I doubt it would be very loud. My dad has his sim in his garage with his neighbors as close as yours and he has never heard anything about it being loud from them.

For my build, I put some cheap acoustic foam panels (Amazon) on my walls. I attached those to some insulation boards (pink ones from Home Depot) so that I don’t dent the walls. I’m a 20+ handicap golfer. The other day my wife was in the kitchen which is next to the garage and didn’t know I was in there until I came out.
I wouldn’t be concerned about it unless you’re constantly ripping driver in there, have the ball hitting a hard screen, doing it late and have shitty neighbours.

I can hear my neighbors garage sim that behind us caddie corner when he’s hitting at night with the garage closed. It is what it is.
eehcekim
They will for sure hear it. Do some sound proofing behind it and don’t play past 9pm will prob not be an issue for anyone. Your house dude, do whatever you want.
PastAd1087
You’re fine. It’s a lot louder in there. Mine is outside, and we play until 1 am sometimes. Talked to the neighbors, and they said they never even heard it.

My neighbors are close on both sides, and I have mine in a detached garage – can’t even hear it in the house if the door is shut.
They’re more likely to hear you and the boys hooping and hollering after a bombed drive.

I highly doubt that they would be able to hear it through two walls. If you’re worried about it, look into sound isolation panels on Amazon. Buy a couple of packs and throw them on the walls!
It really boils down to how sensitive your neighbor is to noise.
My setup is unusual, it’s technically outdoor and I just built an enclosure between the house and garage. There are 3 houses right next to my sim (kinda hard to explain without a pic, but I have multiple people living/sleeping very close)
I did my best to sound proof it, and most of the neighbors say they can never even tell if I’m using the sim or not.
But, there was one (living in a granny flat by herself) that was apparently so frustrated by the sound that she called the cops so many times that the cops had to finally tell her to stop. She went completely psycho, like I was really worried she would do something bad. (full story was kinda crazy)
She ended up moving out, and the new person staying there has no issue at all. So I just had a bad neighbor.

I hit in a 3 story house and you can’t hear it in the first floor (crack of the club/driver) and I have a pretty fast swing speed. You’ll be fine.
Practice-Direct
Not as loud as you would think, but if you want to deaden the sound, try installing some garage door foam insulation, that should do the trick.

I hit in my detached garage primarily between 10 PM to midnight. My wife can’t hear it in the house at all. Anyone outside may hear it but inside their own houses they won’t at all. I initially wanted the sim in the house but I’m very glad I went garage because I can get late night rounds in without disturbing the family. My garage is insulated which I’m sure helps.

Loud as hell inside the garage. Not bad outside. I’m sure people walking by on the sidewalk can hear quite clearly but in the hallway upstairs above the garage I can barely hear anything other than a muffled sound. My girls sleep right through it.
Unlikely-Zone21
Should be fine. If you’re that worried put a memory foam mattress topper on the wall.
Responsible_Town770
Depends how loud you and your buddies curse, scream and celebrate! Otherwise, shouldn’t be a problem with hitting into net or screen.
bmoneybloodbath
I was surprised by how loud my impact screen was, I switched it out and the other was much quieter. If you’re worried you can always get a decibel meter and see exactly how loud you are in different locations
StewVicious07
It’s loud af in the house of an attached garage but not enough to bother neighbors
crate-the-249
It can be heard in your house but not in another house nextdoor – and driver is the only loud club really – my dog definitely bails the garage tho
Status-Impression738
I’ve had mine up for a while, always thought it was quiet, at least quieter then when I’m banging on metal or wood with a hammer.
Was just told today, no. It’s louder than I thought. Neighbors can hear me, people in the house say it’s like I’m closing the garage door over and over.
But still, it’s been over a month and first time someone said anything at all. So I don’t care. Fuck em. Ima get my par on.

You’ll be fine dude. If it was an apartment then yea it’d probably be something to worry about but a garage, minimal noise for the neighbors, if they even hear you at all
rish20_CFC
Fuck your neighbors. If they ain’t behind your grind to a single digit handicap, they ain’t worth being on speaking terms.

I have a **12 speaker DOLBY ATMOS SONY BRAVIA WITH BUILT IN LCD LED 1080P 3D technology**. Turn those course sound effects up to full blast.
Got a sign outside my garage that says “If you can hear the birds chirping, we in here workin”

My neighbors complained that I was waking them up late at night when I would bang the bell to let the next guy know it was his turn. How else am I supposed to let Jim know it’s his turn to hit while he is out smoking or pissing in the neighbors yard?

Jesus that is close!

I was also VERY concerned about it, and as it turns out, it’s fine. Can hear it *a little bit* inside the house, doesn’t bother anyone outside of the house. Swing away, my man.

Get a high quality impact screen! I had a cheap one and it sounded like a shotgun going off in my garage. When I got the more expensive one it helped with the sound a lot.
