I can’t for the life of me stop my lead knee from turning inwards in the backswing. I feel like i can’t get my shoulders around so my body tries to make up for it. It’s effecting my contact, power and hurting my knee. Any tips for this?

You are not loading your right hip correctly. You are rotating your body vs pushing your hip and pelvis up to load your weight

Cause you’re turning your whole body and not transferring weight. You have to load your weight on back leg. A good place to be is shoulders parallel to your back foot at the top of your takeaway.
