Kai Trump apologizes to her grandfather, Donald Trump, in her latest video promoting Accelerator Active Energy as she continues to make the most of her new money-spinning NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) partnership.
The president’s granddaughter signed with the energy drinks brand earlier this month ahead of playing golf at the University of Miami in 2026, seeing her add to the deal she signed with Dallas-based Leaf Trading Cards, which sells autographed cards for $200 a pack, at the start of the year.
Shortly after her latest announcement, former gymnast-turned-influencer Livvy Dunne sent a four-word “welcome” message to Kai after she joined her as an equity partner of the beverage brand, which also boasts the likes of Travis Kelce on its books. It comes after we revealed Tiger Woods’ brutal 3-word statement to a security guard after he was denied entry to The Open.

Taking to Instagram on July 15, Trump used a presidential-themed announcement to reveal her big news, in which she made a speech at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, telling all “fellow Americans and content creators” that she’s partnered and invested in Accelerator.
In the post’s caption, she added: “Not running for office… just running on Rocket Pop. Proud to partner with @drinkaccelerator — check out my favorite energy drink on Amazon and select retailers near you!”
Now, the aspiring golfer has gone a step further by directly referencing her grandpa, the President, in the latest video promoting the brand’s “Rocket Pop” drink.

Uploaded onto the Accelerator Active Energy YouTube account, the 13-second clip shows Trump hitting a golf shot before walking over to a cooler on her cart to grab herself a refreshment.
As she lifts the lid, an Accelerator is sat right next to a Diet Coke, her grandfather’s favorite drink, yet she opts to ignore it in favor of Rocket Pop. After taking a sip, she looks at the camera, smiles and says: “Sorry, Grandpa.”
The post, which is captioned “@kaitrump always reaches for Rocket Pop first,” certainly appealed to fans, who took amusement from the short commercial and its gentle nudge towards the U.S. President.
“Great commercial! Simple, funny and MAGA!” one person posted in the comments section. “Great commercial! Congratulations to Kai and Accelerator Action Energy drinks!” wrote another.

Trump doesn’t begin her scholarship with the Hurricanes until 2026 but is already making the most of her popularity by linking up with the company, which is renowned for launching “The Livvy Fund” with Dunne to support women’s college athletes.
Earlier this year, it emerged that the 18-year-old could become one of the highest-paid female athletes ever having developed a growing NIL stock since taking up golf.
The teenager’s substantial social media following also significantly contributes to her valuation, as does her highly-popular YouTube channel, and Trump is currently believed to have a net worth of $21 million dollars and makes five times more than her grandfather.
