re almost ready for football here in about 45 seconds. We’re going to get the kickoff started. Bears and Cowboys, we are almost ready for football. We’ll be back in about 15 seconds here on Sports Live. All right, welcome back into SH Sports Live. Bears will receive the kickoff first to start this game. So, we are getting set for football. Brand and Aubrey getting ready to boot it away. Bears getting ready to return it for the first time. So, we are almost set for Fox’s America’s game of the week. We are ready. 80 degrees out. Winds are from the southwest in Chicago. It’s cloudy out and we are underway in Chicago as the kickoff is going to be returned from about the four yard line. Taken out and a good tackle from the special teams of Dallas at around the 17 yardd line. So, the Bears first uh we’ll start on offense first. So, Caleb Williams last week against Detroit 19 to 30, 207 passing yards, a couple touchdowns, did have one interception, his first of the year, and only had six interceptions last year. But really for the offense is what’s going to have to be dictated is can they string together better than one or two possessions in this game. They really need to string together six, seven possessions today to have a shot at winning. Williams under center has Swift on the back field. More in motion. Snap, play action. Williams looking to throw. Fires deep down the sideline intended for Coloulston Love when it’s overthrown and incomplete. And that’ll bring him second down and 10. We’re starting to get Colston involved in the offense early. The offensive line, Jones, Tuni, Dolman, Jackson, and Wright. the starting five. Same starting five as the first two weeks. Backs and receivers Swift more Adun KT and Woind as a rookie and of course the quarterback Caleb Bills. Second and 10. Williams again going to show up under center. Couple receivers on the near side. One out to the far side. Swift on the back field. A Dunay goes in motion. Snap. Hand off to Swift. An immediate immediate tackle for a loss. Back at the 14 yd line, Stalwward got the tackle for a loss. Came on a corner blitz it looked like. And that is not how you want to start your game if you’re Chicago. Incompletion and a tackle for loss or Stewart. Not Stalwward. My bad. Stewart. Third and 14. Bears need to get to the 29 yd line for a first down. Williams in shotgun. Empty back field with him. Eight on the play clock. Trips down on the on the near side snap. Williams looking to throw. Has protection. Pressure starts to come now. Gets it to Swift on the back field. Runs and he will get up to about the 16 yd line. Only a gain of a couple. And the Bears will start off with a three and out. So not not a good start for Chicago. And the C. And by the way, Matt Eberfloose, defensive coordinator for the for the um Cowboys is getting probably going to get booze, but Cavante Turpin is ready to punt or ready to return this ponty Taylor the various punter. So a net loss of two yards on that drive. Taylor punts it, Jess gets it away end over end. Turpin at the 34 will receive it. cuts up field, makes a man miss, tries to get to the outside, makes a couple more men miss, breaks a tackle, and gets up to about the 43 yardd line of Chicago. And that is where the Cowboys will begin their first possession of this football game. So, the Cowboys pretty good field position already for the Bears. It’s you got to get a good good defensive drive here. So first and 10 for Dallas. Their own 43. Prescott in shotgun and goes in motion. 20 on the play clock and behind Prescott now snap. It is a handoff and a gain of about five up to the 49. And that’s a good start for the for the um Cowboys offense last week against the Giants. Dak 38 of 52, 361 passing yards, two touchdowns, one interception. He’s going to look to try and attack this roughed up and weakened secondary. Second and three for the Cowboys at their own 49. Trips out on the near side. Lamb goes in motion. Snap. That’s a pitch out wide running and that’s going to be a first down. Breaking the tackle much more down to Oh, it’s stolen by Tyreek Stevenson in bounds. It’s going to be Paris football and a turnover. We’ll see if that gets confirmed or Ray on the field. The ruling is a fumble and it’s stolen out by Tyreek Stevenson. He had possession. Whether or not he kept both kept his feet in balance with possession, that’ll be something to deal with. But as right now, Dennis Allen’s defense has a takeaway in week one. At least get one foot in bounds. I’m sure the rule if you need two feet in bounds that possession there. It’s most likely to get reviewed. So, it is a ruling on the field as a fumble recovery by the by the Cowboy or by the Bears. He gets both feet in bounds. Whether or not he has his right right leg still in bounds when he makes possession of the ball does have at least one, but they’re probably going to review it during the break. Way back into this Bears with an early takeaway against the Cowboys in week three. Welcome back here to Soldier Field. Week three NFL action. Bears will indeed start with the football back at their own 24 yardd line after a strip as Javvante Williams ran it down the sideline at 33 yards, but he was stripped at the very end by Tyreek Stevenson who stole it out of the hands at the 24 yd line. So the Bears force a turn turnover on the first defensive drive of the game and that’s what the Bears need. So Williams will shut up set up under center. Levelin goes in motion to the near side. Swift is in the back field snap handoff. Swift will run up the middle and get to about the 26 27 yd line for a gain of a few. There’s a penalty on the mark on the play. We’ll have to see who’s against probably Chicago. And that’s going to be on the Cowboys. Legal use of the hands number 54. Now it looks like it was Williams for the Cowboys. He does get contact up high on KT. So that’ll give the Bears automatic first down. And the Bears will have the ball at the 32 yd line. First and 10 for Chicago. Loveland again goes in motion and KT also goes in motion into the back field. Now Williams will snap it. We’ll play action looking fires it downfield for lovelin makes the catch behind the defense. Runs forward to the 37 yd line of the Cowboys. And that’s a good start for Coulson Lovelin as a second target of the game already after getting very limited targets last week in week one. immediately go to him twice and the Bears offense once again gets some movement. It was actually chipped a little bit by a defensive back for the Cowboys and he still was able to get that reception. Ball to 37 of the Cowboys. Williams under center. Swift is in the back field. Lovelin in motion play action looking to throw. Williams fires over the middle a and in into in and out of Adun’s hands. Incomplete. It’ll bring up second down. It’s a 32 yard reception for Colston Lovelin. And that’s a good start for the Bears offense. It’s going to be second and 10 now as Dunes. They dropped a sideways lateral or sideways pass from Caleb Williams. Second and 10 at the 37. Four wide, two on the far side, two on the near side. Swift on the back field. He’ll go out, passes a screen. Swift will grab it and he’ll get up to about the 35. It’ll bring up third down and eight. So, it’s the third completion of the game for Williams. And the other side, Williams, Clark, uh, another Clark, Jack Sandborn, former Bear, he’s with the Cowboys now. Cir Adam Wilson Hooker and Diggs are the backs defensively. Jack Sanborn and a Matt Eberlu sled defense. Zakius goes in motion snap. Williams looking to throw again. Fires downfield has a man. It is a Dunay and it’s a touchdown. On third and eight, Roma got behind his man and and Caleb Williams connected and the Bears take the lead early. So they capitalize off a turnover and a penalty. Beats Trarevon Digs who really just tripped and fouled. That allowed Buna to get wide open. Williams fouled him with an easy catch and run. It’s six nothing Chicago as Santos will come out to attempt the extra point. Snap is good, hold is good, kick is up and it is down the left side but good. It’s a seven nothing start for Chicago. We’ll return to this on Shy Sports Live. Bears on top on week three. Welcome back here to Chicago Soldier Field. Bears marched down after the fumble strip and recovery by Tyreek Stevenson off Devonte Williams. Travante Williams’ run as Caleb Williams finished off with a touchdown pass on third and eight. the Roma Dunay uh who beat Travon Diggs who kind of slipped as the Dunce got passed not allowing the score to happen and suing kickoff is going to be a touchback. So the uh the Cowboys will take over at their own 35 yard line. So seven nothing Bears. This is going to be a big another big potential uh defensive drive here. First one, they were cooked on the ground by Javvante Williams, but Stevenson came up with the clutch strip fumble recovery. However, the Cowboys were running the football well, they could have had a chance at scoring a touchdown. Dak will get under center. Williams in the back field. Lamb goes in motion. Snap, play, action. Prescott throws to his tight end. Ferguson makes the catch, runs, and it’s about nineish yards. So, he started at the 20 yardd line. Forgot about that rule, but start at because it bounced in the end zone. But all up to the 28 and a half yardd line. George Pickkins, Jaylen Tolbert are also wide receivers for the Cowboys offense along with Lamb. Obviously Jake Ferguson the tight end man goes in motion. Williams in the back field and the same man goes back in motion. Hand off to Williams. Runs up the left side. He has a first down and gets up to the 36 of the of the Cowboys. So first down for the rest offense this year. Cowboys averaging 5.1 yards per rush and 4.2 yards after contact. That’s a couple full points ahead of their last year’s statistics. Lamb goes in motion. Prescott and shotgun snap. Fake pitch out to Williams. Throws it over the middle. Has Ferguson. He’s tackled and ripped down by Su at about the 37 or 38 yard line. That’s going to bring up second down at about eight. Cowboys have a pretty good running tan though for the first two games. Two 20 yard rushes. Last year they com they all had two overall combined. Four rushing touchdowns in the first two games of this year. They have five all last year. So the off rushing offense is definitely a lot better for the Cowboys. And that’s a big issue been a big issue for the Bears this season is limiting the rush. Second and nine. Turpin in the back or Williams or Lamb, sorry, gets in the back field