Cameron, awesome finish. Um, what clicked for you those last seven holes? Yeah. Um, I mean, to be honest, nothing really clicked. The ball just kind of started going in a little bit. I I started off the day totally on the opposite end of that spectrum. Um, you I hit it close a few times and missed a few. So, I I think it kind of just evened out and happened to end up, you know, looking dramatic on the scorecard, but there wasn’t it wasn’t much of a difference really throughout the day. Your um strokes hand off the tea were great today. Is there anything with the driver that you kind of adjusted early week to help get locked in? Yeah, we we’re just doing some work trying to hit um you know, less shots off the tea in particular. Um obviously when you get to hitting wedges and irons, there’s a little bit more to do in terms of distance control, but off the tee, I feel like uh it’s just going back to hitting, you know, more one shape, and today I had a good feel for that, so I was able to get in the fairway a lot. And can you describe what that shape is that you’re in? Yeah, I mean I just I used to hit a lot more draws than I do or than I have been hitting. Um so I’ve kind of just gone back to hammering the draw and seeing uh seeing where it comes down and trying to give myself an opportunity to really get a feel for one uh as opposed to trying to hit all perfect ones and you know all different kinds of shots. So uh I think that was evident today. Just I kind of got comfortable with it early and um thankfully was you know pretty able to keep that that feel around the whole day. Cameron, uh, how much did you play at this place when you were in school? And does that help at all? Uh, once or twice? No. Okay. You didn’t play here, but Barry? No, I think it was I I think it was once. It might have been twice. And I remember the holes, but anytime you get a course uh in PJ tour condition, you start to see things that you never noticed before. So, um I mean you could go to a lot of the places that we go to throughout the year and wonder why it’s so hard. Um and then we show up for the week we’re there and you can tell why you’ve played here in the community in the Wake Forest community. Is there any special significance at all to the fact that after you’re going through Wake Yeah. Yeah. That you’re here and right now in the leaderboard, you’re on top of it. Yeah, for sure. I mean, there’s there’s more support here than I get most anywhere else. Um, you know, I lived 30 minutes from here for four years of my life, so it’s it’s a place I’m comfortable with. Uh, it’s a place I’ve really enjoyed. So, it’s nice to have have some Wake Forest fans out there. You know, it’s a small school, but um nice nice to have some some Wake Forest presence. And yeah, it’s an area of the country I like coming back to and obviously a golf course that that I like playing. Is there a different type of feel to it, is there something that uh registers differently when you’re here? Um, not so much. I mean, it’s as much as I did go to school close to here, um, you know, like I said, we didn’t play here much. So, um, really all I know of this golf course is playing it here in in the Windham Championship. And, um, yeah, it’s a comfortable golf course for me. So, you know, it’s it’s familiar grasses given that I that I played around here a lot for four years. And I sure that has some, you know, something to do with the element of comfort. But, um, yeah, I mean, again, it’s a tournament that I enjoy coming to and a golf course I like, so I’ve been comfortable. Last question. You you I think I heard you say there was nothing in particular that got you cranked up on your back nine. But yeah, it just happened. You got I mean Well, I mean, frankly, the last five holes there, I hit it farther from the hole than I did pretty much the whole day. Um so, it’s just a matter of a couple putts going in and then the one on the last is a bonus. It’s not. You know, it was kind of one of my worst two or three shots of the day to miss the green right there with a wedge. And um you know, for that one to go in kind of is just one of those things that you chalk up to golf is golf. Uh funny things happen. You know, I hit it hit it really close a bunch early and and didn’t make much and hit one of the worst shots of the day and make a three to finish. It’s just kind of how it is. When Yeah. When you were in college, did you ever come here to the tournament? Do you remember that to the tournament? No, because we just we wouldn’t have been here yet. Um we still probably were arriving, you know, two, three weeks from now u for the start of school. So, yeah, you seem to get some momentum um with the RBC and the US Open and um was there something different toward the end of the season, you know? Yeah, I mean there’s been a few things. I think it’s just been a progression throughout the year. Um, it’s one one of those times early in the year where it feels like I’m doing a lot of stuff right and getting nothing for it and uh the results show the nothing and not the stuff that I felt like was getting better. So, it it’s just it’s been a long season and I think uh I’ve I’ve kind of grown and built some confidence throughout it. So, it it’s just a matter of some of that work starting to show and looking forward to doing more of it the next few days. Thank you.
