Justin Rose finished his week at -16, after four impressive rounds of 64, 66, 67, 67, and thus won his 12th tournament on the American tour after a three-hole playoff against JJ Spaun.
The American shot a superb 65 on his final round to once again vie for victory in a great event on the tour. During the playoff, the two players had the same scores on the first two holes: a par on the first hole and a birdie on the second. But Rose seized his opportunity by sinking a birdie putt on the third playoff hole while Spaun, who was closer, missed his putt.

Behind the two players, Scottie Scheffler, as usual, is never far behind. The world number one has a total of -15 (67, 66, 65, 67). Tommy Fleetwood, also at -15, who had been in the lead since the second day, was unable to maintain his lead until the end, due to a bogey on the 17th. Another place of honor for the Englishman after a final round of 69. He finished 3rd in the tournament.