and he steps on a man, but Su again picks up the tackle for a loss. A flag is thrown. It’s a loss of a yard at this moment in time. Lamb is slow to get up. We’ll have to see who the penalty is on. Lamb is very slow to get up. So, the Bears and V and Cowboys both get clocked for holding. CD Lamb took his helmet off immediately as Su got the tackle and oh, he landed on his ankle. Yeah, that that definitely does not look good for CD Lamb. It’s going to be shaking up for a while. And anyways, it’s second and nine at the 37 yd line. And Williams goes in motion. Snap. Dak looking to throw over the middle. Has Ferguson. Makes the catch at about the 46. A very late hit by Kevin Byron and some pushing. There’s got to be smart here for the moment. That’s third down. You don’t want to commit a another foolish penalty here for Chicago. It’s going to make it third and four now. He’s trying to play physical. However, you gota also realize when you could be committing a penalty. Here’s a very close game on sportsmanlike early hit. Third and four though or Cowboys need to get to the 46. Snap. Prescott looking to throw as his man. It is caught in bounds and a first down and the Cowboys will move the chains. So good start there. That’s George Pickkins just getting his feet in bounds and Prescott found him on that little corner route for the first down. Pick up a five. Stevenson in on the coverage. Ball at the 47 now. Dallas 70:05 to go in the game. Prescott under center will snap it. He’ll hand it off to Williams. Runs up the gut pass midfield up to the 49 about four. And again, the Bears are pushing players. Look at the defensive line. Sweat Jared Dexter Senior Noah Su and Tma Edmons. The linebackers, the backs, right, Brisker, Bayard, Stevenson, and Mloud. Number no, Jaylen Johnson for the foreseeable future due to a groin injury. Those are very tough to recover from as there’s 12 on the play clock. Second and six for the Cowboys in Bears territory at the 49. Hand off to Williams. Runs up the right gut and he’ll fight forward for the first down to the 43 of Chicago. It’s a pick of about seven. A first and 10 now for the Cowboys. They’re moving closer and they’re probably already in Brandon Aubry’s field goal range because he has a massive leg. First and 10 for the Cowboys at the Rome 42 and a half or at the Bears 42 and a half yard line. 48 rushing yards already for Dallas. Bears have minus one. Snap. Prescott looking at the roll. Bristo comes with pressure on the ice. Throw. It’s overthrown. Incomplete. Pass is intended for George Pickkins. And it’s incomplete. It’s second and 10. A curl route that he was trying to get Pickkins on the inside. Get leverage. By the way, Lamb has taken his left cleat and sock off, which is where he rolled it. He is going to be going back to the locker room, it looks like, to fix that up, maybe tape it or get some x-rays potentially. Second and 10 for the Cowboys at the 43 yd line. Prescott will hand it off to his running back. fights up the right side. Gets hit out of bounds inside the 40. Decent gain there. A medium medium yards gain screaming of third and five. Cowboys going hurry up. Bears are allowed to substitute because the P or the Cowboys ball to 37. Snap. Prescott looking to throw. Pressure comes. Fires over the middle. has his running back and he’s tackled at the 35 a couple yards short of fourth down. Cowboys are going to say, “Let’s go for this one. Try and move the chains. Extend this offensive drive.” Bears have to be very disciplined here too to not jump. Sanders is in the back field. Prescott is under center. Couple receivers out on the far side. Pickings one-on-one down below down on the near side. 10 on the play clock. Ferguson one goes in motion now. Prescott trying to snap it and the Cowboys are not going to get the snap off. They’re going to call a timeout. Try to get the Bears to jump. And that’s going to be the first charge timeout for Dallas. It has to mean that they’re going to try and set up a field goal for Brandon Aubrey. Anything within 70 yards of Aubrey’s is in Aubrey’s range, he could really pound the pound the football or those uprights. So still be a relatively long field goal. Well, it’s Yeah. So Aubrey, he’s 27 of 30 in his career from 50 yards out. Has a fourth and two. So he he’s made a 64 yarder before. This one’s from 53 from right down the middle of the field. Snap is good. Hold is good. Kick is up. It’s leaking, but it stays inside the right upright. And it’s good from 53. Cowboys march back after the potential game ending injury for CD Lamb and score thanks to Brandon Aubrey Fugle. We’re back after this on SH Sports Live 73 Bears. Welcome back here to Chicago Soldier Field. A 53 yd field goal by Brandon Aubrey. He’s got the Chicago lead from seven nothing on the seven to three. Beers will get the football right back. Defense stood stood tall. CD Lamb is questionable to return due to a low left ankle injury that he suffered on a tackle where uh Noah Su rolled up on it when he got stiff armed. Kickoff is going to be a touchback out of bounds. Bears will take over to 23 yardd line or 35 yard line. So for the Bears, first drive was not that successful. Second drive was pretty successful. helped that the P or the Cowboys were called by a penalty and Trarevon Digs slips allowed Ramadun to get free but Caleb Williams are pretty composed in that first both of both of these first two drives he has a third drive to go with here 421 to go in the first quarter and some weather around the Chicago area and it shouldn’t impact Soldier Field for now but Williams under center has Swift in the back field will go on motion and he’ll line up in eye formation. Snap. Williams pitch the swifts. Flee flicker back. Williams gets it. He’ll fire it deep downfield. Has a man at the cod and it’s a touchdown. Luther Bird in the third. A oneplay flea flicker. And that’s what you want to see. What a play from Ben Johnson and the Bears. immediately strike right back. 65 yards. It looked a little awkward, but that helped. And the Bears will definitely take that. And Ben Johnson finally dials up something trickery and it works. What a deception from Swift to take his time and a perfect throw to the rookie Luther Burden to get the Bears back with up two scores. The extra play from Santos is right down the middle and good too. 14-3. What a play from for the Bears. And Ben Johnson, you mad man. That is what you like to see on that play call. A oneplay touchdown. I thought this was going to be a blown play, but no. Luther Burton just leaks down and what a deception play. Hey, Caleb had a couple men deep downfield open. He had Zakius as well on a deep on a deep post route, but Luther Burton just kind of deception acting like it’s going to be a run play and Caleb with a perfect throw. Luther Burden for the touchdown. And the Bears immediately come back and score another touchdown. Second touchdown pass of the game for Caleb. Continues to throw touchdown passes. Six on a season now. Vikings defense frustrated. But that was a great great offensive play there for Chicago. So 410 to go in the first quarter. immediately answering right back to the field goal on one play. And for Ben or for um Matt Abrafus’s defense has not worked out too well so far, but there’s still plenty of time to play and the Bears need to continue to play well if they want to score. So, we are set to return the game play. Sons will kick it off and this will be caught by Turpin in the end zone and he’ll take a knee for a touchback and the Cowboys will take over at their own 35 yd line. So, second touchdown pass of the game for Caleb Williams and he’s continuing to throw the ball well and he already has 135 yards on five completions and two touchdowns. Those touchdown passes were to sophomore player Radun and to rookie Luther Bird in the third. That was a great play. And for Dallas, you got to come back here and probably answer with a touchdown of your own. Force a defensive stop here for the Bears. You got to try and force a defensive stop. Prescott in shotgun. Williams to his right. He’ll look to throw. Pulls out. fires deep up the middle and is caught George Pickkins at midfield. That’s a good start for the Cowboys offense. So, it’s first and 10 for the Cowboys at midfield. Dak under center has Williams in the back field. Ferguson goes in motion. Play action. Dak f almost looked like he was going to fire deep downfield. Now he throws it to Ferguson. Makes the catch up around the 44 yd line. On second and three or four. CD Lamb was in a medical 10. Now he’s back out. does not have his helmet on though. He’s questionable to return due to a lower ankle injury and probably a good decision for Prescott to test the double coverage downfield. Second and four at the Bears 43. Prescott in shotgun has Williams to his right. Man in motion snap hand off to Williams. powers up the left side for a first down inside the 30. Up to about the 29 and the first down for Williams. Down the 240 to go in the first quarter. Bears up by 11. Cowboys threatening though. Move the ball back a little bit. Snap. Hand out to Williams. I got my yardage mixed up. Ball and a carry by Williams that gets him up to the 30 yard. My apologies. It’s going to bring up second and five now at the Bears 30 yard line. Prescott started the game seven of eight for 45 yards. So the Bears defense has not been all too shabby. Remember that first drive Dallas had. It was ended by a Tyreek Stevenson strip fumble as he was going out of bounds. That could have been a scoring drive for Dallas. Oh, they move the ball back to the 31. Tight end goes in motion. Williams in the back field. Snap. They’ll hand it off to not Williams. And it’s going to be about no gain on the play. That’s the backup running back. Sanders gets maybe a half a yard at most for my Sanders. I’m going have third and about four and a half or five yards for Dallas. 65 rushing yards now for Dallas. Spurs only have have negative one rushing yards, but the passing stats have been in Caleb Williams favor. But a big third and five coming up here for the Cowboys. Need to get to about the Bears 25 yardd line. Justin just outside of it. So closer to the 26 and the 24. Shotgun. Dak looking to throw. Fires far side has a man as Pickkins Claw. That’s a first down. He gets thrown or Tolbert, sorry. He gets thrown out of bounds. He’s a little slow to get up, but he does make the catch for the first down. So, the Cowboys will move the chains inside the 20 yardd line now. 40 seconds to play here in this first quarter. Cowboys are in the red zone now. The Bears 17 28 seconds left. Looking to hand it on. Oh, it’s a pitch up head to Ferguson. He gets tackled at about the 14 or 13 yd line. There’s going to be 17 seconds left to see if that’s the final play of the quarter. Looks like that will be the end of the of the last play of the first quarter. So, that being said, the Bears two deep touchdown passes for Caleb Williams. The offenses look pretty good. They have some trickery as well. However, the Cowboys are driving. We’ll be back at this on SH Sports. 