So, let’s do this again. Let’s set up the water bottle. In the back swing, it’s all about just making sure that we’re not increasing the distance between the water bottle and the leg. And then in the down swing, we want to make sure we feel that internal rotation almost like this knee wants to get to this knee. Do you see that? When I do that, when that knee kind of gets over to this knee, but we’re not doing this. If my knees are going forward, I’m actually going to miss the water bottle because I’m going to go around it in the front. So, we don’t want to do that. We want to really feel like that right knee starts to want to get to this knee and then our hips start keep turning. Boom. And the water bottle drops. So if you can make that water bottle drop guys, you can generate more distance, more power, and better
