They grab the hammer and they start they start start doing this and I’m like, “Yeah, perfect.” So now if we were if I’m hammering this and if I were to take this down here, look at my right hand grip. It’s pretty much on top of it, right? Like on top of this, if you envision this to be a golf grip, it’s pretty much on top because now I can actually use it that way, right? But what do I see so much in the golf scene and on the grip side? I see this. So now this is real awkward. So now when you this is how they would hold the golf club. And now if I you know do this into a hammer position. This see what this does completely isolates my wrist. I can now not really use my wrist well. And it all comes from here. It all comes from the elbow. And that’s exactly what goes on when I see this. When just the elbow goes and none of the wrist.

  1. Interesting, Caroline. Every golf coach and YouTuber I’ve seen had/ watched said to make sure the crease between my thumb and index finger should point to my right shoulder. Your video suggests it should point to the middle of my chest or even towards my left should. Maybe this explains why I can’t close the club face and why every shot goes straight right.
