If you make a lot of putts with that grip, it’s a good grip. Unorthodox for sure, and I’m not sure what benefit you get from it, but the only thing that matters with putting is making putts.
And AFAIK, the only things you cannot do with putting is 1) straddle the line, and/or 2) anchor the putter against your chest/belly.

I have a similar set up but I only lock my pinkies. I rarely three putt but practice will determine if it’s good for you or not.

I prefer the interlocking Compton Crip personally. I also just putt with wedges.
