That's frgn horrible
Hell no
I like it, I just would keep the other hand up as well.
This is the worst kick I've ever seen lmao
Dont listen to em bro they js sit there all day putting in no work unlike you they js hating gng thanks for showing how
It looks a little wonky
Why everyone hating bruh😭 the only piece of debatable information is landing your kick with the instep
lol these comments saying the kick is bad probably are karate kids who point fight. This is a fundamental Muay Thai leg kick. 👍
Broken foot tbh
Only issue that alot of people have & the most common misconception is shooting a straight shot you need to chop down thats why there more broken legss in ufc then muay tia competitions
Its horrible, waaay to much indicator that its gonna be a leg kick, its will defintely be checked. Also instead of swinging your arm, block your opponents vision. Also look up, into ur opponents eyes
too much telegraph good for noobs like you tho i understand
Id say all good advice, i would just prefer landing with the middle/upper part of my shin instead. Would rather have the bigger(upper) part of my shin hit the smaller(lower) part of his.
Technique isn't it bro, leave teaching to the pros.
Negative hip whip, exagerate slow step, hopping into the kick instead of stepping. Slow, bad hip flexibility.
Telling people to use instep and pointing to your shin aswell is peak retarded.
Bit funny looking
1st step, take shoes off
Try to pop out your shoulder more when swinging your arm👍
Many other tutorials highlight to turn your shoulder with the kick, did you just forget to include that part because it is instictual for you or do you not advise turning with low kicks, and if so why. The reason why i was wondering is because people are saying that its the shoulders that help produce more power in the kick
Just above the instep at the bottom of the shin. The instep has a joint🥴😬😭🤣
Someone like this so I can come back to it
Tom Aspinall said not to turn the hips. Sure it generates power but you are telegraphing way to much.
Good advice, horrible example 😂
imagine missing the bag and hits the mirror
How do i train it for my leg to not hurt when i get kicked like that
Protect that chin. Block with leading hand while exploding through with your hip. The knee just hinges! Other than that yes great formation teaching.
Them LA Fitness bags got cement in them 🪨
Am i the only eho can't do a low kick on my left leg? Am i cooked?
Oh no. Goodbye foot
What about the shin instead?
bro you're going to break your foot. why would you post this? you're going to have someone think you know what you're doing, and you clearly don't, and they're going to follow your instructions and break their foot as well. why in the hell would you kick the bag with your foot? some of the worst form I've ever seen.
"perfect leg kick" not even near lol
Surely if you hit with your instep and your opponent turns his leg and you hit his shins with your instep you are breaking your ankle
This is right for beginners to understand how to kick .My teacher taught me exactly what u did.
Don't kick up then down ~ straight blasters on- sharp straight 🔥
Use your shin for more power and pain to your opponent, and don’t forget to condition your shins
Watching the tutorial makes me so mad. I trained muay thai for about 6 till 19. This tutorial is bullshit.
I love targeting the legs, inside leg kick, normal leg kick, oblique and teep to the thigh annoys my sparring partners so much 😅
sorry, I'll learn from periera
Also, even with good kicks, it depends what your doing; if your MMA, do not put that hand down, if it's muaythai or kickboxing, go ahead Ig
I just cant do it,whenerver i try to do it ,instead of the shin ,my fingers get the sririke
Wrong. Broken foot incoming.
A lot of people forget to step of that line when throwing a kick
