Such a bless. Here in Bangkok, prices are already pretty high (like 100-150 usd per round). But great courses of course.

  2. averagestormplayer

Seems fairly standard for a LCOL-MCOL area for an average muni

  3. TheRealGunn

People just going to ignore the $40 cart fee?

    What the fuck?

  4. Ace-Hamtura

Good green fees. Cart fees not so good but that’s the norm here as well. They gotta make the money somewhere I suppose.

  5. gregg2020

$16 for a 6 pack is insane, my courses charge $8 per beer 😬

  6. Gallopingmagyar1020

Seeing a lot of complaints about the cart fees. Are there that many disabled/old golfers in the US? Why wouldn’t you walk/use a push cart at these rates?

  7. Decent_Suggestion861

I run a golf course and everyone is always up and arms about cart fees or having to pay for extra cart whatever…..

The amount of destruction done to the carts day in and day out.

    The amount of
    $1000+ invoices for repair/labor.

    Its really a protection.

    So Yea, cart fees.

  8. Hansolo_dolo

My local muni has a 5 hole loop at the start. It’s $14 in the evenings to play with a cart. $7 if you wanna walk it.

  9. Bear-leigh

I don’t really get the outrage, I am a member at one of the cheaper courses near me, and that’s certainly more expensive than this.
Not in the US, so obviously some differences there, but prices seem very fair to me.

And as long as renting a cart isn’t mandatory, well, good excuse to actually get some walking done, enjoy the fresh air and save some money.

Man I love the single rider cart fee that’s nice

  11. I can’t believe how far i had to scroll down before i saw a comment by someone I suspect actually plays golf.

Someone show me ONE 18 hole course in Atlanta that has a $600 annual, even $1100 annual.

So my question is 1) why are you protecting their identity and 2) how average, below average or bad is this course?

  12. JohnFartKennedy

Is this post showing how cheap it is to play where you live? Or do you think that’s expensive? I don’t understand.

  13. Scrotem_Pole69

There’s no 18 hole courses where I live that are under $60 a round. I’m envious to say the least.

  14. trukkija

This is hilarious to see from my perspective in Europe. I checked several courses around me and non member green fees for 18 are 150 EUR a pop, 173 USD. I can’t afford that.

And I can bet that the courses here aren’t much more impressive than this local track.
Not to mention that our average income is about half of what it is in the US.

Sometimes I think you guys don’t understand just how accessible golf is for Americans.

  15. bblaine223

God damn I’m glad I found a country club that is only $172/month that covers everything, range balls and golf cart.

  16. Glendale0839

You found some time warp back to 2015.

  17. Unusual-Economist288

Never seen Fernet at a golf course before. Nothing like getting the shits halfway through your round. IYKYK

  18. RedSh1r7

    > Hard to see a Caesar and not want a Caesar.

100% this course is in a State that borders with Canada.

Looks about right for somewhere in the Midwest. The courses my dad and I play the fees are around $40-$50/18 holes, including cart.

  21. RepulsiveStill177

$35 handicap fee??? That’s diabolical and outright wrong.

  22. LloydChristmas_PDX

Gotta be Midwest with beer prices that low lol

  23. thedooze

My course is only 9 holes but $20 to play all day and $350 for a membership. Add $75 to keep a cart. It’s not the best course in the world but it’s tough to beat!

  24. Educational-Sign-792

Damn and I thought my local course 5 for $20 was a solid deal!

  25. TyTwoShot

There is no mention of a transfusion anywhere on this list. Clearly not a reputable golf club!

  26. 2000A8Quattro

This reads like an “in and out” menu to me. About ten years behind inflation.

  27. NetReasonable2746

$40 for a cart rental.. absolutely absurd.

  28. BrewsCampbell

Loser of each hole has to do a fernet shot!

  29. TopperWildcat13

That annual cart pass is actually not that bad. If you think about it, all you Gotta do is play that course 10 times in one year and you’ve already made your money back basically. If that’s a course you play a lot it’s definitely worth it to do it.

  30. Capt_Jabe

When did it switch over to calling it a “track”?

  31. _Chemistry_

100% guaranteed this golf course is far, far, far away from any major cities.

  32. Highlands golf course, Montana. Not sure why the secrecy

  33. scottsaa

This is Highlands Golf Course in Missoula MT. Not sure why OP felt the need to block the name

  34. RopeTheFreeze

The membership/one time playing difference is crazy. You break even on your membership in like, 10 rounds or something.

  35. JJDiet76

6 dollar Jameson? It’s going to be a long day

  36. klitchell

You should ask for the amateur beverage prices, see if they’re any better

  37. Diamondhf

I’m confused, this is cheap? This would be the most expensive public course in my area.

    Michigan?

  38. raroshraj

is UM university of Michigan? Or University of Miami

  39. Living in Bay Area I’d come over prices like this