14 to3 Bears after the first quarter of play. Welcome back here to Chicago. CD Lamb, by the way, is back into the game. We had that lower left leg ankle injury where no soul kind of rolled up on him while being stiff armed and making a tackle while falling down. But it’s going to be second. I think it’s second down as the Cowboys are running to put up some more points. Second and six at the sevenyd line or at the sorry at the 14 yd line 13 yard of Chicago. They need to get to the sevenyd line to get the first down. Snap. Prescott looking to throw fires to Williams’s back. Rolls over a man. Still fighting forward. shows a man down at about the nine yardd line at third down and Lamb once again is not looking good. He immediately walked off the field and yeah, he started limping again. He he says he can’t do it. So Lamb is probably going to be done for the day for the Cowboys. And that’s a big loss as it’s third down and three. Cowboys need to get to the Bears seven. Man goes in motion and there’s some movement. I think this is going to be on the Cowboys for a false start. However, they’re going to talk it over. That’s going to be another false start. Number 60 of or of Dallas. So, it’s going to be bring up a third down about eight. It’s going to make it four or third down and eight. Prescott 10 for 11 64 yards. Again, the Cowboys need to get to the Bears seven. Now, without CD Land, it’s a big target loss. Snap. Prescott fires, tipped, and almost intercepted. It’s incomplete though. It’s going to bring up fourth down and Brandon Aubrey is going to come back out to attempt the field goal. Couple Bears defenders in the area after the tip as it was intended for Pickkins. Tyreek Stevenson got there as soon as the ball did. Had a good defensive play. It’s a good throw from Dak, but a better play by Stevenson and the Bears almost had their second interception of the game. This will be a relatively shorter field goal opportunity for Aubrey. This is going to be a 33 yard from the right hash. And snap is good. Hold is good. Kick is up. And it is good. It is now 14-6 Chicago with 1349 to play in the first half. Bears on top. We return to this on Shine Sports Live. Bears on tap 146 and Soldier Field. I’ll go back here to Soldier Field. 14-6 Bears were little under as we’re a little under 14 minutes to play in the half. 1349 to go. Cowboys three drives, two field goals as Aubrey will kick it back off. And this one will be returned at about the 80 yard line by Duivere. And he gets this return up to about the 25. Deon Duvenet with the return. The Bears will take over. First and 10. Caleb Williams five of seven already in this game. 135 passing yards, two touchdown passes. The Bears begin their fourth draft of the game. They have a punt and then I’ve gone touchdown touchdown. A man guys in the back field with Williams and shotgun. Zakius goes in motion. Snap looking to throw as Williams now runs up the middle. He has plenty of room. He’s going to scramble. He will roll out. There’s a flag down and he gets about to the midfield marker. We’ll see what the penalty is. It’s on Chicago. That’s going to be a hold on the Bears. So, Darnell Wright again gets called for another penalty. Bears will drop back 10 yards and it’ll be first and 20. We settled out quite a bit already for Chicago where they they get out with early momentum and then a first drive first play drive of the drive is a penalty. Usually it’s false start but now it’s a holding call and it’s first and 20 now for Chicago as they’re back at their own 25 yd line now. KT goes in motion lens and shot go at Manang in his backfield. He’s looking to throw fires over the middle. It’s almost intercepted intended for Coulson Lovelin, but it was overthrown. It’s second and 20. Loveland got up limping after the play. But the flee flicker pass Luther Burden was a huge play and exactly what you wanted for Chicago. Finally dying of some sort of trickery. By the way, that was also Caleb’s longest touchdown pass completion of his career. Zakius will go in motion. Second and 20. Caleb looking to throw. Fires has Zakius breaks one tackle and gets up to about the 35 36 yd line. That’ll bring it back to the original line of scrimmage and they’ll bring up third down and about 10. So Bears have kind of realized they cannot run the football effectively yet. It’s be third and nine and then he gets to the 45 of Dallas for that first down. See what Ben Johnson comes up with here on third down. Kmet goes in motion. Eight on the play clock. He’s going to kill something. Third and nine. Two seconds on the play clock. Williams looking to throw. Pressure comes. Pressure still comes. A voice of sack gets it over. It’s a throw out, but it’s incomplete. It’s going to bring up fourth down. And once again, the penalty for Chicago kills that drive. They had an 11 yardd completion, but it just didn’t matter. So, the Bears will punt for the second time today. So, two punts and two touchdown drives for Chicago. There’s 1221 to go in the half. Taylor will come back out and Turpin will once again receive the punt. Oh, see how well this punt is. Four on the play clock. Here’s the punt. Ty just gets it away again. Turpin will receive it about the 14 iron. There’s a flag, bro. Turpin avoids a one man avoids a second man. Gets this return up past the 30. It’s about the 32. There’s a flag though. Let’s see what the penalty is on. Looks like it’s going to be on Chicago. So that’s on Chicago holding. That’s going to improve the punt return by about 10 yards. Honestly, probably a smart holding from Johnson, Roshan Johnson to because that probably would have been blocked. But we’ll come back to this. 146 Bears on Shine Sports Live. [Music] Welcome back here to Shine Sports Live on Soldier Field. Dallas has a 12 minute 17 seconds time of possession time. That leads Chicago by about seven minutes. That will get over seven minutes. Here’s a snap. Prescott looking to throw on first on as Ferguson. He gets up past the 45 up to about the 48 yardd line. You know, about four or five and we’re up second to medium. So, Prescott, it’s another completion on the day. It’s been a really pretty successful day for Dallas’s offense, minus the fact that they only have two field goals, but Jake has six targets and six catches. Tight end 30 yards. Prescott under center. Man in motion. Snap. Hands it off. Williams has the first down. He gets up to about the 46 of Chicago. Chains. So Dallas’s offense is pretty much moving the ball is moving the ball really well against Chicago. However, they’ve only come away with two field goals. So Chicago’s defense is able to bend but not break completely and that’s going to have to continue it looks like here as Javante Ben is eight carries at 66 rushing yards. Play clock is down to 10. So we’re under 11 minutes here to go in the half. Man in motion snap. Little pitch back to Turpin runs and he’ll get up to about the 42 of Chicago. He about four bring up second and six. Dennis Allen the defensive coordinator had a pretty good defensive week one. There’s looks like an injury injured player. on the ground. I think it’s a it’s a bear. Injured bear is on the ground. That’s Tmaine Edmonds. And that is not what you want to see if you’re Chicago. So, we will come back after this. Bears on top 14 to six in Chicago on Sports Live. Welcome back to the shadow. Second and six coming up for the Cowboys here on SH Sports Live. Here’s on top 146. Cowboys with possession of the football though trying to climb closer to either tying or getting another field goal. Aubrey has a couple of them today. Snap. Prescott. looking to throw has a man. It’s Pickkins climb and it’s a first down. Breaks a tackle and gets up to around the 20 yardd line. Did not tackle correctly there. That was not a good tackle. So, could have got him for about a five, six yard gain, but the Bears went up high trying to get that ball out and it just did not work. So now to bring up first down for the Bears or for the Cowboys, sorry. First and 10. Trying to add some points. Walt to 21. Not in the red zone yet. Man in motion. Dinner. A play clock snap. Prescott looking to throw. Throws it to his back. Williams makes the catch. Gets pushed out of bounds at around the 15 yd line. That’ll bring up second down about four. So, these medium gains on first down are really killing the Bears defense. Not really been able to register any pressure against this difficult offensive line for Dallas. And the rushing game for Dallas has also been pretty well. Blade Bear has to get off. There’s going to be a penalty on Chicago for off sides. Here’s a hand off to Williams. He gets talented hard at the 14 yd line and another bear shaken up. I think it’s no s the bears are going caught for offside or too many men on the field and that’s going to give him a first down. So should be a first down for Dallas. So we’ll see. Going to send us a call. So that’s both penalties on Chicago on the same player. Number 92 for Chicago. Got called for too many men on the field and he’s coming back onto the field now. But the Bears have another penalty call on them. That’s the third of the game now. Might be the fourth actually. But another penalty. First and goal for Dallas at the 10. Snap. Hand off. Williams. Now Williams. It’s a different man. He powers up to the two yd line at second and goal now for my Sanders. So bring up second and goal at the two. So, the Bears again not getting really any push on that line and just not not been able to get successful stops. By the way, Prescott is 13 of 15 in the game now. 96 passing yards, only two incompletions. Second and goal at the two. Prescott in shotgun. Quick snap. Prescott will keep it a quick bro. It’s onehanded caught by George Pickkins in the end zone for a touchdown. And the Cowboys are down by two points now. Let’s see if they elect to go for the extra points or go for two to try and tie it out, right? Be smart just to kick the extra point here and avoid being back down two possessions