pleasure I hope you do of seeing a video about the top 5 golf resorts to buy in between me house and Porter burnoose well now we’re gonna look at the other side of the coast so we’re going to concentrate on the top 5 golf resorts to buy in between San Pedro and exactly right now thank you for that yeah and we had to split them up because it would just be too long and you’d all be bought this would be Marbella west this will be my pretty much exactly so again in sort of order from Marbella to sort of grande this time so the first one we are going to quickly talk about is well Amina which is where our offices we do the podcasts is where we do it so what Amina don’t you know what I mean that very well yes you live it quite I mean it’s beautiful let me start off with it being an in clova right it might end life in Clay Fricks 6 I’m learning English as we are doing very receiving adequate to young quad and Mina has a different ecosystem to it and now I’ve realized that living the Spanish love it yeah the Spanish think it’s better than other in particular the ones from Madrid yeah so their predominant sir some of the local residents here and frequent visitors are Jose Maria Athena who was the one of the previous prime ministers well he has a house he has a house of God yeah then there’s the as a name agente there bosco boss the Spain national football team manager from mean of commercial center that’s quite a few high value restaurants yes even though it’s kind of on the highway in a car park it’s it’s even very noticeable in summer because it comes June July August it comes alive it oh yeah it comes alive from the hole and ah yeah Spanish driving around getting all frustrated as I go back to the golf the gold starts from Wilson goes through – but yeah literally the last hole ends by the ocean which is a motel by the hotel the hotel so you pitching your last slice right into the hole you’ve got there the ocean view sea views if it’s a beautiful course so in terms of product there’s obviously mainly billers and plots and well I mean yeah but there are a couple of apartment you do have apartment developments and priceless desktop from 202 up to two million in your front line yeah and villas wall from alta 650 yeah and obviously the further down you go closer to the beach you can achieve prices 710 million okay so apart from being surrounded by rich wealthy Spaniards what else is good about it so Nico well I’m on it which I’m sure he’s making up no matter where you are it no it’s true it’s not a joke really no matter where you are in god I mean a baja you are always within walking distance to the beach you are within walking distance to what I mean an item which has all the shopping facilities have amenities closeby you have two restaurants on the beach which are great both within walking distance and if you have dogs around seven o’clock in the afternoon when the golfers stop playing you can actually take your dogs on the walk on the huge golfers away let’s not forget what I mean it is also attached to some picture I see you can walk straight yeah San Pedro the boulevard the the promenade exactly so it’s all connected so quad amino is very well connected well I don’t know about you guys I’m sold that’s what we have our offices there you go testing yeah little Mena so that’s why I sort of handed this variant and it doesn’t have this fake hype to it no it’s kind of as I was saying before about sort of Granite’s got a older money mmm is even the properties are handed over from family to family they’re not really building to sell to make money so Loki there’s no new there’s a few individual Phyllis yeah but nothing no but it’s great but again that’s possibly also because squad Amina forms part of my bed isn’t it yes so it might be because of the licensing as she goes issues over the last 10 years there hasn’t been a huge amount of new development you have Casasola which is just yep to the right side there is a river that divides got Amina Baja with Casasola and some still cool I will Amina bhava but it’s not in the Malaga mr.bear province anymore it’s part of Estepona when I am just funny because it looks like what I meana you have the same sort of houses layout of streets etc but the prices for the eb your taxes your water bills are like 30% less and it’s much easier to get permission because effectively you have the jurisdiction nice just phenols a river that divides it okay moving along you need the coast the next stop would be los arcos which is where this one is made up of around 15 developments it was built by taylor would work in the early 2000s which is now to attend a wimpy turn away they are also investing quite a lot into the area so they’ve got two developments going up around that area and it’s a nice safe secure yep 24-hour security isn’t yeah is that there’s sort of entrances on the the north side in the south side and also what I like about Los Arcos is the clubhouse which you say is centered a family friendly it’s got a few amenities got a not renovating they’re renovating and they’re building a big tennis academy that’s something I’m a bowling yeah is that temp embolden you really early actually doing that that’s know you liked it let me have a fingers out so the golf tends to run through all the development so it’s quite easy to get sea views for like North Apartments in in Nasik Narrows and it’s affordable yeah it surprised me is it flows well I think it’s one of the best value golf resorts on the whole coast for what you get and where you get it I think quality apartments as well what do you think other prices they’re just on apartments it gets easily a two bed for two hundred thousand with a nice Golf View or a sea view or the amount of view if you go up a little bit more and you know you can go up to 1 million but then you could get a golf see I don’t I don’t yeah sure and there’s quite a few villas dotted around or