OPENING TEE

Saint Francis University men’s golf opens the fall season at the Red Bandana Invitational on Sunday and Monday. Teams will play 36 continuous holes on Sunday before a final round of 18 on Monday. Along with the Red Flash, Boston College, Cornell University, LaSalle University, Lehigh University, Manhattan College, Merrimack University, Sacred Heart University, University of Maryland Eastern Shore, University of Massachusetts Amherst, University of South Dakota will be making their way to the tee box. The team will make their second appearance at this event, with Toby Webb, Isacc Miller, Nick Haught, Fletcher Dasso, Trent Meyers, and Caden Miller as an individual, on their starting lineup.

LAST TIME AT THE EVENT 

Toby Webb finished 18th to lead the Red Flash’s golf team at the Red Bandanna Invitational on September 2, 2024,  Webb finished the tournament with a score of 227 after carding a 77, 76 and shooting a two-over par final round to jump five spots ahead in the leaderboard. The Red Flash finished the tournament in 10th place.  Alex Yong (36th place, 239), Trent Meyers (57th place, 256), Ben Diskin (61st place, 280) and Joey Miller (63rd place, 285) rounded out the five players competing in the team event. 

NEXT TIME ON THE GREEN 

The Red Flash will be competing again at the Mercyhurst Fall Invitational in North East, Md., on September 14-15.  

NEW TO THE LO’

Saint Francis added Lorenzo Domiano, Nick Haught, Caden Miller, Derek Piatik, and Isaac Miller to the 2025-2026 roster.  

THIRD YEAR ON DUTY
Coach Jonathan Kulas returns to the Red Flash for his third year. Kulas spent two seasons at Saint Peter’s and was also the head coach at Penn State Scranton from 2019-21. Kulas was an assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s golf programs at Misericordia University for 11 seasons and got his start in coaching as a women’s basketball assistant coach at Marywood University for the 2015-16 season.
