MONROE, La. – The ULM women’s golf team is traveling to the Leadership and Golf Invitational, hosted by Seattle University and held at Chambers Bay Golf Course. The tournament will begin September 15 and conclude on September 16.

About the Course
Chambers Bay Golf Course, acknowledged as one of the top public courses in the U.S., was opened for play in 2007. The British links-style course is 250 acres and has hosted multiple golf championships. Chambers Bay hosted the U.S. Amateur in 2010, along with the U.S. Open in 2015 and the 2022 U.S. Women’s Amateur. Round 1 begins at 10 a.m. CT on Monday.

ULM captured the Jayhawk Invitational team title, defeating host Kansas by 10 strokes. Daniela Campillo tied for the individual title, her second career individual championship after carding nine birdies.

The ULM women’s golf team will continue the fall season by traveling from the west coast to the east, facing host Vanderbilt in the Mason Rudolph Championship. The Warhawks will tee of on Friday (Sept. 19).
