Despite an early lead from the Twins, the White Sox responded quickly.
Chase Meidroth and Miguel Vargas each notched a RBI in the bottom of the second to give the Sox a 2-1 lead.
Colson Montgomery launched his first career grand slam in the bottom of the second, extending the White Sox lead 6-1.
Luis Robert Jr. closed things out with a solo home run in the bottom of the eighth inning.
Davis Martin earned the winning, notching 6 strikeouts.
The Chicago White Sox defeated the Minnesota Twins, 7-3, at Rate Field in Chicago, IL.

I like Montgomery too I think he's going to be turned out to be a great player
EAT THAT TWINKIES !!!!!!!!!!
Colson has one the sweetest swing I've ever seen😊
awesome game. go Sox!
Let's go White Sox!
What I hate about this is Reinsdorf's cheap ass is gonna let these guys walk cause he's a giant wuss
FMIN
Let's give the southsiders a big applause. Tonite was a team effort.
I was there at that game sitting in the livest section of the ballpark. Section 163 center field. When they hit that Grand slam rate field went crazy!
I prefer center field over the more expensive seats because of the fans interaction. We always get on the jumbotron because how hyped up we are. Don't stop now boys! Go Sox🧦🖤🩶
Yeah the Sox’s got a bright future…
2028 World Series MVP Colson Montgomery
Congratulations

Martin threw 93 pitches in 5 innings. That's too many. I would like to see him average more than 5 innings a start.
Comparing the catchers:
Lee — Batting .250/.300/.357
Fielding (AAA) CS 14, AS 68, %Caught .206, FldPct. .988
Quero — Batting .281/.348/.380
Fielding CS 12, AS 62, %Caught .180, FldPct. .998
Teel — Batting .271/.367/.400
Fielding CS 6, AS 38, %Caught .158, FldPct. .991
One of these catchers will probably be traded this winter. One would probably thing it would be Kory Lee, but it would depend on what the Sox can get in return. I would like to see Quero's and Teel's caught stealing percentages improve.