if the Bears are scordown. Pickkins beats Stevenson. Just a good throw and a good one-handed catch from Pickkins. So Prescott, it’s now 14 to 16. over 100 passing yards and a touchdown pass now. So, the Cowboys are going to go for two. So, Williams next to Prescott and Shotgun. It’s the first two-point attempt of the season for Dallas. Turpin goes in motion. Snap. Looking at Bro. Fires over the middle. It’s Klein and it’s a two-point conversion. And that’s successful caught by Tolbert. So we’re tied at 14 with 757 left to play here in the first half. Bears on and we are tied back to this on SH Sports Live. Welcome back to Chicago Bears and and Cowboys now tied at 14 apiece. A seven play 57 yard scoring drive. Touchdown pass to George Pickkins and a two-point conversion was also successful for Dallas. So we’re tied at 14. The kickoff is going to be out of bounds and for a touchback. So, Bears are on their first four drives, two punts, two touchdown passes. Cowboys a nerf first five drives, a fumble, two field goal or sorry, first four drives, a fumble, a couple field goals, and a touchdown pass. And that fumble drive was looking to be another scoring drive for Dallas. So, the defense for Chicago has not really played up to par besides the one takeaway. They’ve been cooked pretty badly for medium gains pretty much every single play, but the Bears will take over at their own 35. Williams under center. Swift on the back field. Williams looks like he’s killing the play, changing it up. Four on the play clock now. KT goes in motion. Snap. Hand off. Swift trying to get to the outside. He does and gets to about the 41 yd line. That’s a good medium gain there of six. Exactly what the Bears need theirs and to get some momentum on their side. Caleb six of 10 now, 146 passing yards and a couple of touchdowns. So now the Bears are finally in the positive yards rushing wise up to five rushing yards. The Cowboys have 84 rushing yards. So, first and 10 for or second and four for Chicago. Morgos in motion. Snap. Play action. Williams looking to throw. Rolling out. Looks like he was trying to fire. Now he throws it down the field. Out of bounds is incomplete. It’s going to be up third down. There’s a flag on the play. We’ll see what’s on. It’s on Chicago. We’ll see. might be on Dallas. It’s on Chicago. It’s on right. His second penalty of the game and eligible. He was more than a yard pass on a scrimmage on the field. So, another potential drive killing penalty there. That really hurts the Bears. It’s going to be on second and nine now. London’s in shotgun. Cowboy almost jumped off side, but he got back. Snap. I hand it off to Swift and he gets nothing. Actually, it was Moore. DeAndre Moore. I I don’t I don’t like that. I don’t like that decision to hand it off after committing a penalty, making it second and long because you get nothing here and now it’s an obvious passing situation against a tough pass defense. It’s going to be very difficult for Chicago to get anything here. Third and n to get to the Cowboys 45. Bears again looking at another three and outs. Snap. Williams looking to throw. Cowboys bringing a heat. Fires it to Swift. His running back. He’s going to get the first down. Who pass midfield has plenty of room downfield. Makes a cut and gets all the way down to the 23 of Gales. What a huge chunk play for Chicago. And Caleb’s already almost at 200 passing yards in the first half. It was a little screen play and exactly what Chicago needed. Ball is at the 24 of Dallas. What a heck of a play there. Thunder 550 to go in the half. Caleb under center face a hand up a little pitch to Zakias. Little jet sweep rolling out inside the 15 up to the 11 yd line and another first down for Chicago. Backto back chunk plays and the Bears are in business again. But a good cut of field by Swift and excellent blocking by the receivers downfield for Chicago that allowed them to get get these excellent plays in the end of round Zakius gets another chunk gain and the Bears are 11 yards away from getting another touchdown in this first half. Caleb 7 of 11, 187 yards, couple touchdown passes. Williams on their center eye formation. Kamett and Swift in the back field. KMD goes in motion. That’s a hand off to Swift. Immediately brought down for a loss of about a half a yard. Make it a full yard. So, it’s going to bring up second and about 11. First down is at the one yard line pretty much. So, you pretty much need a touchdown to you’re pretty much in first. You’re pretty much in goal to go situation. That first down mark is at about the half yard line. You can technically get the first down, but at that point, you’re pretty much getting a touchdown. Second and 11. Snap. Williams. Quick pass. It’s in the dirt. Incomplete. That’s going to bring up third down. What you don’t want to do if you’re Chicago is settled for a field goal here. Zakius was going in motion. It was a play action throw and Caleb kind of just spiked it. might have been able to pick up a few yards if that was an accurate throw from Caleb. Third and 10. Bears need to get to the half yard line for the first down. Two receivers on the near side. It’s more Zakius Adun and Kit on the far side. Swift is next to Williams and shotgun looking to throw. Caleb fires in the end zone. It is caught. No, it’s dropped. Incomplete. A dunes dropped in the nose. Good coverage and the Bears will hold for a field goal. Might have been fourth and goal. Fourth down anyways. Now just a good hit by the defensive back there. So the Bears will settle for a field goal. Excellent defense there from Dallas. And they’ll settle for a 30-yard field goal from the right hash of for Kyo Santos who’s one for two on the season. Big miss field goal on the first game of the season hurt the Bears. The kick is up and it is good. So the Bears retake the lead. It’s 17 to 14. However, Bears would have loved another touchdown. Way back into this Bears on top. 17 to 14 on Shy Sports Live. Welcome back to Soldier Field in Chicago. Under five minutes to go in the first half. Bears on tap 17 to 14 after a chip shot 30-yard field goal from Kyro Santos went through. But Cowboys will most likely have a chance to score before the end of the half. Still have that two-minute timeout to go as we are back in play. Santos boots it. It’s caught at about the four yardd line. Sanders will make a man miss and it kind of fell at about the 20 23 yardd line. So that is where the Cowboys will take over for another drive. So, the Cowboys have gone fumble, field goal, field goal, touchdown, and a two-point conversion. They’ve gone field goal, field goal, touchdown in the last three possessions. But really, all four possessions, they’ve moved the ball quite successfully. And that has been a big issue for Chicago today is the defense did not bake in the second and third drive, but that fourth drive they really struggled. Now Chicago has more yards per play, but that helps because of that long touchdown pass to Luther Burton as the first play hand off to Williams. He only gets about a yard up to the 25. So Dak is 14 to 16 with 98 yards. Does have a touchdown pass and two point conversion completion. George Pickkins has a touchdown reception. We got 345 to go in the half. Second and nine. Bears on tap by by a field goal. Cowboys need to get to the 34 for the first down. Prescott in shotgun has Devonte Javvante Williams to his right. Couple receivers on the near side. Man in motion. It’s Tolbert. Two play clock. Looking at throw is Pad Dak fires far silent. Is tipped up the air and almost intercepted by Stevenson. He’s had a pretty good game today. That’ll bring up third down and nine. This is a big opportunity for Chicago to get off the field on bring it out here. Defense hasn’t really showed showed up too much on the early down situations. They have a chance here to show up here. Terry almost got an interception there. Third and nine. Need to get to the Chicago 34. Dak and shotgun. Ferguson goes in motion. Two on the play clock. Snap looking to throw. Fires as Ferguson makes the catch. Sheds one tackle but only gets up to the 30 yd line. That’s going to bring a fourth down and about four. And the Bears defense forces a three and out for the first time today. So, a field goal or a a turnover and a four and a three and out. The Bears two stops today on defense. So, quite a screen pass, but we’re brought pretty far back. Brian Anger is on the punt. Devin Duivere on the returning for Chicago. Snap. Anger’s punt is up and away end over end. Duivere at about the 11 yard line makes the catch, makes the first man miss, gets past the 20 and gets up to the 29 yd line and that is where Chicago will take over. So we’ll be back in about 30 seconds. Bears on tap 17 to 14 on SH Sports Live. Welcome back at Shy Sports Live Chicago. Caleb is seven of 13 to start the game today. Dak Prescott 15 of 18. The difference for Caleb is he has a couple touchdown passes. one on that deep fleick flicker a 35 yd pass to Luther Bird in the third for the touchdown. Bears going to be in their two-minute offense. Have 225 and three timeouts to work with along with that two-minute warning timeout. Zakius goes in motion. Williams snaps it’ll hand it off to Swift or the more sorry. He powers past the 30 up to about the 33 34 yd line. So, good gain on first down. And that should bring us to the two-minute warning in the 210. We’ll see if Ben Johnson says, “Let’s hurry it up.” No, the Bears are going to take their time. So, we are going to hit the two-minute warning here in Chicago. The Bears are on top. Seven to 14 with a chance to score. We’ll be back after this on Shai Sports Live. Bears on top. Welcome back to the Chicago Bears on tap by 3. Seven into 14. One thing that was not really looked at, Darno Wright had was injured on that last play, shaken up with a right arm issue looked like. So the Bears are going to go back to their second string right guard. So it’s going to bring just second and five for Chicago. There’s a handoff and Manga gets I think he gets the first down. He’s right he’s very close to the line the game and it is going to be a Bears first down. So they’re not going to take a timeout. Clock’s going to run under 140 now. Bears have all three timeouts to work with. Dallas Dallas has a couple timeouts to work with. Manungai in the back field. Williams under center. Snap. Another hand off. Many power is up to about the 44 yd line. They’ll bring up second down and a timeout is called after that play. It’s called by Dallas. So the Cowboys only have