[Music] I’m going to hesitate that Andy’s done zero practice. He won’t have been practicing on his putter. Won’t be chipping, putting anything. He will have put no time into his game as where I’ve been to the gym. I have been practicing. I’ve played in another comp since me and Andy last played. I’ve been on the chipping green about three or four times. So, I’m doing the right things. Hopefully, that’s enough to uh just to see him off and when we go into the final, I’ll have a healthy healthy lead. I’d say me and Fry are on a very similar sort of level. We’ve always kind of of the of the four of us, we’ve always probably been the best two players. Obviously, not this year. Finch’s just grinded and played unbelievable. So, we never really like to lose to each other. There’s always been the the arguments of which one of us is the best one and then which one is the best of the four. Um, but I always kind of back myself to prevail. I’ve got here on zero practice and natural ability. Let’s see how much further it can take me. Right, game number three. As we stand, Carter and I are both level after two games. We have come to our new venue. We are at the stunning Sutton Cfield just in the middle of Birmingham or just outside Birmingham. It’s got the uh got the attention though for the second one. Definitely got the attention on bread and butter that for Oh, I hit that exactly where I wanted. So, just a slight misread. The easiest of fours, though. Actually thought my pitch was a bit closer, but you know, we’ll take it. Just two points. Carter to tidy up and not start with the uh first of his three jiggles. I hit it a bit soft. Just just play that in slow-mo going 360 around the hole and hit it how you want, but it ended up in the middle of the hole. I was surprised at how soft I hit it. That’s all. The winner of those goes into a bracket to qualify for shots back at the final. We’ll put up what those are for the brackets. Currently, we both have one shot back for the final. How will today fare? Literally landed that bit shy. Little bit just the 40 ft. Actually struck it so well. Just needed to fly it another 5T and it would have got on. It got killed on its first bounce. Right. The ball’s stuck between two toughs of grass on this one. So, it’s got to chop down on it. Chop and charge. Little squiffy lie. Is it a little bit? It’s right in between two like tuft of grass in the wrong direction. If I was chipping that way to you, it’ be fine. But I’m not. Oh, I tell you what, that dug lovely, didn’t it? It’s like something really lovely if that went in. That would have been a rascal chip in played that quite well. Good strike on it. Fairways. Fairways are key. Yes, because those last two lies I’ve had have been absolutely treacherous. Yeah, I’d almost look back and go, I hit a driver down there. Couldn’t we couldn’t even hit it with an iron. Yeah, that’s what I mean. Get further down further down in the rubbish and you’re only wedging on then. True. Always just go down to mid irons. Yeah. Hitting eight irons off TE’s, right? Wedge by the 16th. That putting green has scared the life out of me. It’s definitely quicker on the putting green than it is out here. You’re coming uphill. There wasn’t many uppers on the putting green. Yeah, true. They were all downhill. Heyi ho. Hard to believe I’m about to go one behind it from a man who’s not at the course yet, mind you. And then the next bunkers are at the green at 320. They start and then run up to the green. So I wouldn’t try and overcut it. I play more safe with a bit of a cut. Yeah. Just where the boys are now. But those got to be driver position, aren’t they? Yeah, I think they’re about 260, 270. And then there’s one further in the distance that looks driver runout position. I think it’s going to be six iron, four iron. I might actually go down to like a four or five just so I can uh feel some fairway. Feel like I’ve hit quite a few good shots today. Some lovely strikes just in the wrong direction there. Right, that that one on the right that’s sticking out 288 and the one in the distance 340. So 280 to carry, 330 to get in the other one. You can hit three to the far bunk on the right. To be fair, I think I’m going to go at the left one and just cut cut a five iron into the middle. Wow. cuz then I can just knock on with a something. That is uh N that’s extremely extremely negative. It’s extremely tactical cuz this flies 205. So add what 30 40 in for the fairway bouncing. It’s not going to go 40 yards. It’s in it’s kind of winds there down off the left. So this is going 250. Add your 30 250. This club cannot get to that left trap. True is where my four iron I’m questioning whether it does. You talk about trying to do too much of a T-shot and you pull out a five iron and start talking about fading it off bunkers. Yeah. Yeah. The whole point the whole point of grabbing a five iron. Yeah.
