Cleaned out my dad's basement and found this thing. Never heard of a "wood" with more lift than my PW. Who's still using this?

  1. Height and spin = fairway finder. I’d at least bring it to the range and see what it does

Is the shaft length the same as a 3w or 5w? That would be really interesting to see a grip it and rip it

that is the get out of jail free card right there. bump and runs, get out of the rough or bush. that thing could be a monster.

I’d use it as a chipper club around the green

Look at that lower edge! I could skull the fuck out of that puppy.

    That’s a pitching wood.

    Even has same loft.

Yeah dude, when you’re on a par 3 and you dribble it to the woman’s tee. You pull this bad Larry and fucking send her bud!

For when you are playing on a course with sequoias and need to go over.

“On course” but not necessarily “in bounds”

Fairway woods a few companies make them

If you could putt with it, it would be the perfect travel club.

I got my dad one of those for his bday one year. It was like 20 years ago though, trying to remember specifics. When I think back on it, the primary feeling I get is laughter, so take that for what it is.

It’s perfect for when you’re 200 yards out and need to land it on a ten-foot-wide sloping green

  15. I bag a whole set of hybrids … 3 all the way to pitching to gap wedge! Take a look at “Eleven Golf”, they’re a revelation.

My dad used to have a club like this in his bag. I think it was officially a “7 wood.” He used it to punch out of the rough and poor lies.