one timeout remaining with 124 to go. Interesting that Dallas is the one that called the timeout. Dallas does get ball to start the second half. That is one thing here to look for. So, the Bears have to try and get points here, whether it’s three or a touchdown. A touchdown would be preferable, but you want to get points here. You really like to get a touchdown here. Make it a two-possession game. And after and forced Dallas to make make plays and for Chicago the defense finally stepped up in a big way after the opening drive turnover. All right. Both the 44ers are going to shift their play. Williams under center now. Snap and another hand off to Manungi. He’ll get past the 45 up to about the 47 and it’s going to bring up third and short about three yards. So, we’re under a minute 15 to play. Cowboys holding on to their timeout. Bears are have not called any of their timeouts yet. They have VR. So, if there’s a first down here, Dallas is probably just going to let let them let this get off the field with just that one timeout. Bears will have to start using their timeout soon. Under 55 seconds to go now. Under 50 seconds to go now. Williams looking to throw on third down. Fires, has a receiver, hits a Tuesday, makes the catch and gets out of bounds. Has a first down. Bears are in Cowboys territory with 43 seconds to play in the half. Second time he has found a Dunay today. Good catch. Look like a little curl route. Sat in his own coverage. Here’s Bud Chain’s fourth target of the day for Adun. Makes his second catch. Has 48 yards. Has a touchdown reception as well. Spears ever so closely moving into field goal range. Here’s at the 39 yd line of Dallas. Snap. Williams looking to throw him. Deep drop back. Fires over the middle. It is caught by a Dun. Sorry. Luther Bird at the 10 yardd line for a first down. Got to imagine Chicago’s going to take a timeout here. They’re not. And now a whistle’s blown. and Dallas will take a timeout. So, 28 seconds to go. Dallas takes their third and final timeout, which is a little interesting to see there. Chicago still has all three timeouts to work with. So, they could run the ball once or twice here. Um, but now you’re in a situation where you got to try and get a touchdown here for Chicago, but also know when to take your points. Don’t try don’t try and force a go for it on fourth down just because you don’t get the touchdown. So good catch for Luther Bird in the third. His second of the game had that flicker touchdown reception and gets another big catch there with the Bears in first and goal to go situation at the 10. So Dallas has no timeouts remaining. Chicago has yet to use a timeout. Bears trying to get something going here. Halftime show will be up next. We’ll go to a little bit of a break after halftime after the half ends and we’ll go through some stats. About halfway through halftime. First and goal for Chicago Williams. Little snap play action. Fires into the end zone wide open. Cole KD has a touchdown and the Bears have a two-possession lead. Third touchdown pass of the half for Caleb Williams, seventh of the season. And the Bears offense is starting to look pretty good now. Couple chunk plays, got it done. And Cole KT finally gets a touchdown reception. Two tight ends said he kind of just leaked and made a nice move. Nobody was covering him in the back of the end zone. Perfect pass from Caleb. Perfect catch from Cole KTZ. and a touchdown. And the Bears have a nine-point lead trying to make it a 10-point lead with 25 seconds to go. The snap is good. The hold is good. Santos’s extra point is good. It’s 2414 Chicago with 25 seconds to go in the half. But this is now there’s still time for Dallas to try and get some points here. And that’s why for Chicago, you got to play good number one good special teams here on this coverage. Number two, good defense because without that then you’re not going to get a you’re not gonna get a score. So this is gonna be a very very big play defensive drive here. Albeit it’s going to be short but a very big defensive drive. And by the way Caleb is up over 200 passing yards on the game. Has his third touchdown pass of the game too. But Luther Burton again be playing being being playing a huge factor in a scoring drive. Had that flee flicker touchdown reception and has a huge reception to get him down to the 10. 239 yards in the first half for Caleb Williams and three touchdowns. So both of those numbers are career highs in in a half of football. So Bears up by 10, 25 seconds to go. Kick coverage needs to be good here and defense needs to be be good here for this final 25 seconds. Of course, we’ll see if Dallas tries to play conservative. You know, whistle’s blown. They’re going to reset the play clock. So, 25 seconds to go. Bears on top by 10. Santos will booted away. It’s a lowline drive. It’s returned at about the four yd line. Turpin hit by his own man. He sheds off a tackle and he’ll go out of bounds at around the 17 yd line. Took 7 seconds off the clock though. And we’ll see if Dallas just comes out and just kneels it to uh sorry balls at the 22 yard. We’ll see if Dallas just kneels it to end this half with 18 seconds left. They still have time with 18 seconds to do something here. That’s where Dennis Allen and the Bears need to realize that this is a big drive and a key drive that where Chicago needs to play. Res have a couple safeties deep downfield. Snap. Prescott looking to throw. Dak still looking. Pressure comes. 10 on the game clock. Dak rolls out. Throws it. Is caught inbounds though. Then the Cowboys are not going to get the final playoff most likely. 21 and that is going to bring us to halftime. Bears defense does their job. It’s a little scary, but they did their job. We played through one half of football here in Chicago. The Bears are on top 2414 way back in a few minutes. Go over some stats and other stuff on Shai Sports Live. Welcome back into Shine Sports Live. Bears on top of the Vikings or Cowboys, sorry. 24-4 as the Bears offense has looked pretty successful today, which is really good. What you love to see. All right, the defense has not been all too successful. I know the scoreboard shows a 10-point Chicago lead, but the V or the Cowboys have moved the ball really well today’s game. But regard, let’s take a look at some stats. And regardless, the Bears are on top by 10. So, there is that first. We’ll discuss the game leaders in passing. Kayla Williams 10 of 16, three touchdowns, 239 passing yards. Dak Prescott 16 to 19 a touchdown 115 passing yards. Both quarterbacks playing pretty well tonight today. The Russian has been in heavily in favor of Dallas’s as Kyle Manai has three carries, 14 rushing yards. Javvante Williams has nine carries, 67 rushing yards, but a key fumble. Uh receiving yards, Luther Burden, two receptions, 94 yards, has a touchdown pass. 65 of those 94 yards came on a flea flicker pass reception. And Jake Ferguson has been targeted or has been used heavily in this game. Has eight receptions, 47 yards. No sacks yet for either team. Have to imagine that’s going to change in the second half for either team. Uh tackles. Jermaine Edmonds leads the Bears and tackles has one solo and former Bear Jack Sandborn has five tackles and a couple solo tackles. For the team stats, Chicago has 75 more yards than Dallas. 275 to 200. Dallas have that one turnover on the first drive of the game for the offense for Dallas. 11 first downs to 10 for Dallas. Just edging them there. Penalties again. Chicago playing a little undisiplined. four penalties for 30 yards. Dallas has a couple penalties for 10 yards. They’re down conversions. Chicago is three of six. Dallas is two of five. No first fourth down attempts yet. Both teams are one for two in the red zone. Uh time of possession, Dallas is on top by oh my a little over seven minutes. That will continue to go up as they will receive the ball to start the second half. Chicago down to 11 minutes and 16 seconds right there. We are almost ready for second half football. Got a little over three minutes to go until that time. We will come back after this and get set for the third quarter and started the second half in Chicago. 24 14 Bears on top at halftime on SH Sports Live. Welcome back to SH Sports Live. We are about ready to get started for the second half kickoff. The Cowboys will receive to start the second half who will be without CD Lamb for the rest of the game. But it it this is becoming big and the Cowboys. It’s going to be difficult. Difficult without CD Lamb. However, still firepower offense. Still a firepower offense. So, this is going to be a tough second half for Chicago. This first drive will tell a lot for the Bears defense. See if they made adjustments because that first half defensively was not that good for Chicago besides the takeaway and not by breaking. And as we are underway to kickoff from Santos to Zend over end and return from Sanders at about the four yardd line we get started makes a cut up the middle and gets up to about the 28 29 yd line and that is where Dallas will take over to start this second half. This is gonna once again be a key key play or key drive coming up here for Dallas and Chicago. For Dallas so they can get within a possession of this game for Chicago to put more pressure and potentially have another scoring drive and start the second half. Javvante Williams will start off in the back field. Prescott under center. Snap. Hand off to Williams. Runs up the left gut. has a pretty big hole and he gets about nine and a half yard lines and that’s a good start for Dallas’s offense. And that is continuing the uh the carries that he’s had. He’s had unbelievable car uh carries this h or this game for Jvante Williams averaging about seven a carry. Second and one coming up now for Dallas. Need to get to the 38 yd line for the first down. Williams in the back field. Snap. It’s a playaction play. Prescott. Pressure comes. He’ll fire it too. Williams makes a man miss. Spun around a bit and he’ll fight for it and get to the first down. They’ll get to the 39. Gets a couple. So the Cowboys get the first get a first down and move the chains. Asher came on to sweat off the edge as well as as another defense as well as Grady Jared made the hit on Prescott. The flag was thrown. Prescott 17 of 20 now in the game. First and 10 for Dallas. Done. 39. Man in motion. Snap. Prescott looking to throw over the middle. Has Williams makes the or Sanders makes the catch. gets up to about the 45 46 yard line about five or six and the Cowboys continue to get these medium gains on first and second down seven on the play. So it’s second and three now for Dallas. Prescott 18 to 2124 yards now on a touchdown pass. Second down and and short. It’s more like four yards. Second on four. Here’s a snap. Hand off. Williams powers through the hole. Gets into Bears territory up to the 49 yd line on a first down. So or Dallas continues to run the football well. Williams well on pace to have over 100 rushing yards on this game if Chicago cannot contain this rushing attack from Dallas. First and 10 at the 49 and a half yardd line of Chicago. Sanders in the back field now. Prescott under center. Turpin goes in motion. Goes back in motion to the other side. Snap. Prescott will hand it off to Sanders. runs and gets up to about the 45 yardd line. You have about four and a half to five yards. And again, those medium chunk plays on first and second down are really hurting the Bears defense right now. And this time of possession stat for Dallas is continuing to go up. They’ve already used the three minutes of the game clock on this third quarter. Second and five. 104 rushing yards for the Cowboys offense. 