when you guys are engaged I told you a story and I’m gonna end now but when you guys engaged I told you a story about how when Katherine when you were an infant I was leaving for work I walked into your room to say goodbye 5:30 in the morning or there abouts you you jumped up you hung on to the crib I reached out to give you a kiss on the cheek before I went off to work and you reached up and you touch my my left cheek and I thought at that moment that was by far one of the best experiences I had ever had in my life just that touch on my cheek I thought I would never ever ever have anything better than that I was wrong tonight you and Charles have touched my other cheek just remarkable [Applause] [Music] you look stunning oh my god [Music] say I do but I think anyone that truly knows cat can admire most how selfless she is she is such a generous spirit and a sincere appreciation for family and friendships [Music] from the moment we met Charles it was like we met him and we’ve known him our entire life [Music] [Music] you are not to cry [Music] I don’t say this lightly but Charles and cat are truly perfect for each other most importantly that’s the two of them are madly in love and provide each other with constant support laughter and friendship [Music] I promise to support you inspire you as you have always unconditionally supported me I cannot wait to grow older together holding your hand side by side and love and happiness I look forward to walking through life with you and I will always be there to give you a kiss goodnight I love you with all my heart and I’m so happy to tell you today I do [Music] Charles you are my love my greatest inspiration and the most cherished cherished part of my world I’m proud just stepped their life’s peaks and valleys by your side today in front of our family and friends I choose you and I’ll choose you over and over and over again without pause without a doubt I’ll always choose you you have my whole heart forever [Music] the Charles and cat look around today you are surrounded by your people family and friends who have all been lucky enough to bask in your growing love [Applause] [Music] by the power vested in me I now pronounce you Charles and you Catherine to be husband and wife [Applause] three when when I look around and think of everyone in this room special word comes to mind and that’s Ohana it’s uh for those who don’t know it’s a Hawaiian term that means it’s family [Music] [Music] Lord behold our family here assembly we thank you for this place in which we dwell for the love that unites us for the peace accorded us this day for the hope with which we expect tomorrow for the help the work the food and the bright skies that make our lives for our friends in all parts of the earth [Music] you
