one of the things that Ben Hogan talked about that was so important was transferring the weight from heel to heel on a pressure mat you’ll see that the weight actually goes from the right heel to the left ball and then into the heel but it happens so quickly it’s much easier for me to think about transferring my weight just from heel to heel if the weight’s in the ball of my foot it’s real easy for the toe to pass over like so but as we go around the corner I’m actually pulling that left hip back as I pull the handle past my left pocket

  1. He looks like his hands are already low, so that he doesn’t have to drop them.
    The heel to heel is interesting as how Hogan did it, I tend to be on my toes, probably bc I’m swinging to hard from the top towards the ball, maybe I stand up, which results in a tie heavy divot.
    -if I know all of this, why can’t I fix it…..🤣

  2. Greg McMahton told me that Hogan dug his left toes in his shoes through the follow like the hawk claws digging in, which explains why he hardly lifted his left toes at the end of the follow through.

  4. Your swing is fine, though your sequence with your arms and center are not in time. If you'll strengthen your center (gym) and increase your rotational speed, your clubface control will improve. From a business model standpoint on YouTube, you compare your swing to Hogan's, but it's not even close. I wonder what Mr. Hogan would think.

  5. How to you keep your hips so level. You dont let the lead hip drop in the backswing,its a phenomenal move that all great ball strikers did. Level hips

  6. Mr Hogan said in Modern Swing Fundamentals his weight front to back at address was just towards his heels from midfoot, Greg Norman said he prefers it right at his heels and Adam Scott prefers his weight towards the forefeet as this is more 'athletic' …. 3 super swings 3 different feels.

  8. Weight shift is something that I'm working on now. I've never really had it in my swing and it is a very challenging thing to accomplish consistently
