Trail Running & Kayaking In Portugal’s Algarve – How Is It THIS Beautiful?

I’m Craig. This is Running Cafe and you’re joining us in Portugal. [Music] Recently, I spent some time in Portugal with my girlfriend Hannah. The Algav, Portugal’s southernmost region is known for its Atlantic beaches and golf resorts. In addition, and what we were particularly interested in, it’s famous for its stunning coastlines featuring low cliffs overlooking sandy coes. and the sites on offer promised to be a spectacular break away. We settled into the fishing village of Bengill and spent the next few days exploring the local surroundings on the adventure menu, trail running, kayaking, and a beautiful boat ride. In this video, I’ll share four of our experiences to give you a flavor of just how spectacular this region is. And by the end of the trip, we felt truly lucky to have experienced just some of it. Without further ado, here’s a taste of the Algav southern Portugal. [Music] Fore! [Music] Foreign! Foreign! Another. [Music] All right, guys. Today we’re out here in the Faro jungle in Fly with Hannah’s actually taking us out in a little bush tucker adventure and she’s only gone and got us lost. She doesn’t know where she’s going. Oh my word. She’s absolutely horrified at the fact that she’s got captured on camera leading the crew and all of us lot to a dead end. And hopefully she’s going to try and find some taka for us. [Music] I got a metal that’s right. [Music] Come on. [Music] foreign. [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign. [Music] I was a rebel without a cause. Living out of the blue. Used to think I knew it all but didn’t have a clue. And love was just a game. Warm mode on my sleeve. Nothing scared me anyway. Nothing could ever break me. Now I’m falling down. Thought I’d love it figed up by now, but I’m not far. Should do it with grace, but I’m not okay. Still the world keeps turning. I need a break. I can’t escape myself. This roller coaster of emotions and the person I’m becoming [Applause] still learning. [Music] I’ve never been to this part of town. Everyone is dressed up here, but look so dumb. Lost in a room where my shadow jumps. So glad I found you there in the ground. All I wanted was a little connection, but they only care for their own reflection. I tried to blend you, but I’ll never be like them out here. No one else. [Music] I say h they say to you again just pretend [Music] she say Concrete jungle where dreams are sold. I know I got you in the city. It’s cold, but your lips are worth more than gold. We don’t Yeah. Heat. [Applause] Heat. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. N. [Applause] Heat. Heat.
