SOUTH HEART, N.D. — Pheasant Country Golf Course in South Heart is anticipating the arrival of over 100 players and fans on Sept. 29-30. This is the first time the course has been selected to host the NDHSAA Class B Girls Golf State Tournament, which brings together top golfers from across the state.
Tee times and pairings will be announced online prior to the event and Chris Geiss will serve as the tournament manager.
“We’re thrilled to be the host of the 2025 Class B Girls State Tournament,” said Bernie Blan, PGA General Manager at Pheasant Country Golf Course. “On behalf of our entire team, I want to give a huge welcome to all the Class B girls state golfers!”
The tournament couldn’t be scheduled for a better time for the local course.
“We’ve just completed a major renovation here, and we’re excited for you to experience our upgraded course,” said Blan. “We also invite you to check out our outstanding restaurant, Birdies Bar and Grill, spacious patios, and full-service pro shop, all here to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.”
According to a recent press release, the newly renovated Pheasant Country Golf Course offers a world-class practice facility, a redesigned 18-hole championship course and modern amenities.
“We look forward to a great tournament,” said Blan. “Welcome to Pheasant Country!”
