Hey, I heard you guys got discounted greens fees this week. Normally our greens fees are $73. Today we’re running a special 72. Damn it, that’s a steal. We’ll take it. You’re smart to take advantage of this deal. Payment’s ready when you are. Normally I’d say what a ripoff, but this is a steal. Oh, and by the way, guys, we just irrated the greens. [Music] What a ripoff.

For someone who doesn't play a lot of golf, what did this skit mean? Golf greens get holes punched in them, and then they discount their prices because it's way harder to putt? I feel like it would be impossible to putt on that lol

THERE IT IS! What a ripoff!
You know what's worse and actually happened? Paid for 18. Only 9 holes were open and half the holes had temp greens. And yes, they only told us after that there were only 9 holes. We found out on our own about the temp greens.
I literally refuse to pay more than $10 to smack a few balls around. We as people have to start questioning how our money is being spent and does it make sense?