36 for Chicago. Williams will get motion now. Fullback is in the back field with Prescott. And Williams will get motioned back in. And he will set up behind Prescott who’s in shotgun. Snap looking to throw. Pressure is going to come. He is going to get hit and sack down at the 44. Robinson with the sack. And that’s a huge one. the first of the game free the defense and the Bears will force a long third down try. This was a coverage sack pretty much. Prescott did not have a man open immediately in the first couple seconds and Williams was too late to trip to trip him. It’s going to be third and 15 now for Dallas. He had a long 15 yardds here for the first down and he get to the Chicago 39 yd line. Snap. Prescott looking to throw. It’s a screen pass thrown to Ferguson. He’s going to get tripped up at the 30 at the 46yd line. Gets a yard and the Bears will force a key punt. First time Dallas has or second time Dallas has punted today. Fourth and 14. That’s a huge defensive drive there for Chicago. And the offense will have a chance now to extend upon this two-possession lead. Make it a three-p possession lead if they get a touchdown on extra points. Anger on the punt. Duven on the return. Snap. Anger will punt it away. Duven goes back. Will receive it at the 12 yd line. Makes a man miss. Gets up past the 20 20 yard line up to around the 25. And that is where the Bears will take over. A little over 10 minutes to go in the fir in the third quarter. We’ll be back after this on transports live. Bears on tap 2414. Over to Cowboys. Welcome back here to Chicago Bears on top 2414. A key second down sack by Robinson for Chicago. Forced a third down a long play. It was only a gain on it. So the Bears forced the Cowboys to punt for the second time this afternoon at possession of the football now at their own 24 yardd line with 10:03 to go in the third quarter. The chance to put on some pressure on Dallas and get some more points, but they have to get points here. More pressure on Swift is in the back field. KD is in motion. Couple receivers on the near side. Swift and Adun one play clock. Caleb just gets it off. We’ll hand it off to Swift. Has a hole right side. Plenty of room. Has the first down. Up to about the 31 or 41. Sorry, 36 yd line on the first down for Chicago. It’s really the first positive rushing play of the game for Chicago. Kayla Williams had one scramble. It’s wiped out though to a holding by the man who is was injured but returned to the game. Darnell right was injured but he came back into the game which is good to see. First 10 of the 35 for Chicago goes in motion snap play action. Williams looking to throw fires it’s tipped at the line of scrimmage and it almost falls into the hands of a Cowboys defender. Near interception off of a deflection at the line of scrimmage. Bears get lucky there. Caleb is looking for Swift. his halfback checkown option and it nearly came back to bite him. Second and 10 for Chicago. Saw this in week one against the Vikings where the Bears had a good third quarter but the fourth quarter really struggled for them. It’s only seven on the play clock. Bears have to hurry. Three on the play clock. Bears barely get the playoff apparently. There’s a pass and it’s overthun Williams just missed it. Bears got very lucky they did not get called for delay of game penalty there. It’s third down and 10 wide open and he just overthrew it. So it’s third down now for the Bears. back-to-back incompletions and Caleb was trying to hurry up the O line or his offense because of the play clock. Bears at three of six on third down. Chips on the far side. Eight on the play clock. Bears will shift their receivers. Four on the play clock. Snap. Williams looking to throw. Fires over the middle. It’s caught by DJ Moore for a first down. Big gain for Chicago and the Bears absolutely needed it. Big first down. At least eat some more clock and move the chains. More actually bobbled at a little bit on the hit, but he was able to hang on. First down for Chicago. 20 seconds to go on the play clock. Caleb is over 250 passing yards on the game now. Rolls at the Chicago 47. Morris in the back field. Little play action. Kayla. Pressure will come. He’ll fire overhead. The Moore. Makes the catch. Gets into Dallas territory inside the 45. Except a second and short for Chicago. Another really big game. Another good chunk play there. And more will come out of the game. But DJ Moore has been involved pretty good today. May about bring up about a second and two situation coming up now for Chicago in Dallas territory. 820 to go in this game. Eight eight incomp completions for Caleb. He’s had a couple good passes. Second and one officially at the 44 of Dallas. Handoff. Swift stopped at the line of scrimmage. It’s going to bring up third down and one. You got to imagine this is going to be go for it territory for Chicago as well. Just need something here to just try and get that one yard. Swift was successful earlier in the drive on a on a handoff where he got to the outside. So I I’m a feeling that’s where you should try and go here if you’re Ben Johnson. See what the Bears do. They’re going to line up in shotgun. Swift to the right of Williams. KD in motion. Snap. Hand off to Swift. Fires up the gut. He’s going to get the line to gain. get up to about the 42 and a half yardd line of Dallas. Bears will move the chains on the 720 to go in this third quarter. Bears continue to eat some clock. It’s exactly what you’d like here for Chicago. Bears are going quickly now. Snap. Another read option. Caleb has plenty of room. He’s going to slide down at about the 35 yd line. I have about second and three. Good rushing play there. We have a read option. We have second and three. Here’s also ever moving ever so close to the field goal range. Of course, the field goal would still keep it a two- possession game. However, that would mean that the that the Cowboys would need a couple touchdowns just to take the lead. Second and three. Snap. Hand off. Swift trying to get to the outside. He does. Hill power through and to get the first down up to the 32 yd line of Dallas. CD Lamb, by the way, just coming out of the tunnel right now without a helmet. See if he No, no gloves on either. So, we’ll see if they change his decision. He’s not expected to come back into this game. Down at the six minutee mark of this third quarter now. Bears have eaten a lot of clock. It helped that the Cowboys took off a lot of clock too. Two on the play clock. Snap. Hand off. It’s more getting to the outside. He gets inside the 30 up to the 29 yd line at second down. Gets a couple on the play again. Three on the play. Second and seven. Chicago trying to get some points here. By the way, Trayvon Diggs was shaken up after that tackle came out the field. It’s a big secondary man that’s now not in the game. And this might be a play where for Ben Johnson say, “Hey, let’s try and test the test test these guys downfield. Look like they’re going to try and take some clock off still.” Zakius goes in motion to the near side. Snap. Hand off. Swift tries to get to the outside. This gets up to about the 25 yd line and that’ll make it about third and three coming up for Chicago. Another third down as we’re under five minutes to go in the quarter. Besides Detroit’s game, all NF St. are final. Green Bay won lost today and Minnesota won today. They’re two- one. Detroit’s one and one. Third and four for Chicago. Need to get to the 21 of Dallas. Snap. It’s an end round. Perfect play. Here is Burden. Makes a man miss. Gets inside the 20 up to the 19. It’s a first down. Luther Burden the third gets a carry. And the Bears move the change. a little fake handoff flip to Duivere or the Luther Bura the third. He’s been used quite a bit tonight this afternoon and then he’s been used so efficiently. Got a good lead block by KT or L Britain had to make a man miss. Ball at the 18 yd line of Dallas. Spears in the red zone. Zakius goes in motion. Snap read option. Caleb will keep it. He gets inside the 15. makes some gets hit by a couple players. Gets inside the 15 up to the 14. That’s second down. 335 to go in the quarter. This is the by the way the Bears first possession of the second half. They’re really eating this clock down. Giving their defense time to rest as well. Second and five for Chicago. Of course, you got to come away with points here for Chicago. This be the 14th play of this current drive. They’ve had nine rushes, four pass attempts. Eye formation. Snap. Pitch to Swift. Runs up the middle. Gets inside the 10 to the nine. That’s going to bring up third and one for Chicago. And again, you got to imagine this is going to be go for territory. If Chicago does not get it here, but gets close, they’ll go hurry up. Need to get to the nine. Caleb under center as Swift in the back field. Dun goes in motion. Immediate backs pressure. Help but a first down run for Swift. Gets up to the seven and the Bears will extend this drive and we’ll have first and goal to go as we’re under 230 to play in the quarter. Immediate immediate pressure by a few Dallas defensive linemans, but Swift made both of them miss. Got through. Bears up to 45 rushing yards in the quarter. Dallas has 19 again. Dallas has only had one possession in this quarter. 