Uh, please. Yeah. Uh, I thought I played really well. I drove it drove it well. Hit a bunch of fairways. Um, and made a bunch of mid-range putts, which, uh, you know, it’s kind of the name of the game here. There’s some harder holes where you’re kind of just playing for par and, um, you know, there’s some other holes where you get a wedge in your hands and and you can, you know, you can play aggressively. Play much different from last year, perfect condition, all that stuff. Yeah, the the, you know, the conditions have settled a little bit and and gotten better. The greens are still new, but they’re uh I would say they’re faster than last year. And um you know, with the rain, they’re a little soft, but you know, the ball still bounces out pretty good with the the mid and long irons. Anyone else got better questions than I do? Is the rider cut for Patrick in your position there? Is that is that on your mind this week? I’m not worrying too much about that this week. Uh you know, worry about the task at hand and those kind of things will take care of themselves. What made you want to be on another committee? Uh, Tiger asked me to be on the committee and so I I said yes. What did you think of it yesterday? Did you listen to what Brian said? I I was out practicing. I haven’t seen what he said yet. What do you think of of What’s been your impressions of Brian so far? I’ve been very impressed. I think he’s very sharp and uh you can tell that he he cares a lot and cares about learning what the PJ tour is about and and um you know I so so so far I’ve been impressed. He’s only been you know at the job for a few weeks. So uh I look forward to working with him a little bit over over the next over this year. When they when they talk about a a blank sheet of paper or even what Jay said last year, everything’s on the table. Is there anything they could do that they they shouldn’t? I mean, is there any part of golf that you that is untouchable? I’m sure there’s some, you know, one of the strongest things about the PJ tour is our tradition, you know, traditions of the game. And so, I think it’s about a blend, you know, marrying the best possible situation, the best uh commercial situation with still honoring the traditions of the game. Have you have you heard any feedback from players about there being a ninth signature event? No, I haven’t heard. much talk from anybody. Are you good with it? It is going to create some even, you know, for those of you guys who are in them all going to create maybe some some tough calls because there’s a lot of golf in that stretch. Yeah. Yeah. I’d say every year, you know, people look at the schedule and certain guys decay decide to take certain weeks off. I know I’ve talked with Jordan a lot and he puts a lot of emphasis on playing those Texas events, right? And so, um, with the way the schedule has worked out, you know, different people are going to have to make decisions for the schedule, but that’s nothing new. I mean, that’s something that we’ve dealt with on the tour every year, signature events or not. Have Have you ever skipped a signature event? And and could you could you see yourself doing so? I don’t think I have. I wouldn’t I wouldn’t want to, right? Um but you know, it could it could happen someday. In that big April May stretch, um do you now not play Zurich with Xander anymore? Well, I didn’t I didn’t play this year. You didn’t play this year, but Right. So, um yeah, I’d have to take a closer look at the schedule. I haven’t, you know, figured out where I’m going to be playing next spring yet, but that definitely is a busy time of the year. Pat, there was a there was a shot clock on some form of television. And I wish I could speak more clear, but I actually didn’t see it except on social media. And frankly, I don’t know which broadcast it was on, but it was you and Shane and how far out of position you were. Uh, were you aware they were going to be publicizing that? And how did you feel about it? Did you feel like it was Did you feel singled out? You know, I talked to a lot of guys last week. The course was playing really tough and so almost every group was, you know, behind time par. They chose you. What’s that? They chose you. Yeah. I’m obviously not in control of the broadcast uh or or what kind of stuff they put on there. Um but I’m I’m not really worried about it. I’m I’m trying to, you know, make the lowest score out there. All right.

I think he’s solid player and think he’s in the limit but for me he’s hard to watch lol I won’t lie he’s hard to watch … I turned it over to LPGA back and forth all day to see the Canadian open anyways I turned once Cantlay was over ball I watched Brooke Henderson putt out a hole turned back and he was still over the ball 😂😂
As a European fan I don’t want him to be in the USA team. Mainly because he’s a dam good player with a decent caddy.
Cantley can’t pull the trigger. He is a statue on the golf course . Is he a good player, of course, but too deliberate and boring on top of that .
Speed you'll game up your to slowwwwwww
He is boring and very slow. Has no personality out on the course
Could you imagine a Cantlay/Harman twosome?
The most miserable guy in golf says it all that in America Tommy got more support cantlay takes forever running on the spot over every putt and causing all that nonsense over pay in the Ryder cup greedy bollix
Why don't they just go ahead and penalize players a stroke for slow play? The players aren't going to take it seriously until this happens.
Keegan got overlooked last time, hope he doesn't do they same and take this clown show over more deserving players
Ryder cup picks IMO
1: Justin Thomas
2: maverick Mcnealy
3; Keegan Bradley
4: Brian Harman
5 Cameron young
6: Sam Burns
It would suck if they pick Wyndham Clark and Morikawa
Annoying AF
Golf is inherently slow but watching Cantlay is literally worse than watching paint dry.
He’s the most boring , faceless annoying golfer . Miserable and so slow
This guy is worst player to watch, leave this guy at home Ryder Cup
Tommy's win is all the more impressive for having to play with this pathologically slow playing partner. This is getting ridiculous.
He needs to start being fined, it's ridiculous. Going to be horrible to watch when the Ryder Cup begins.
I timed one of his putts to be 80 seconds. Excruciatingly slow player. That he doesn’t seem to care is a huge sign of disrespect to the rest of the field, surely?
Sponsors love him for more air time.
Mr shuffle feet. I started counting the shuffles. I can’t count that high.
Speed up your play Mr. Cantlay moving forward.
I can't stand to watch him play, douchbag, wants to get paid for Ryder cup, he shouldn't even be on the team, psychopathic slow player
Literally couldn’t even watch Tommy win because of how slow cantlay was. It’s infuriating to watch
Punish his slow play …..he effects other players
This is why, although I am not a golfer, I enjoy relaxed, informative and articulate interviews from men who can speak very clearly with a bit of entertainment. He is one of many golfers
somtimes when he stands a a shot or 5 minutes im yelling at the tv " just hit the damn shot" harmon is even worse
Cantlay is annoying and slow af to watch.
Patrick the tortoise Cantley
