Keith, few days on from that amazing win in China. What are your reflections on it now? It’s sort of bedded in. Yeah, I know. It’s really great still. You know, it was a fantastic um opportunity and uh a great week. I’ve just been trying to spend the last couple of days just relaxing. You know, it’s business as usual again this week. So, can’t really focus on what happened last week anymore, but I have enjoyed my last couple of days. Coming off the back of that excellent performance, what do you do to make sure you carry that form into this week? Well, you know, to be honest, I actually just took it really easy. Did very little work this week, just trying to recover a little bit and then uh did some work yesterday again to get back into it. I think it’s just uh sticking to the basics. Uh and trying to keep your focus more than anything else and not um um yeah, in the past, I’ve tended to just be a lot looser after I’ve had a win or something like that or a big finish. So, today I’m just going to try and stick to um focusing and my procedures. A very different course this week. What do you need to do to score well around bad recans? Yeah, it is a very different very different style of golf required to play well around here. Um it’s not nearly to do very much with the driver. It’s a lot shorter irons off the tea box. Um a lot of draw. You got to draw hit the ball right to left around here. Get yourself in position. Um the greens are a lot slower than we played last week as well. You can be a lot more aggressive on them. Everything about the course, you have to be aggressive with your chipping. You have to be aggressive with your putting. a lot less break on the greens. Um, and I think it’ll take a while for some of the guys just to adjust to that, but it’s still a golf course. You can go out there and make some birdies as long as you get yourself in position off the T- boxes. Another win this week and you could go to number one on the order of merit. How much is that an ambition for you? Yeah, that was one of my goals this year is to try and get to number one on the order of merit. Um I think um so early in the season it it would just be part and parcel of trying to get there by the end of the season. Great stuff. Good luck this week.