204 to go. We’re going to be under two minutes when this play happens. Man guy in the back field gets it. Sheds one tackle. He’s going to shut off a couple and it actually hurts him. Still running and he’s going to be tackled back down on at about the 11 yardd line. He missed a few and it probably would have been smart just to go down on the initial contact as common guy loses about five or six. So Bears will have second and goal about the 11 yardd line. And a Dallas defender is shaken up. I think it’s Kenny Clark, former Packer came over in that C in that trade for Michael Parsons. So, we’ll be back into this. Bears on town 2414 threatening here on SH Sports Live. Welcome back into Chicago. Kenny Clark was the injured Cowboy. He’s left the field. Snaps looking to throw. Has Mungenai in the back field. Makes the man miss. They’ll get up to about the original line of scrimmage at the 11 yardd line. Here’s third and goal coming up. Another whistle. Not sure exactly what the whistle and announcement was for. Anyway, the third down and goal. 110 on the game clock. They’re going to wind it now. So maybe an inadvertent whistle and stop in the game clock. Anyway, starting goal from the 11 and 1 half yardd line. Don’t want him to make a mistake here. Many is going to go out in motion. Four wide snap. Caleb throw. It’s a quick pass to Luther Burden. Gets a couple blocks. He’s rolling inside the five and up to about the four yd line. That’s going to bring up fourth goal. Fourth and goal. I know you want to try and put some pressure. However, I feel like a field goal here would be best opportunity. Bears are going to keep their offense on the field. This is a very, very crucial call here on fourth down. Bears absolutely need to get this touchdown. There’s 15 on the play clock. They might not even get it. We’ll see what they do. Fourth and goal. Williams and Shotgun. They’re going to snap it. Williams pressure comes. Fires the end zone. Wide open is DJ Moore. The touchdown. Touchdown pass to DJ Moore. Nobody around them. And the Bears double up their lead and they’re up three possessions now if they get the extra points. just kind of sat in that zone. Caleb made the defensive backs move with them and Dallas continues to play his zone and this really hurt him and Santos will be out on attempt a crucial extra point to make it a three possession game. And with an entire fourth quarter of football to come up, this is crunch time now for Chicago as Caleb made a heck of a play on that fourth down getting away from the pocket making a throw on the run to his man DJ Moore for the touchdown reception. But 3 seconds to go in the quarter. This will be the last play of the quarter bar in any penalties. There’s a play action snap. Pratt Dak hit as he throws has a man. Turpin who gets crunched by Bard. Time will expire. That is a catch and a first down. There is no flag on the play and that’ll send us into the third quarter. Bears on tap. 3114. Nice oneanded catch by Ferguson. Makes the tackle inbounds at the 31 yd line. It’s going up third on the two yards now for Dallas’s offense. So, we’re under 1430 to play. So, still plenty of time for Dallas to come back. Still plenty of time for Bears to mess this one up. Here’s a handoff. Williams, they’ll get the first down. Get inside the 30 up to the 27 yard. There’s a penalty flag on the play, though. See, this is against Dallas. And it is. That’s a huge penalty. It is on Dallas. It’s a holding call. That’s on Steel, a right tackle. The Browns won their first game of the season due to a last second 62 yard field goal to win it there. So, nine return touchdowns today and five block field goals. A couple were returned for touchdowns today in the NFL overall. Second and 14 now for Chicago. Just over 12 minutes to go in this game. Many will get the hand off. Fires up the middle to the 45 yd line. That’ll make it a third and medium situation here for Chicago. Honestly fine with just running the ball here again. This can bring up third and six just to continue to eat eat game clock. Caleb by 15 passing yards away from 300 passing yards. It’s four touchdowns on the game. 17 of 25 said his last five completions. Four on the play clock. Snap. Williams looking to throw. Williams pressure comes. Fires over the middle. Has this man Zakius. He’s going to get the first down. If the marker is correct, it’s going to get in Dallas territory. Regardless, it’s going to be close enough to go for on fourth down. And we’re going to creep under 11 minutes on the game clock. Was a good catch and or a good throwing catch to Zakias. It is a first down. 10:45 to go in this game. Now he’s going to scramble and dive and get hit late inside the 45 to the 44. There is no flag. That’s on third down. That was a bit of a trip play. That was a little scary. The initial snap was not good. And yeah, Caleb was pressured. Otherwise, he had a chance to get a deep pass to Zakius down the field. Regardless, the clock is still moving. Jones to Kyle Yusek. It’s a done. Fourth and six coming up now for Chicago. They’re going to punt it. Smart decision here. Dallas is going to have to really go quick in their offensive possessions. So, be a key punt here for Taylor, too. Got to try to get this out of bounds. Oh, reception. This is a clean snap. He’ll punt it towards the sideline and it will get out of play. It’ll bounce. Looked like inside the 10. We’ll see where they mark it and they’re going to mark it at the 5 yd line. Heck of a punt. We’ll be back in just a couple of minutes. Bears on tap. 3114. 858 left here in the fourth quarter on Shy Sports Live. Welcome back here to Chicago. They move the punt up to the eight yardd line. Give the Cowboys a favorable spot. Ball’s marked at the 10 yard line. Third and eight. Snap. Prescott looking to throw. Fires, has his man Ferguson. He’s a yard shy of the first down. It’s fourth down. Fourth down and about a yard. We’re under eight minutes to play in this game. This could be the game here, especially with the Bears being would be in deep field goal range. Fourth in the long two, one for two this season on fourth downs. Prescott looking to rise his man over in the middle and makes the catch. It’s a first down. That’s Tolbert. There’s 730 to go. Eight on the play clock. 708 to go on this game. Bears on top by 17. Two on the play clock. Snap. Prescott looking to throw over the middle. His man about five as we’re under seven minutes to go in this game. Pretty soon Dallas is going have to consider taking some timeouts on offense here. Third and five now. Wonder if the offense subs the defense gets a chance to sub. So the Bears can take their time running off. Need to get five. There’s a pass is deflected. It’s incomplete. It’s fourth down again. Fourth and five coming up for Dallas. Deflected at the line of scrimmage. 641 to go in this game. This is the game. It’s caught at the 11 yd line. Clark’s going to continue the run. So that was a good catch. Mloud was in on the coverage for Chicago on that pass to Turpin. Bought the 11 yd line. 5 minutes 30 seconds to play. Clock’s winding down. Snap. Prescott looking at the roll. Pressure comes. Prescott hitting low. Pass is over. Thrown. Incomplete. It’s second down. There’s a flag though. It’s probably going to be on the Bears for pass interference for the low hits. I mean, he’s we’re going to call refining the passer. I mean, the Bears players, first of all, got kicked in the no area and he’s also being pulled down. Anyways, I don’t I get the low hit being called a foul, but I don’t like that called right there. That in my opinion that’s not a good call. Greedy Jarrett got flagged for that. It is passing or refing the passer. First and goal at the sixyd line now. Still plenty of time. We’ll have 522 to go in this game. Clock stops because of the penalty and incompletion. Tolbert goes in motion. Snap. Prescrow corner of the end zone. That’s overthrown. Incomplete. If you don’t get it here, it’s could be game over the Bears. There’s a risk of a safety. But this is a very big play here for the Bears defense. We’ll see if they try and get it to Williams who’s been really successful on the ground. 453 to go in this game. A lot of bunched up players in the box. Turpin goes in motion. Snap. Prescott. He’s going to throw it. Prescott. Pressure comes. Fires in the end zone. It’s intercepted by Tmaine Edmonds again. Third takeaway of the game for the Bears. Tmaine Edmonds gets his second interception of the game. The Bears have sealed this victory and it was a touchback as well. Had no one open. He just had to get rid of it. And that’s where you consider the questioning of throwing a football on fourth and goal when you have a man Jamante Williams who’s had a heck of a game running. Just a throw that Prescott had to make and it was excellent coverage from the Bears. We’ll return after this. Bears on t 3114 looking for their first win of 2025. [Music] Welcome back into Chicago. 447 to go in this game. Two interceptions now today for Tmaine Edmonds. Making that key one in the end zone, forcing the potential game over as Williams will hand it off to Swift. runs out to the outside and gets up to the 24 yard rim. Second down. You imagine Dallas will be taking their timeouts and they just used their first one. So next Sunday, the Eagles will play against the Brown Buccaneers. The Browns will face the Lions. The Panthers will get the Patriots and the Jaguars will get the 49ers. And the Colts will get the Rams. That’s next Sunday. Second and five. 441 to go in this game. Bears next game they’re going to is going to be against the Las Vegas Raiders. And that is going to be next week. Another 3:25 start time for the Bears. 