scare us as well and we’re looking kind of 1.5 up to about 8 million so yeah something for everybody again it’s a good solid bet because there’s something for everyone but the entry level of villas in Los Arcos is quite high if you compared to world Ameena know yeah and there’s a disparity in los Vaqueros between the apartments and the billet in terms of price because I know join yes there’s a big gap product it’s quite many mainly apartments we say one and a half to eight I think small one and a half to five six yeah it’s just there’s this old one hour they cost eight million but there’s a bench for a massive one with it yeah yeah yeah they must be able to sell that but that’s like Kara’s it’s a semi bias tear-offs design Golf Course which means a little bit up and down steps everyone it’s a difficult one apparently yes some golfers get a bit frustrated with it and the only negative about Los Arcos the apartments that I find is that tear the wimpy have kind of built this very similar product across all their development which means unless you make a copy paste yeah but all the kitchens are galley kitchens aren’t they built them at the back of the apartment yeah so they might have a little area where you’ve got your washing stuff but there’s no natural light and you can’t really eat in them which I I cuz I live here I kind of like to have an eat-in kitchen so it’s on the newer developments from tell them in Peter butcher teller wimpy you find those but on the older stuff yeah you don’t get them because they’re suppose they were building for what people wanted at the time but then people are buying and renovating those yeah I’ve been into a few recently where they’ve opened up the kitchen taken down the middle wall and completely open to the living room and kitchen so it can it can be done but in terms of value for money los Vaqueros has probably right up there and very good connection again to the on the road to the a7 yeah down to San Pedro so it’s it’s very well interconnected as well yeah I just across from La Quinta and so if you’re heading down to know of Andalusia you just hop over to La Quinta I’m from there you take the side streets – yeah so it is within a very good area if you are driver so moving across the valley into law swimming goes yeah and I chose los Domingos because it’s close to everything you basically two or three minutes drive down to the beach you have a few amenities at the bottom of the street without even needing to to hip high wave got a pharmacy a couple of couple of bars you’ve got a couple of supermarkets but for me it’s great because I have San Pedro within six seven minutes I have put a produce within 10 and loss Fleming loss itself is what a five-star environment it’s got one of the best hotels on the coast within its grounds the villa patio and a Palace and spa can I ask you a question yeah because I asked myself that last time when I was in the swimming goes how important is the hotel the v-app at the end a hotel for the entire environment well it’s the it’s the anchors and its economy sailor it’s the anchor tenant you know what you have a shopping center and you need an anchor tenant like a John Lewis or a Selfridges to be there the hotel really provides the lead and so from that everything flows so it means that people will spend more developing villas because they know they comprised it higher because of the the attraction of the hotel I mean the hotel it’s an essential key to it I think so yeah and I agree I just wanted your game abilipad Jana is a very big office all it has three courses one of which is a real challenge a lot of professor love playing it’s very long and demanding it’s called al Ferrini you have 24-hour security but also within the resort itself you have I think it’s eight or nine separate apartment developments which he what most of them each have their own their own security as well so it feels very secure I was touring a client there recently yeah and what I realized that within those eight developments or organizations they are all super well-kept they won’t but you have this sense of exclusivity which you do not get more for instance in Los Arcos you have differences in between each of the developments built by separate the benchmark here in those flamingos is held very high so no matter which development you go to it’s clean it is well taken care of yeah it’s well maintained and and it upholds a very high standard yeah it’s I’m delighted living I’ve been there since 2012 and I’m really happy there [Music] like fake leg don’t make it hey cake I’ll pick pastor quickly boots a fake leg right it’s nice price-wise well it’s a real like it’s there but it’s time eight nine means so lot swimming or stamp prices for apartments you know what there’s some good value Bar Mitzvahs if you look at the right developments there are some great ones so prices tend to start for a two-bed apartments around 250,000 euros up to over million for penthouses and villas the averages around three four million euros but they start at 1.5 and go up to around 7 yeah that agree and there’s something for everyone if you like the area that’s quite a lot of new built villas there there are like a lousy two three yes you’ve seen an influx again because it’s been happy so it’s easy to build so you haven’t got the problems that associated with the Marbella town hall so it was some really nice plot still to be developed yeah nail it moving on to number four on our list is finger quarters in which is a very the curious 5-star golf resort which is on the Roche bush on the road to cáceres so past Estepona and take your right let’s put it as if your name’s not down you’re not coming in oh they like that you think so but again I feel that Ewing same principle with finger courtesan is the hotel that sense sets the benchmark it has been anchor for everything they built and it’s been voted I think the best hotel in