Not sure if club face is too open, I'm too inside/out, or a combination because I'm garbage. Had a wicked slice to begin the year, after lessons and tons of practice I'm now here. I can randomly straighten out the driver but the wood I hook 99% of the time. Irons much less so than longer clubs. At my wits end here so any tips are welcome.
I've landed on it being a combo of rotation, wrists and path but I'm struggling to fix it permanently.

try not standing so damn wide – makes it almost impossible to rotate properly. here you are an impact and you haven’t even begun to open up.

From a lesson I had, your butt might be too deep. No idea if that will fix the hook but it’s the first thing I noticed about your dtl view. Good luck
Man, please do some research on proper grip and setup. Not sure what is going on there. Baseball grip already pre-hinged 100% at address. That is not how it’s done. Get that sorted and the wide stance. Then worry about the swing. I like an app called OnForm. It has pro swings you can compare your swing to side by side and draw lines to compare set up and swing angles. Very helpful.