441 to go in this game. And imagine one first down and all three timeouts gone. We’ll pretty much seal the steel. Kmet will go in motion. Snap a pitch out wide to Swift trying to get to the outside. He’ll kind of just slide down back at the 21. Another timeout taken by the Cowboys. So 436 to go in this game now. The Cardinals, by the way, down by seven, have answered to tie it back up and get a two-point conversion or and they failed to get the two-point conversion. However, they got a field goal. They’re up 15 to 13 over the 49ers in that game. And the Cardinals with the win would move to 3-0 and have sole possession of first place in the NFC West division. And if it’s the opposite with with San Francisco to have first soul first place and go that division third and nine for the Bears coming up. Need to get to the four to the 30 yardd line. 436 to go in this game. And imagine we might see a screen pass here and they’re going to actually pass it. Caleb avoids a sack. Fires on the run. Has Zakius sheds off one tackle. Shy the first down by a couple of yards. We have fourth down. Cowboys will take another timeout. Their final timeout of this game to stop it. I don’t think you go for it on fourth down here for Chicago. I think you just punt it away. Try and get it out of bounds. Force and not allow a quick return touchdown. force Dallas to try and use clock and score because unless there’s a first play touchdown, you’re going to be most likely under four minutes to go in this game after the first play of the new Dallas drive. Dallas down by 17. Bears will punt. 428 to go in this game. Taylor on the punt. Turpin on the rece. This where you need a good high punt from Tory Taylor just to get just to be able to get the defenders and gunners down the field to be able to force a fair catch. Four on the play clock. Here’s a snap. It’s a good snap. Here’s the punt and over end towards the side and it’ll go out of bounds around the 29 30 yardd line of Dallas. So that is where the Cowboys will take over. It’s been a good game for down for Chicago’s offense and defense now that they have a couple inter they forced three turnovers. This is the type of defense you like to see Dennis Allen have. And granted, the Cowboys are missing CD Lamb, but the Bears made the plays when they needed to make the plays. And the Cowboys are going with Milton, their backup quarterback. effectively going to give their backup some opportunities here. Dak is not playing anymore. Eye formation snap play action. Milton rolling out looking to throw down field. It’s caught by Pickkins. Goes out of bounds in Bears territory with 414 to go. They’re not under four minutes left. So that clock will continue to run once they get the the ball snapped or once they get snapped. There’s a handoff. Gets about a couple yards on the play. We have second down as we’re going to be dropping under four minutes to play. Dak 31 of 4,2 52 yards a touchdown and a couple interceptions on the game. Second and seven coming up now for the B for the Cowboys. Clock continues to run. We’re down to 345. Still time for Dallas to do something here. Not taking not hurrying up. Snap. Play action. Milton being pressured. Rolling out. Fires downfield. It’s caught by the tight end down the sideline. Hurdles a man and he gets pushed out of bounds inside the Bears 10. There’s a penalty flag on the play. We’ll see. This is on Chicago. It’s on Dallas. Looks like it’s might be on Dallas. Clay Martin will give us the call here in just a minute. And it’s going to be on Dallas. Son Dallas anel eligible forward pass or an eligible receiver downfield. That’s Gayton. Big tackle for Dallas. So White had a huge game. Use a chunk of clock down at 326 to go in this game. Bears well on track to win their first game of the season. Ball back at the 47 of Chicago. Second and 12. Snap. Milton looking to throw. Rose throws down over the middle. Caught. That’s close to a first down for gets it up to the 36 of Chicago to bring up third and short. We have third and one. Milton couple completions on his p two pass attempts up to 35 yards now. Third down and one snap under three minutes to go. Milson looking to throw throws to left side makes the catch. That’s a first down inside the 30. That catch was from Tolberts. So we’re under 250 to go in this game. Chicago looks like this game has pretty much be conceded. There is only one more time the clock can be stopped outside of passes to the sticks or to the sideline or incompletions. Basically, there’s only one more time out that Dallas has and that’s the two-minute warning snap. We’re going to draw a handoff. It’s Sanders fights through the hole gets up to about the 22 21 of Chicago. It’s going to bring up third down and short or second down and short. Berries allowed 52 points last week. They’ve only allowed 14 today at this point in time. They also have three takeaways and a couple sacks today. They had neither take away no takeaways or sacks in the game last week against Detroit. Second and two coming up for Dallas. And we have 52-minute warning in Chicago. We’ll return after this. Bears on top and on their way to win number one. 3114 Chicago. Way back on Sports Live. Welcome back here to SH Sports Live Soldier Field. Bears on top 31 to 14. The Cowboys are moving closely and closer and closer to scoring and cutting into this deficit, but it’s going to take an absolute miracle for them to do it. There’s still plenty of opportunities, though. Here’s a draw play. Sanders breaks a tackle, breaks a couple. They’ll pick up the first down and get inside the 20 up to about the 18 yard line. So, the Bears heard the news a couple weeks ago. They will be moving indeed to Arlington Heights in a few years. They’re going to be building a new stadium there. It looks pretty cool. So, hopefully we’ll see some pretty cool games there. Milton throws it down the field. It’s overthrown intended for Tolbert. That’ll bring up second down. A buck 32 to go in this game. Bears on top 17. Spent Johnson is 92 seconds away from winning his first NFL game as a head coach. And this is a Bears offense that we want to see the rest of this season. And and that partly starts with good play calling. And Ben Johnson pretty okay in the first game. The second game I was not able to watch, so I’m unsure how exactly. Here’s a draw play to Sanders. He’ll get a couple up to about the 16 of Chicago. Think about a third and seven situation coming up. But this week, Caleb looked well. The offense overall looked pretty well. The rushing game still struggled, but in once they got to the once they were at the outside edges, it started to improve. So that the defense has not been too bad either for Chicago today. just would like to see a little bit more consistency and a lot less domination on the rushing aspect of the pass defense pretty well. Milson looking to throw fires over the middle. It’s picked off again. Kevin Bard will pick an off sign in the end zone. And that is the fourth takeaway of the game for Chicago’s defense. Two interceptions for Tian Edmonds, an interception for Kevin Bard, and a fumble strip and recovery from Tyreek Stevenson, which got this game started. So, the Bears will take it and they will walk out of this game with only 14 points given up defensively. That included two field goals and one touchdown and a two-point conversion. and no points in the second half given up by by Chicago’s defense. So, the Bears defense did its job. Just a couple kneel downs needed here for Caleb Williams. They’ll take the first one and Chicago is going to get their first win under Ben Johnson. And they’re going to get their first win in 2025 the 2025 2026 season. Caleb O’Neal one more time and the clock will run down and that will do it for this game today. The Bears win it 31 to4 and it was a game that the Bears desperately needed. They needed this win. Was not expecting this to be in this type of fashion, but the Bears do it anyways. And that’ll do it. Caleb Williams had a heck of a game. He’s our MP or he’s our player of the game today. And the defense did it job as well. We’ll be back at 30 seconds to wrap it up with the postgame with the postgame stats and key points. Once again, Bears win at 31 to 14. Week three. We’ll be back after this on SH Sports Live. Welcome back here to SHA Sports Live here on the postse show. The Chicago Bears win it 31 to4 after an absolute dominant defensive game in the second half specifically for Chicago. Four takeaways in the game overall. You was a little shaky in the first half. A lot of chunk plays on first and second downs from Dallas, but Chicago defense in the end came up huge with the victory. Their first of the 2025 2026 season. Cowboys lose their second game of the year. Moved to one and two. Both teams one and two, but the Bears do have a tiebreaker over them if there be happens to be a tiebreaker playoff situation there. But let’s take a look at some individual stats between the two teams. Once again, Bears win it 31 to 14. For the passing stats, Caleb just two yards shy of 300 yards. Unfortunately, did not hit it. However, he went 19 of 28, four touchdown passes, 298 yards, no turnovers, no turnovers at all for Chicago’s offense. And Dak Prescott went 31 of 40, one touchdown, a couple interceptions, 251 passing yards. DeAndre Swift had 13 carries for 33 yards. and Javvante Williams had 10 carries for 76 yards. Receiving yards de Brden had his breakout career game and just his third game of his career. Of course, the big 65 yard flee flicker touchdown reception. It is majorly impact in the no stats, but he had a heck of a game overall. Had three kick receptions, a touchdown, and 101 in right receiving yards. Jake Ferguson had the tight end was the favorite Tiger today for Dallas. 13 receptions, 82 yards. Montes Wat had a sack and Robinson also had a sack today for Chicago. No sacks allowed by the Bears line today. And tackles, Termaine Edmond had 15 total tackle total total tackles. Had six total tackles. Wilson had seven total tackles, four solo tackles. Another thing for Eron Edmonds, he had two interceptions. Terry Stevenson also forced a turnover and a fumble, forced an recovery, and Kevin Byer to finish it off in an interception off of Milton, Drake Milton to end the game. For the team stats, Dallas did indeed have 11 more yards than Chicago did. They had 396 to Chicago 385. But the biggest thing here is four turnovers for Dallas, known for Chicago. First downs 23 for Dallas, 19 for Chicago. Penalties still gota pick gotta do a little bit better at eliminating potent penalties here. Six for 41 yards. Dallas at 425 yards. Another big key here though is third down conversion. Chicago is eight of 14 while Dallas was three of 11. Chicago also was one for one on their only fourth down conversion which was a four fourth and goal from the four yard line. a touchdown pass to DJ Moore which made it 31 to4 at the time. It was only scoring in the second half. It was a big one and Dallas is two of three in the red zone. Chicago two of three. Dallas one of four and time of possession not that far off. 30 basically 33 minutes for Dallas and just over 27 minutes for Chicago. But Chicago does win it in dominant fashion after a heck of a defensive second half and an and a really good offensive performance performing first half. But the Bears do win it. With that being said, that is going to do it for today’s presentation of Shy Sports Live. Want to thank you all for listening to to this afternoon’s game.