Spain yeah most occasions or in Europe or something like that it’s it’s kind of like a cult eco style thing isn’t it it’s beautiful it’s absolutely beautiful and what finger courtesan have done is they felt the hotel personally did so rather than sort of promise it later in the project they’ve actually delivered if they want bang there’s your hotel from here we you know we go forward the golf course I believe has been voted the best in Spain now or one of the best yeah I wanna it holds various tournaments it’s a very challenging course but golfers here love playing it it’s not cheap but it’s you know maintains the value of the properties as well I guess love the clubhouse as a Jack Nicklaus Academy and and the resort is split into two so you’ve got on one side you got villas being built on the front line to the golf course correct which are the most expensive they’re building I believe so they’re four five six million euros yeah can even go up to ten yeah that’s how things basically there and on that side of the resort they’re also building new apartments and penthouses which the is the most about burgers yeah which started around a million euros but there is also a development that they built several years ago where you can get resale to bed apartments for three hundred thousand euros and an either side next to the hotel they’ve got [Music] some feelers as well slightly smaller plots which can also be managed by the hotel which is one of the reasons to buy into thinking courtesan if it seemed like bungalow villa yeah yeah when you say so it’s an you know if you want a hands-off investment want to use it maybe a few times a year but then give it to the hotel to rent out they will take care of absolutely everything which is again something nice for people who just want that kind of investment but yeah it’s got yeah but Hotel the restaurant there everything like that is very five-star people who like thinking courtesan tend to come back and then come back at em by the beach I did speak to to an agent there and he did say that most of the clients that buy within the proximity have stayed in the hotel yeah because they fallen over the hotel with everything the hotel has to offer yeah and then decide to have a lifestyle yeah absolutely so that’s a great one and then finally on our list of top five is la reserva sort of grande which Dom you’ve had a lot of recent experience with cuz you yes is selling down there quite a bit that I said what sort of Grande’s what they call the last chapter it’s the last kind of urbanization that they’re consolidating right now and they’re really trying to set a high benchmark there so you have a huge variety of apartments townhouses and villas that will be built they last for instance on they call plot 15 and plot a to the seventh yeah the seven and the 15 and you have prices for like 3 million for a plot to start with and you can go up to like 6 7 yeah that’s kind of like the the Gran Reserva yeah that’s that they hold the hilltop sites where you build villas Bureau specification but then maybe looking down from there you have a beautiful organization that just developing now is called la finca de soto grande where you can get townhouses they’re attached townhouses for half a million yep and you have three bedrooms you have a lot of space you have beautiful views right onto the LA cañada Golf Course you can even enter the Laconia like of course from that development so I think what’s important though about the law reservist because there’s two things you there’s la reserva such a grande yeah and then that’s the actual resort which then the resort there they’re looking at making out a private facility over the next the next 10 10 years probably and the new owners of la reserva such a gandhi resort of really pumping in a load of a load of investment they built a an inland beach with a sandy bottoms lagoon they have various water sports facilities there they also have a Tennis Center fabulous Clubhouse if it is that it’s designed to be a fully fledged resort so that people don’t feel the need to leave you know that it’s safe and it’s secure so there’s a lot of good things going on down there it’s something that we’ve been a part of over the last year or so and we’re very excited to be working with them there’s a lot of good product as a new department about them called Village Verde which that’s amazing apartments so so yeah again the swing for everyone it’s not the cheapest place but then you get what you pay for in my opinion and prices they’re starting around 450 yeah puts – whatever you want to spend really yeah for apartments you can make up to 1.3 yeah yeah and I feel that’s the same right you can get a villa there for 1 million 1.54 – 10 million yeah so you have a good variety but everything maintains itself in a high standard so what’s the golf course like very good it’s one of the courses that you would play if you’re going to slot to grande so there’s obviously Valderrama which is number one yeah you’ve got a lanai you’ve got real Club sort of Grande and you’ve got no reserva la reserva is a lot of the the guys who play there I think it’s a good comparison to Adorama yeah but it doesn’t get as much credit because it doesn’t hold as many prestigious tournaments although it has started hosting some it hosted the in the women’s when the women’s tournaments recently so it’s getting a lot more attention so it’s a good switch it deserves which it deserves absolutely cool so that’s our top five golf resorts to buy in between San Pedro – such a grand baby so what I Hello. Just want to say I really appreciate videos with this kind of content. I have a house in Manilva, but am thinking of selling and buying something new closer to Marbella. Review of the different areas and their advantages and disadvantages I appreciate a lot when I have to decide in which area to start looking for a new holiday home.
