I’m no professional but from what I can see your chest and upper body moves a lot through your backswing. Your chest comes up, so that causes your head and arms to aswell. Focus keeping your core in roughly the same spot throughout your backswing. When I got coaching a few years ago, my coach would hold a club on my side to try and correct this. Also try and keep your head down otherwise you’ll get tops as shown in the video.
If I’m incorrect someone please do correct me but from my experience that’s what I can see.

I’m no expert but I’ve never understood how any progress can be made when hitting irons straight off a range mat. I just don’t see how’s it’s possible to apply your range shots to actual course play.

You need to get lessons. In the nicest way possible… that swing is beyond ugly.
