About a month into learning and I struggle to hit the driver. Also feel like I’m missing distance and consistency. Most common issue is a nasty slice.
Please don’t mind the top golf clubs, I think they are too short for me as I’m 6’3”, trying to get my wife interested and she agreed to go to top golf to try.
Actual lessons is next step but any drills, tips, or body cues to work on at the range would be appreciated.

Do your back a favor and straighten it. Likely means get a little closer to the ball so you aren’t reaching so much. Knees are bent good but keep your back straight and flat and upright.
Now it could be because the clubs are too short as you mention. Either way that’s playing a part here
Looks perfect. Go play some golf.
I’m no expert but looks like it’s all arms there’s a disconnect with the rest of your body but that could just be the tempo
I’d say get a little more extension in your back swing, try keeping that left arm straight. And finish turning through the ball with your shoulders, your follow through looks all arms. But not a bad looking swing
Try a drill at home – start your swing with your rear-end against a wall. As you swing keep the feeling of your butt against the wall. You are humping the ball-moving your body towards the ball as you swing (I do the same and that helps).
You need to work on a proper grip. If you don’t have a good grip, nothing else will work the way you want.
Keep turning your shoulders.
Your shoulders stop, but your arms continue.
So you get out of sync.
Both arms collapse, right should, but left shouldn’t on the backswing.
If lessons are the next step, then skip this current step. Cherry picking comments is going to send you in any number of directions while time with a pro is going to set you up for success.
Put down a club on your toes …. Toe to toe… see where it’s pointed …. Move back foot to where the toes get the club on target .. see if that helps
