Is your forehand loop inconsistent and lacking power, especially against backspin? Your technique might be outdated. This in-depth guide reveals the modern forehand evolution used by today’s top players, moving away from large, inefficient swings. Learn the crucial ‘small to big’ motion, keeping your hand close and pointing the racket head down to generate massive spin. We’ll break down the essential outer arc for a consistent whip-like motion and the correct body positioning to achieve the optimal contact point. Transform your stroke from a simple lift into a powerful, modern weapon and start dominating your matches.

✌️👌👏
Coach Han is the best, she explains things so clearly. And rather than overemphasise errors she actually brings up more common errors made by amateurs who kind of understand the concepts but don’t execute properly.
For instance the big to small error and being too relaxed that it affects racket angle are errors I can immediately correct.
i really love your Youtube channel, it's so helpful👏
I have a question: Is this hitting method suitable for playing with european tensors?
Greetings from California !
For someone so young to have the level of insight, knowledge and ability to impart information as she has is excellent. Top level series of instructional videos. I have enjoyed them all. Well done!
I have sent a link for you coach that some of tt chanels said :
don't use the same movement fan zhedong forehand spin (which means don't but your racket behind your hip)
Can you please make a correction?
Best regard
very good
Is there any email address or phone number or Facebook page for contacting.
I didn't find any one of them for quick connect
Bcs i have an important question for type of blade.
this is the most useful explanation – thanks a lot !
You explain it in very very good way.
I will try it tomorrow…step by step to practice all you have explain.
I like pingpong, with my friends. I am teacher in junior high school.
It is very fun to play TT in brake time, or after school with my friends. Because we are civil servants should work until 4 p.m, although the students go home at 2.15 p.m.
So for waiting the time, we play TT in double. I and my team often win the game, although we are ladies, we often defeated the men.
Because they are often afraid of my forehand spin shot 😅
In a different video you say turn your body and don't let arm go behind you 😢
Thank you for details, 🙏
I like this. I tend not to point my racket down.
Masterpiece video. Nobody is talking about this in europe. Allow me to do a very informative extended analysis about the 2 different ways and please read.
I have been playing for 4 years. After the first year i learned this forehand on my own by studying chinese style.
Because this is indeed chinese. In Europe and at the lower levels the majority is playing the backswing at their right side of the body.
But the latest trains you only to be able to loop close to the table. If further, no power no quality
Thats why i have indeed noticed that, in my city, in all clubs i have been through, nobody can loop far from the table or even mid.
Experienced players or even coaches are not familiar with the modern technique. Few times they have seen me doing the technique they have tried to correct me with the argument that i lose time if i backswing there. But of course i ignore them.
They are so wrong they have no idea.
The 2 techniques.
1) Backswing at right side is very bad
a) your hand is away from your body which leads to poor connection between body and arm
b) you force your shoulder to be raised a bit instead of having it relaxed.
c) you learn to focus on your arm and sometimes your arm will lead instead of the body leading
d) your arm at right side makes your body lean to right too early leading to poor center of gravity
2) Backswing behind body
a) solves all problems about, body/arm connections, shoulder relaxed, proper center of gravity
b) you train yourself to always lead with the body. They key is that by the time you start rotating your body your hand will start
coming forward from the side, as the coach here shows.
Key point about speed/timing
Basically the argument of losing time by using the backswing behind body is a paradox.
You lose time only if your awareness, recovery and preparation time is bad. And also if you body rotate is slow.
Being fast is relative to these aspects.
Doing the other way is technically wrong and leads to poor quality.
On the other side while you try to master the proper technique, yes you will be slower, yes you will fail, but this is the way to train yourself
all the above principles. And this where most people are wrong. They go for the easy wrong technique
Ok coach
I had a racket viscaria alc regular with tenergy 05 fx on both side but its stolen by bad one.
Now i want to get a new butterfly carbon blade
i have 3 choice
1-viscaria alc regular
2-timo boll alc
3 – super viscaria alc
What is the best for my style (aggrissive with some control).
Regarding the rubber :I used tenergy 05fx & I can feel the rotation when I do spin
But tenergy 05 was a hard rubber without feeling the rotation
Same case with dignics 09c
So is tenergy 05 fx working well with me?
Thanks alot ❤
Thanks!
This backswing looks like it goes past the body a bit, which is different to another video of hers I saw recently 🤔
Dear coach I tried your different forehand topspin approach and was able to create unbelievable topspins.
You are one of my favourite internet coaches now. ❤
Detailed, precise and critical points are being clarified. A fantastic coach.
Best coach and tutorial on your youtube. Thanks
