this is one of the most common dancing faults i see elbow stuck to the side of the body it needs to be more in front of you now what’s the cause of that well very often it’s the trail elbow moving too much into that red zone in the back swing when we look from the other angle this is good but when the elbow gets too deep and moves into that red zone when you start your down swing it’s going to be high it’s going to be behind you it’s not going to give great impact so take your glove hand hook it behind your elbow now it can’t move so you’re going to make some one-handed back swings and elbow is going to stay in front of you out of the red zone attach the other hand work down into impact you’re going to find it much easier to sequence the body and the arms [Music]

Unbelievable visual. Fixes so many swing flaws right off the bat. I’ve spent years trying to get my hands at my right thigh. Now the swing makes sense. Thank you so much.

Can you do 1 to help get your weight forward? I get stuck after about 3 holes in. Then I chicken wing my left arm through impact messing me up obviously. I have trouble "finding" that feeling the rest of the round.
